2、科的同事们一起较好的完成了上级交给的任务，为全院社会、经济效益的提升发挥了应有的作用。通过一年来的工作理论，使我进一步认识到了财务工作的重要性、证策性、专业性、复杂性：财务管理是全院管理系统的一个重要组成局部，财务管理的好坏对全院的经济效益以致生存开展具有至关重要的影响。财务科虽是二线科室，但其工作不是简单的事务性工作，财务科负责人更不能只是单纯的收收支支，登登账本。他必须及时把握全院的财务状态并作出判断和分析p ，主动为领导当好参谋，成为领导的助手和内管家。财务工作的政策性、专业性也很强，目前我院财务工作经常涉及到的法律、法规和政策性文件有二、三十个，财务对口的上级部门有卫生局、财政局、税务

3、局、统计局、社保局等六、七家。如何正确贯彻执行上级的政策法规，做到有法必依、有章必依，同时又用好用活政策，为单位争取更大的开展空间，为职工争取较好的福利，是财务部门的责任。财务科的工作内与各科室的收支核算严密相关，外与患者、银行及众多药品、设备商家收付频繁，工作量大而繁杂。作为财务科负责人必须以身作那么，团结全科同志，耐心细致工作，调配好资金，协调好关系，为一线科室贴心效劳。日常财务要日清月结，杜绝过失，并按规定严把收支关，大力增收节支。按照以上要求，今年我和财务科的同志们在院领导的亲自带着下做了大量工作，获得了一定成绩，主要是： 1.认真贯彻执行了各项规章、制度，按时报送了有关报表，通过了市

5、战的一年。假如我能连任财务科主任，我打算从以下方面努力，使财务科的工作再上新的台阶： 我院财务工作的核心，我认为就是增收节支。要想增收节支效果显巨，必须在以下方面改革、改良。首先在增收上，我院是国家拨款的公益性医疗保健单位，目前医疗费用的高涨已成为社会的公害，很多病人已看不起病。建议我院控制大处方、贵药品的使用，适当下浮局部珍疗费用，这样有可能单张处方、单个病人的收入有所下降，但社会效益进步了，就可以吸引更多的人来我院就珍，总体收入反而可以增加。我在自学一些经济书籍时看到，以价格战进步市场份额，获取高额总体利润是商战中常用的方法。我们是全额拨款单位，有打价格战的空间，可不可以试一试哩?其次是节
