34、培训。1、 吊装队在进行施工之前必须由安全员进行安全教育。在吊装过程中，安全员不定期巡查，发现情况及时考核，屡数不改者，令其停职检查。2、 安装前生产设备的检查（包括电动工具）用前需认真检查一次，防止漏电起火、触电伤人。3、 安全用品的佩戴：因电梯安装工作员属于危险性较大和井道高空作业，上岗之前，必须穿戴好工作服、安全帽、安全带等规定的劳保用品，同时检查安全带是否牢固。4、 洞口安全防范及安全标志张贴：施工前必须贴好醒目的警告标志，洞口必须装上规定的防护栏，井道脚手架上铺放竹条板，并帮扎牢固，设有安全网。5、 脚手架的验收：高空作业必须有牢固的脚手架，脚手架的搭建必须有具备政府认可资质的单位/

39、负荷。15、起重时，施工区域应设置警戒线，闲杂人员不得靠近，下面 不得站人。16、起重前，所有索具必须检查是否合格，不合格索具严禁使用。17、持证上岗人员必须身体健康，眼睛视力正常，适应高空作业 否则不予以吊装。18、使用电动工具必须使用漏电保护器，绝缘良好。19、井道内应有足够的照明强度，施工照明必须使用36伏的安全灯，并安装变压器20、在井道脚手架上从事电焊、气焊时，应先清楚易燃、易爆物 品，氧气瓶和乙快瓶应保持在规定的范围内。21、上脚手架前首先检查梯子、跳板是否牢固可靠及跳板是否有 伸头现象。下手脚架是不准滑下和跳下。22、在调试电梯中开车人员要配合好调试人员， 精神要集中听从mark
