1、Module 7 A famous storyUnit 3 Language in use设计说明本单元是复习单元,集中总结和练习过去进行时的基本用法,复习巩固本模块的重 点单词、短语和句型。本课从指导学生朗读Language practice中的句子入手,引入语法 的集中讲解,紧跟单元所设习题进行针对性训练。本单元还设置了词汇、阅读和听力的 训练。另外,在本课的末尾还安排了基于自己的经历创作故事的实践性环节。所有这些 环节的设置,旨在提升学生的语言运用能力。教学目标通过本单元的教学,让学生达成以下目标:.知识目标(1)复习巩固本模块所学生词、短语和句型;(2)练习巩固过去进行时的基本用法。.
2、能力目标(1)掌握过去进行时的基本用法;(2)根据经历编写故事。.情感目标培养丰富的想象力,善于从平凡的生活中捕捉美丽的瞬间。重点难点重点:本模块的重点词汇、句型;过去进行时的基本用法。 难点:过去进行时在具体语境中的运用。教学准备PPT课件;活动7、8的录音授课时数1课时教学过程Step 1 Language practice1. Present the key sentences to the class. Read them with the whole class.Alice was sitting with her sister by the river.It was sitting
3、 in a tree and smiling at everyone.They were having a tea party in the garden.Where was it going?Step 2 Grammar summarySum up the grammar together with the whole class.过去进行时一、回顾复习:什么是现在进行时现在进行时表示当前正在发生或进行的动作。谓语动词的构成为“am/is/are+动词的现在分词”。They are having a birthday party for their daughter.他们正为女儿举办一个生日
4、聚会。Look! Its raining so heavily.看!雨下得多大。二、新学新知:过去进行时.含义:过去进行时表示过去某个时间或某一段时间正在进行的动作。.构成:过去进行时谓语动词的构成为“was/were +动词的现在分词”。I was having breakfast at 7:00 yesterday morning.昨天早上 7 点我在吃早饭。Alice was sitting by the river at that time.那时爱丽丝正坐在河边。They were having a tea party in the garden.他们正在花园里举行茶会。.句式变化否
5、定句: 在 was 或 were 之后加 not。was not = wasnt; were not = werent。They were not sleeping then.他们那时没有在睡觉。Linda wasnt playing the piano from 8 to 9 last night.昨天晚上8点到9点琳达没有在弹钢琴。(2)一般疑问句:将was或were提到主语之前。回答时用was或were。一 Were you waiting for your friends then? 你那时在等你的朋友吗?一 Yes, I was. / No, I wasnt.是的,我在等。/不,我没
6、有在等。(3)特殊疑问句:通常由疑问词加一般疑问句构成,提问主语时例外。What were you doing at 5 pm yesterday?昨天下午5点钟你在做什么?Who were they playing with then?那时他们在和谁一起玩?三、区分明确:一般过去时与过去进行时的区别一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态;过去进行时表示过去某一 时刻或某段时间正在进行的动作。I read an interesting story last night.昨天晚上我读了一个有趣的故事。I was reading an interesting story at 8 las
7、t night.昨天晚上8点我正在读一个有趣的故事。一般过去时的时间状语通常比拟笼统,不具体,如yesterday, just now, last year, three days ago等;过去进行时的时间状语通常比拟具体,如at that time, at 11 yesterday, between 8 and 10 last Saturday 等。They played basketball yesterday afternoon.昨天下午他们打篮球了。They were playing basketball at 5 pm yesterday afternoon.昨天下午5点他们正在打
