1、【中文摘要】利用计算机对面料贸易企业进行管理，简化了贸易业务流程,提高了中外贸易伙伴的沟通效率，降低了贸易企业的运营成本,实现了面料贸易企业内部无纸化操作和对外电子数据的高效交换,是实现企业生产、经营、管理和决策方式信息化的一种必然趋势。面料贸易管理系统按照面向对象的业务模型组合业务过程和国际标准,以系统化的管理思想，建立在信息技术基础上，为企业管理领导层和普通员工提供决策运行手段、信息处理的管理平台。系统以企业物料需求计划为基础，借鉴了MRP勺功能，以供应链管理核心思想，从供应链范围去优化企业的资源。本系统集信息技术与先进管理思想于一身,按照现代面料贸易企业的运行模式，反映时代对企业合理调配

2、资源,从而为面料贸易企业提供全面的、自动化的管理及服务。面料贸易管理系统是现代化管理中不可缺少的基础设施与支撑环境。本文首先在参阅大量国内外ERP系统和相应文献的基础上，通过绍兴县面料贸易企业实地调研，以实用、安全、稳定为系统开发目标，对面料贸易管理系统进行可行性分析、需求分析和总体分析，使用VBASP等开发技术，采用PowerDesign12进行数学建模，SQLServer2000为数据库设计平台，对系统进行开发和测试。系统基于B/S结构模式，实现了为企业采购、生产、销售、财务工作的支持。实践表明，该面料贸易管理软件更加规范了企业数据，具有较强的数据处理能力，较快的查询检索速度，为管理层提供
