WheretousetheFormtravellerTheFormtravellerisusedforfreecantileverconstructionofpost-tensionedboxgirderandcable-stayedconcretebridges.Engineeredtointernationalstandards,thesystemprovidesanexceptionallyrigidformwork,withamaximumdeflectionoflessthan25mmatfullloading.THEFORMTRAVELLERCONCEPTTheFormtravellerTheStandardFormtravellerisdesignedforausualsegmentlengthof5mandloadcapacities(concreteandformwork)varyingfrom100tonsto600tons.Thesteelweightdependsonthecross-sectionofthebridgeinquestion,butwillnormallyvaryfromabout25tonsto110tonscorrespondingly.TheStandardFormtravellermaybeadaptedtosuitealmostanycross-section,andiseasilyadjustableduringoperationtovariationsinsegmentlength(upto5m),sectionheight,webthickness,anddeckwidth.Forsegmentlengthsbeyond5mandotherconditions,
