13、old; first( )ejection; then( )ejection二.模具使用说明THE OPERATION OF MOLD合模动彳注意 mold closed notice:1、口合模前,顶针板必须完全复位;Before mold closed, ejection plate must be returned completely2、口顶针板完全复位后,后模行位才能开始复位;Ejection plate return completely prior to the core slides3、口后模行位(油唧,汽缸)复位到位后,才能开始合模;Core slides return co

15、y slides return: the first( )return, then( )return; at last( )return;共享知识分享快乐手册内容三.模具维护保养Operation and MaintenanceA. 使用模具注意事项 Operation notice :1、检查注塑机的各项技术参数设定是否正常;Check the molding parameters were set properly.2、装模前将注塑台(炮筒)后退;Retract the injection unit before mold mounting.3、调整注塑机动定模板间间距,使其大于模厚;Ad

16、just the distance between the platens: It must be larger than the mold thickness4、按模具上向上标志“ T ”所示,吊起模具放入动定模板之间,使模具的 法兰先导入注塑机定模板上的定位孔中,再闭合机板,使模具紧贴于两机 板之间。Lift the mold with arrow sign 0 upward and set it between the platens. Insert the locating ring into center hole of the fixed platen.5、模具侧边同机板侧边平行,

17、用压板及螺丝固定模具于注塑机动定模板上。 Before clamping the mold onto both platens, ensure that the mold is not tilted side way.6、锁模块后,进行开模、合模、试合模力,逐步调整锁模位置,逐渐升高锁 模力并使连杆能够伸直。严禁在闭模状态下增大锁模力,以免损坏模具。Always check that P/L straps are removed before opening the mold. Check the clamping pressure by opening and closing the mol

18、d, increase the platen daylight slowly till the link rods fully extend. 19、 ” and make siparts can be ejected properly.b)依运水示意图连接运水。Connect the cooling system as shown in the cooling diagramc)依工艺参数卡为参照进行调机,直至啤出合格产品。Adjust the machine settings with reference to “Molding Parameter till quality parts are obtained.7、模具是热唧嘴的,要专业人员来驳线并检查温控箱等是否运行正常。If hot sprue are used. Operatio

20、n of the temperature control must be checked.B.维护保养1、落模前,对照末件检查模具;Compare with the last shot and inspect the mold throughly before dismounting.2、进行模具的外观检查保养;Inspect the mold s external appearance and carry out maininance:清除模具外表面、分模面、型腔表面、导柱表面、顶针底面上的油污杂物, 粉尘及锈斑;Clean up oil stains, dirts and rusts on

21、 the external surfaces, parting surfaces and cavity surfaces, guide pins and ejector pins.严禁用任何硬物,特别是金属物清理模腔杂物;Never use hard objects to brush or scrap the mold cavities ;3、清理模具冷却水道,使其畅通,且无积水在内;Purge the water channels to free them from water and blockage ;三.模具维护保养Operation and Maintenance4、进行模具的润滑检

22、查;对模具的相对滑动部分添加润滑油Grease and lubricate all sliding surfaces5、进行模具结构件的检查;Check the mold structure.检查模具的活动部分在动作时是否存在异常响声,各滑动部分运动是否灵 活,动作时有无振动及卡死;Check for abnormal noise during movement, ensure sliding action are smooth. There should be no vibration and jamming.检查导柱、导套、顶针、滑块等有无严重磨损现象,模具的光、薄、细部 位有无缺损、开裂

23、、变形等;检查型腔表面及型芯有无刮花现象,缺陷有无增多,顶针和其它部位有无折断现象;Check for damages, cracks, deformations etc. in polished areas, thin or delicate parts. Check and report any scratches on the surfaces of cavities and cores, any new defects, any broken ejector pins and delicate parts.6、模具清擦干净,型腔表面喷涂防锈剂或防锈油脂,合模,收紧锁模片,落 模,摆放在

24、指定位置;Clean up the mold, rust-proof the cavity and core surfaces before closing the mold. Tighten the P/L straps and dismount the mold. 33、 not included in this shipment.手册内容模具结构检验:Visual inspection:1、具外形尺寸,法兰直径,唧咀孔及球面半径,顶出孔位置和大小符合要求;Size of mold suitable to the injection machine.2、顶针,螺丝,水咀,胶圈规格正确;Ejector pin,screw,plug,o-ring,etc.,all of standard parts are proper.3、行位已装有限位保护;Slides protected by Safe-block.4、顶出距离有限位块限制;Ejector stroke p

34、rotected by Safe-block.5、电线插座已按要求安装,各接线端子已按要求连接;Electrical components,sockets and plugs,wiring etc.,are intact and in working condition.wirings clearly marked and properly connected.模具动作检验:1、模具开闭正常;Mold open/close smoothly and normal.2、行位运动顺滑,无异常声响;Slides ran smoothly and normal.3、斜顶顶出顺滑,复位平稳;Lifter ran smoothly and normal.手册内容六.模具检验单FINAL INSPEC
