26、,emCaodeunfytoyrtlehaedi单相相控整流电路的应用一.课程设计的目的在学习完电力电子技术相关课程之后进行的一个重要的实践性教学环节,是电气自动化专业学生在整个学习过程中一项综合性实践环节,是工程技术应用型人才培养目标的重要组成部分,是走向工作岗位、 从事专业技术之前的一项综合性技能训练,对学生的职业能力培养和实践技能训练具有相当重要的意义。1、通过课题设计,可提高学生综合运用知识的能力,能巩固课程知识,加深对理论 知识的理解,巩固和扩展学生的知识领域、训练学生综合运用所学的理论知识,培养学生严谨的科学态度和提高独立工2、通过设计,能初步掌握电力电子系统设计方法,培养学生查阅
27、资料,文献检索的 能力,特别是如何利用Internet的文献资料。独立获取新知识、新信息的能力,熟悉国家 有关技术和经济方面的方针全规程,训练使用设计手册的技术资料的能力;3、提高学生课程设计报告撰写水平,为以后其它学科写课程设计实验报告积累经验。4、培养学生设计和绘制电路图的能力。二.设计的任务、指标内容及要求(1)采用单相相控整流电路,主要由主电路、触发电路组成。(2)触发电路不采用单结晶体管自激振荡触发电路。(3)同步输入电源:单相交流工频电源,220V, 50HZ。(4)负载为40W白炽灯。三.方案的设计根据课题要求正确选择主电路形式;单相相控整流电路主电路有单相半波、单相桥式全控、单

31、 . auie So.s. .s.o !-.sg s.a. s- ae jcif- -ia i此电路变压器是带中心抽头的,结构比较复杂,。不存在直流磁化的问题, 适用于输出低压的场合作电流脉冲大(电阻,且整流变压器二次绕组中存在直流分量,使铁心磁化,变压器不能充分利用。 而单相全控式整流电路具有输出电流脉动小, 功率因数高,变压器二次 电流为两个等大反向的半波, 没有直流磁化问题, 变压器利用率高的优点。 相同的负载下流 过晶闸管的平单相全控式整流电路其输出平均电压是半波整流电路2倍,在均电流减小一半;且功率因数提高了一半。但触若采用分立元件触发电路,时间差问题难以解决,且根据两个晶闸管的接线

44、 ad mes fr2、同步信号为正弦波的触发电路(1)三个基本环节:同步移相脉冲形成整形脉冲功放输出(2)工作原理晶体管V1左边部分为同步移相环节,在 V1的基极上综合了同步信号 UT, 偏移电压Ub及控制电压 Uco利用垂直控制原理,将几条支路进行并联电流叠 力口。本电路中RP2可调节Ub,也可调节Uc改变晶体管V1从截止到导通的翻转 时刻,来产生触发电路不同的控制角。脉冲形成放大环节是基耦合单稳态脉冲电路,V2的集电极通过 VD5耦合到V3的基极,V3的集电极通过 C4、RP3耦合到V2的基极。当同步移相环节 送出负脉冲时,使单稳态电路翻转,从而输出脉宽可调的、幅值足够的触发脉 冲,起到
