可迁移元素检验作业指导书

1、MigrationofCertainElements可迁移元素的测定适用范围:与食品和口部接触的玩具、化妆品类玩具、归入玩具类的书写工具、6岁以下儿童玩具的可接触部分。Suitablefor:foodandmouthcontacttoys,cosmeticsoftoys,classifiedastoysofwritingtools,childrenunder6yearsoldtoyscanbepartofthecontact.ReferenceStandard参考标准：欧标Principle测试原理Simulationmaterialhasbeenswallowedstayincontactw

2、ithstomachacidinthedigestivetractoftheprocess模拟物质被吞咽后与胃酸接触逗留在消化道内的过程。Specifictestmethod：Simulationtestmaterialissuckingona,chewingandswallowingandstomachacidreactionafterprocessin370C(similartothehumanbodytemperature)with0.07mol/lhydrochloricacid(similartohumanbodyofgastricacidity)extractiontestsamp

3、lesfortwohours,thendeterminedextractwhichoftheheavymetalelementcontent.具体测试方法为：模拟测试材料被吮食、咀嚼和吞咽后与胃酸反应的过程在70C下(类似人体体温)用007mol/l盐酸(类似人体胃酸的酸度)萃取测试样品两小时，然后测定萃取液其中重金属元素含量。TestingPart测试部分的选择Forthelaboratorysampletestmustbesalesstatus,orofferingforsalestateoftoys.供测试的实验室样品必须是销售状态或供销售状态的玩具。Testingpartmustbef

11、C.Shakefor1min.Checktheacidityofc(HCL)approximately2mol/LuntilthepHisbetween1,0and1,5.Protectthemixturefromlight.Agitatethemixtureat(372)Cfor1hcontinuouslyandthenallowtostandfor1hat(372)C.37C土2C下萃取样品样品萃取2小时后，通过0.45微米的滤膜器过滤在使用合适尺寸的容器，将相当于测试试样质量50倍，温度为(372)C的c(HCL)=0.07mol/L盐酸溶液与测试试样混合，如果测试试样质量为L0mg-1

12、00mg,用上述溶液5.0ml在(372)C下与测试试样混合。摇动1分钟，检查混合物的酸度。如果PH值大于1.5边摇动混合物，一边逐滴加入c(HCL)约2mol/L，直到PH值达到1.0-1.5，将混合物避光，在温度为(372)C时搅拌混合物1小时，然后在(372)C放置1小时。Withoutdelay，efficientlyseparatethesolidsfromthesolution，firstlybyfiltrationusingamembranefilter，andifnecessary，bycentrifugingatupto5000g.Separationshallbecompl

20、temperature2Cc(HCl)=0.14+/-0.010)mol/L2.5mlhydrochloricacidsolutionmix.加相当于测试试样质量25倍、温度为37C2C的水使测试试样浸渍均匀，再往混合物中加入相当于测试试样质量5倍、温度为37C2C的c(HCI)=(0.140.010)mol/L盐酸溶液。如果测试试样为10-100mg，加温度为37C2C的水2.5ml將测试试样浸渍均匀，再往混合物中加入温度为37C2C的c(HCl)=(0.140.010)mol/L2.5m盐酸溶液混合.Note:ifthiskindoftestmaterialsonthesurfacecoa

26、oughfor37Ctemperature2Cc(HCL)=0.07mol/Lhydrochloricacidsolution,sothatthesolutioncanjustcompletelydippingtoysorcomponents.Coverthecontainer,andmakethecontentavoidlightandtemperature37Cin2Cplacedundertwohoursfiltering.样品放入50m的玻璃容器：高60mm,直径40mm。加入足量温度为37C2C的c(HCL)=0.07mol/l盐酸溶液，以使溶液能正好完全浸渍玩具或部件。将容器盖上，
