7、，师生比超标，还需增加人员，充 足师资。课程 定位 与 特色全面培养英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力、综合文化素质和自主学习能力，使他们 在今后的工作和社会交往中能使用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流，满足海南国际旅 游岛建设中的国际交流的需要。本课 程在 人才 few 体系 中的 作用大学英语教学是高等教育的一个有机组成部分，是衡量高校办学水平和质量的重要指标。我校大学英语课程的建设以学院的办学理念一“走进校园的目的是为了更好地走向和“311人才培养模式”为指导思想，培养学生英语谛言的应用能力，充分发挥英语谛言学科的工具 作用，将大学英语教学与专业教学紧密结合，同时通过谛言学习提高学生的文

23、，五年内建成课程网站。(2) 2020年建设目标巩固校级重点课程成果的同时，使大学英语课程具备建成省级精品课的条件，争取申报成功2 .师资队伍建设思路与措施(1)师德建设与教书育人：开展“师德教风工程建设活动”，加强教师职业道德教育，引导教师树 立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，增强事业心与责任感，自觉履行职责义务，遵守职业道德规范， 教书育人，为人师表。把“师德高尚、业务强、水平高”的教师树为典范，努力创造“尊重人才、 尊重学术”的良好氛围。(2)队伍结构方面：针对大学英语教师数量不足，积极与人事处协调，采取“内稳外引”措施，充 实和满足大学英语课程的教学力量。严把大学英语教师面试关，要本着质

24、量优先的原则，把专业水 平高，教师素质强的人才引进到学院。(3)提升团队教学水平：以“内部学习统一水平，外部交流提升层次”为指导思想，在未来五年内 一方面完善各种学习制度，加强内部相互学习。建立“教师相互学习工作坊”，坚持“学期前培训 工作”，完善“集体备课制度”、“听课制度”，定期举办“读书会”；另一方面积极参加各种研 讨会活动，增加与其他优秀院校交流和学习的机会；邀请知名学者和专家来我院进行专家讲学和培 训，开拓视野，增长见识。(4)新进教师培养方面：切实落实导师制，对教学时间不足两年的教师实行导师制，导师要对年轻 教师的每一个教学环节进行指导，使他(她)们在教学上迅速成长。(5)中青年骨

30、学，1学时的网络教学。在日常教学中继续探索传统的课堂教学模式与现代化教学手 段相结合的办法，继续探索“任务型”教学模式，通过提问、启发、讨论、小组活动等方式，积极 引导学生进行探究学习、自主学习和合作学习。(2)教学手段方面将传统教授手段与现代教学多媒体教学手段相结合，优势互补从而丰富课堂教学。将视频、音频、纸质教学资源有机整合，完善“教学资源库”建设，增加课堂信息量，丰富课堂教 学内容，已达到进一步活跃课堂气氛、提高课堂效果的目的。(3)完善大学英语自主学习中心和网络平台建设， 与实验中心和计算机中心协作，增加大学英语学 习平台的建设，强化听说教学；购买公共教学平台，争取搭配专业管理人员，建

38、估组成。 加强形成性评估的比重，细化平时成绩的考核 内容和标准，考核内容反应教学内容，包括听、说、读、写、译五种能力及实际运用能力即英语在 专业方面的应用能力。制定“平时成绩月反馈”制度，及时将形成性评估结果反馈给学生。开始建 设大学英语试题库，增强期末考试的信度和效度，并结合大学英语四、六级考试内容，在全面 培养、提升我校学生的综合能力和基本素质的同时，提高我校的四级过级率。(2)考核方法多样性，改变单一的教师评估形式，将教师评估与学生互评相结合。某些评估方式可 以打破行政班级界限，进行班级互评。总之让学生参与到教学考核评价中，激发学生参与教学的兴 趣同时提高综合能力。7 .教学保障建设思路
