4、冷、非剧毒的石油、化工等液体介质、容积100m3及以上的常压立式圆筒形钢制焊接储 罐。其他金属储罐可参照执行。第三条 各部门应加强储罐全员、全过程管理，保持设备完好，充分发 挥设备的效能，以达到储罐使用寿命长、维修费用低、综合效能高的目 标。第四条 各部门应积极采用国内外先进的设备管理方法和维修技术，不断提高储罐设备管理和维修技术水平。第二章管理职责第五条 储罐管理是保证公司安全生产的重要环节，公司所属各部门、 各单位必须加强常压储罐的管理工作，在公司主管设备副经理的领导 下，依据总部、公司有关制度的要求，建立完善的常压储罐管理网络和 管理责任制，全面履行管理职责，不断提高常压储罐的运行和管理

10、,底板必须进行补焊或更换。2、罐底板擦洗干净后，目视检查所有焊缝和底板，需要进一步确定渗 漏点时，使用真空试验或漏磁探伤来检查。3、检查加热器的腐蚀和渗漏情况，加热器支架有无损坏，管接头有无 断裂，进出蒸汽管阀门、法兰连接是否完好。4、罐内底板设置有牺牲阳极保护的储罐，要检查阳极的消耗及连接情 况，测量其保护电位，计算本检查周期牺牲阳极的消耗速率，并与原设 计比较，确定牺牲阳极的增补量及更换量，确保牺牲阳极能正常使用到 下个全面检查周期。（二）罐壁检查1、使用超声波测厚仪检查罐壁的剩余厚度，重点检查下部二圈板的剩 余厚度，各圈板的剩余腐蚀裕量应满足下一使用周期要求，若不能满足 要求，必须对罐壁

20、ue-feya-1、5000 m 3以上的储罐应对下部壁板的纵焊缝进行超声波探伤抽查。 容 积小于20000m 3的只抽查下部一圈，容积大于或等于 20000m 3的抽查下 部二圈。抽查焊缝的长度不小于该部分纵焊缝总长的 10%,其中T型焊 缝占80%。2、对抽查出的超标缺陷，应采取相应的措施处理。3、目视检查罐底与壁板内角焊缝、边缘板与罐壁的外角焊缝腐蚀情况， 情况异常时，应对焊缝进行修补和进行无损检测。（四）罐顶检查1、固定顶储罐检查罐顶板间焊缝及附件焊缝，对有裂纹、脱焊或穿孔的 焊缝及时修补；检查每块瓜皮板的外观，以确定顶板与筋板的坚固性。2、外浮顶储罐着重检查密封、刮蜡、导向、静电导线

21、、浮顶排水装置 等系统是否完好，浮舱内表面板、浮盘的腐蚀及渗漏情况，支柱有无倾 斜，与罐底是否接触。3、内浮顶储罐着重检查密封、导向、静电导线、防转钢丝绳、浮顶自 动通风阀等系统是否完好，浮舱浮管有无渗漏，构架有无变形，支柱有 无倾斜，与罐底是否接触。4、对于浮顶罐、内浮顶罐，发现导向管、量油孔外壁侧面有明显硬划 伤或导轮、盖板、密封板、压板损坏严重时，应检查导向管、量油管的 直线度和垂直度，直线度和垂直度的允许偏差均不大于管高的 0.1%,且 不得大于10项。（五）结合清罐和全面检查，宜对正常生产状态下无法更换的第一道法 兰的垫片进行更换。（六）全面检查记录在全面检查记录表格上，检查结果要依

36、other第三十条储罐外部检查和全面检查的记录及评定情况保存进储罐技术档案。第三十一条对于腐蚀倾向大的储罐，要根据实际情况合理安排全面检验时间间隔。第三十二条加强储罐安全保护装置的管理，进行定期检查和检验工作。应对高低液位报警器、液压安全阀、阻火器、通风管和机械式呼吸阀等保护设施、安全附件定期检查，其中机械式呼吸阀每年应进行一次标定。第五章储罐的检修第三十三条各部门储罐检修应按照石油化工设备维护检修规程中的常压立式圆筒形钢制焊接储罐维护检修规程（SHS01012 2004）的规定执行,加强对储罐检修工作的管理，防止失修现象发生。要认真执行检修质量标准，做到优质、高效、安全、文明、节约。第三十四
