1、第 9 章 维修手册阅读Diagnostic Procedure of Engine Computer Systems发动机计算机控制系统故障诊断程序所有的汽车维修技师都知道如何诊断和排除发动机计算机系统故障时很重要的。 诊断的过程是排除已知完好的部件或系统从而找出发动机电子控制系统故障的根本原因的过程。 所有的汽车制造厂家都提出一种诊断程序, 而这里所提出的诊断策略将这样的一些诊断程序的大部分特征加以综合,并增加了多年来实际故障排除中所采用的一些步骤。第 1 步:确认故障(怀疑)诊断前,花一点时间,查明故障是否存在。如果故障不能得到确认,此故障便不可能得到排除和检测,也就无法证明已经修好。车
2、辆的驾驶员对车辆状况以及车辆的驾驶方式了如指掌。 诊断前, 应总是向驾驶员提问下列问题:故障指示灯(CHECK ENGINE )点亮过吗?出现故障时,车外温度多高?出现故障时,发动机是热车还是冷车?故障发生在起动、加速、巡航期间,还是其他什么条件下?汽车已经行驶多少公里?仪表板上有警告灯点亮吗?是哪个(或那些)灯点亮 ?最近维护或修理过汽车吗?第 2 步:进行彻底的目视检查和基本检查目视检查是故障诊断的最重要内容之一。 多数专家认为, 发动机电子控制系统故障中有10%30%仅仅经过彻底的目视检查便可发现。目视检查应包括下列内容:检查是否存在显而易见的故障,如燃油泄漏、真空管断裂或连接脱落,接头
3、腐蚀等。检查应该工作和不应该工作的每个东西,观察是否工作不良。查看有无以前修理的痕迹。只要动过车辆,总是存在装错、未装或忘记连接的可能。检查机油油位和机油状况。检查冷却液液位和冷却液状况。完成纸片试验。发动机怠速运转,将一张纸保持在离排气管尾管1英寸之内的距离上。如果有时纸片被吸向排气管, 表明一只或几只气缸的气门可能被烧蚀。 纸片被吸向排气管的另外的原因有发动机缺火或排气系统中有漏气孔。使用火花试验仪检查火花。检查燃油泵压力。第 3 步:读取故障码第 4 步:核查技术服务公报核查技术服务公报( TSB )中有无与故障症状相符的校正或修理程序。技术服务公报中常常包含一些涉及故障码的故障排除程序
4、的信息。第 5 步:仔细查看诊断仪数据汽车制造厂家一直在为技师提供越来越多的维修信息,这些信息将显示在与诊断插座( DLC )连接的诊断仪上。第 6 步:将故障范围缩小到某个系统或气缸缩小怀疑范围, 将故障诊断的焦点集中在某个系统或某个气缸, 是整个诊断过程中最难的部分。进行气缸功率平衡试验。如果气缸功率平衡试验发现某个气缸过弱,应进行压缩试验和气缸泄漏试验,已确定可能的原因。第 7 步:修理和找出根本原因必须按照汽车制造厂家的要求来完成修理和部件更换过程,并确保故障的根本原因已经找到。第 8 步:修理检验和故障码清除试驾车辆,验证原来的故障(怀疑)是否已经排除,并且确认在修理期间没有产生另外

19、死亡。 维修高压系统应该总是首先手动切断 高压系统电源。维修丰田混合动力电动汽车高压系统之前,必须首先完成下列操作步骤:1)关闭点火系统,并确保将车钥匙放在你的身上或放在一个带锁的专用箱内。如果车 辆配备智能钥匙,应确保此钥匙离车至少15英尺,以防车辆误起动。2)从辅助蓄电池上拆下负极电缆线。这样可在处理高压系统时,留有额外的安全余地。3)在戴好高压架线工手套和外层皮革手套的情况下,拆下橙色维修插头。采取一条额 外的保险措施,即将一段电绝缘胶带覆盖在高压蓄电池箱的维修插座上,以防物体进入插座凹腔。4)在你正在维修车辆时,采取措施,不要让另一名技师将插头插上。为此,可将维修 插头固定到你身上或固
20、定到一个带锁的专用箱。5)拆下维修插头后,等待 5分钟,然后在接触高压系统的任何部分。用数字万用表测 量系统电压,以证实系统以备断电。拔开高压连接器或端子,并务必用电绝缘胶带将其包缠起来。冻结数据帧中更多的可用信息每当用诊断仪对一辆丰田混合动力电动汽车进行故障码扫描读取时,务必查看附属于任何一个被发现的故障码的冻结数据帧。冻结数据帧含有大量的对故障诊断极有帮助的信息。冻结数据帧可与许多不同类型的故障码(包含那些与混合动力高压系统相关的故障码)配合使用。检测绝缘是否正常丰田混合动力系统监视着车身上的电压,如果发现一种故障,就会切断高压电源。需要像Fluke 1587型这样的特种测试仪来测试是否任
