义乌市苏溪镇排水管网和污水处理厂设计毕业设计说明书(给水排水工程毕设)

1、设计总说明近年来，义乌市实行“兴商建市”的城市发展战略，综合经济实力不断增强，城市化 进程日趋加速，已基本确立了全国小商品流通中心的地位，具备了建设现代化商贸名城的 现实基础。 义乌市经济的快速发展， 人口城市化进程加快， 但是市政建设和污染防治滞后， 已导致大量生活和工业污水未经处理排入江河， 引起江河水环境的破坏和生态环境的损害。本设计的设计目的是完善义乌市苏溪镇污水排放系统，改善现有恶化的水环境，减少 对镇区和吴溪的环境污染。规划镇区的常住人口和外来人口的总和约 1.8万人，未来规划区人口总量约为 3.50 万 人。城镇建设总用地为 108.7 公顷、而其中居住安排用地为 88.08 公

2、顷。吴溪是苏溪镇最大 的山溪性河流，河床坡降大，水量季节性变化较大，部分河段枯水期出现断流。因此，苏 溪的水环境纳污容量非常有限，而镇区内居民、村民生活污水和工业企业的生产污水的排 放 ，给苏溪的环境保护带来了巨大压力。 本设计可以使苏溪的污水实现达标排放， 排放的 污染物可以得到大幅度的削减，这将大大改善吴溪的水环境质量，有利于促进生态市的建 设和保护苏溪地区的水环境。设计计算说明书中包括二部分：城镇雨污水管网设计计算和污水处理厂设计计算。主 要内容有：城市排水系统确定、确定污水厂规模，选择污水处理工艺流程及主要构筑物的 设计计算与高程计算，城镇雨污水主要干管、支管的设计流量及管径、高程计算

12、理厂设计。1.1.2设计原始资料(1) 城镇总体规划布置图一张。(2) 城镇设计人口密度120人/ha,卫生设备齐全，污水设计定额为200L/人天，污水管道起点 埋深不小于2.0米。(3 )城区污水预测水质见表1.1 。表1.1污水水质设计要求指标pHCODcrBODSS氨氮TNTP进厂水质6.0-9.0< 500w 150w 300w 20w 30w 2排放标准6.0-9.0< 50w 10w 10w 5w 15w 0.5去除率(%/90.093.396.775.050.075.0(4) 气象资料：本市亚热带湿润气候。气候温和，雨量充沛，四季分明。本镇年平均气温为17C, 7月份平均气温为30 C,日最高气温达 42C，最低气温1月份-5C。夏季长达100多天，无 霜期245天，历年最大降雨量为1931.6毫米，最大24小时降雨量为136.2毫米。45月份为梅雨期，降雨量较集中，一般年份占全年降雨量的30%以上，最大年达50% ,78月份易形成高温干旱，同时又易受台风影响。(5) 工程地质资料：义乌市苏溪所处平原系全新世以来河流不断冲积而成，岩石成因系新生界 第四系全新统洪积而成，地表地下岩石多为沙粒土、亚砂土、亚粘土、粘土，地基承载力基本值为50150千帕。义乌市苏溪地带属山前地带，有许多冲积洪积扇连成一片。这里构成良好聚水构造，埋藏着丰
