系列摩擦摆球型支座选型指南‹

FPQZ-GD型,通常设置于固定墩,其在正常工况下为固定支座,地震时限位环剪断,支座双向减隔震;‹

FPQZ-DX型,该支座可用作纵向活动型或横向活动型,当用于纵向活动型时,其在横桥向设有限位板,纵桥向可自由位移,地震时横桥向限位板剪断,支座双向减隔震;‹

FPQZ-SX型,其在正常工况下可以任意方向活动,地震时双向减隔震;‹

系列摩擦摆球型支座减隔震原理FPQZ

系列摩擦摆球型支座是利用单摆原理设计开发的,如图

所示,单摆周期仅与摆长半径

3s、4s或更长,就可以大大降低桥梁结构地震响应,这就是桥梁结构安装

为支座的摩擦系数。FPQZ系列摩擦摆球型支座的滞回曲线线形基本上是规则的平行四边形,水平力滞回曲线的基本形状如图

支座型号FPQZ-4000-DX-e100-R3球面半径(m);支座减隔震位移量(mm);DX表示单向活动型支座;SX表示双向活动型支座;GD表示固定型支座;ZM表示柱面单向活动型支座竖向承载力(kN)摩擦摆球型支座类型代号。本例表示竖向承载力为

4000kN,减隔震位移量为±100mm,球面半径为

3m,常温单向活动型摩擦摆球型支座。当为柱面单向活动型支座时,位移量由减隔震位移及单向活动位移两部分组成,表示为

e100/50,即减隔震位移量为±100mm,单向活动位移量为±50mm。该系列支座根据使用环境分普通型(一般大气环境)和耐腐蚀型(海洋大气环境与重度污染大气环境),耐腐蚀支座型号后加注(NS)以做标识;如上述示例耐腐蚀型支座表示为:FPQZ-4000-DX-e100-R3-NS。支座厂家应根据桥梁设计防腐要求选择相应的防腐体系。6.

主要技术性能6.1

竖向承载力本系列支座根据设计需求,竖向承载力分为

30个等级:1000kN、1500kN、2000kN、2500kN、3000kN、3500kN、4000kN、4500kN、5000kN、6000kN、7000kN、8000kN、9000kN、10000kN、12500KN、15000kN、17500kN、20000kN、22500kN、25000kN、27500kN、30000kN、32500kN、35000kN、37500kN、40000kN、45000kN、50000kN、55000kN、60000kN。根据工程需求,可以根据用户要求进行特殊规格的设计和制造。6.2

设计位移FPQZ-GD系列支座的位移量:地震时,限位环剪断,支座球面摆动所能达到的最大值;FPQZ-DX系列支座的位移量:限位方向,地震时,限位装置剪断,支座球面摆动所能达到的最大值;活动方向,无限位,热胀冷缩支座会摆动滑移,支座高度会发生较小的变化,地震时,支座球面摆动所能达到的最大值;FPQZ-SX系列支座的位移量:纵、横桥向,无限位,热胀冷缩支座会摆动滑移,支座高度会发生较小的变化,地震时,支座球面摆动所能达到的最大值。FPQZ-DX、FPQZ-SX系列支座在热胀冷缩时,高度变化Δh可以由下面公式计算得Δh

支座隔震参数选取FPQZ系列摩擦摆球型支座的隔震参数包括:摩擦系数、隔震半径(或周期)、地震位移量。为了准确的得到上述三个参数需要建立整桥有限元分析模型,并进行非线性时程分析;但这个通常复杂,计算要花费大量时间。为此,我们通过反应谱的方法,计算出不同烈度、不同特征周期的

FPQZ系列摩擦摆球型支座的隔震参数表,详见表

7.5,供桥梁设计人员初步设计时参考使用。FPQZ

支座布置原则FPQZ

系列摩擦摆球型支座的布置主要和桥梁的结构形式有关,支座的布置合理与否将直接影响到支座的受力状况,简支梁、连续梁主要布置方式如下:简支梁采用

FPQZ-GD、FPQZ-DX

两种支座,简支梁跨度较小(通常小于

100m),所以不需要考虑
