脚手架施工方案ConstructionplanbyScaffolding一.编制依据Ⅰ.Governingdocuments1.《建筑施工高空作业安全技术规程》1.《technicalregulationofsafeconstructionabovetheground》2.《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全施工技术规范》2.《technicalregulationofsafeconstructionofsteel-tubescaffoldingwithfastening》二.编制目的Ⅱ.Aimoftheplan该工程为科威特标志性建筑,结构复杂,施工难度较大,工期要求紧。为顺利地按照拟订计划完成安装任务,施工中达到无伤亡、无重伤、杜绝安全事故的发生,特制定此方案。TheprojectisalandmarkbuildinginKuwaitwithcomplicatedstructurewhichleadstohighlypreciserequirements.Shorttermofconstructionisrequired.Inordertocopewiththeprojectinaccordancewiththeplan,herebytheplaninorderfornoinjury,nogrievousbodilyinjuryandpreventingsafeaccidentsinthecourseofconstructionismade.三.工程概况Ⅲ.Projectintroduction1.工程名称/nameoftheproject:******PROJECT2.工程地点/locationoftheproject:********3.业主/Employer:********4.顾问公司/ConsultantCompany:**********5.工程简述/Briefoftheconstruction:该工程地下3层,地上41层;建筑高度190米;中标面积40330.34㎡/3floorsbelowtheground,41floorsabovetheground,190Mheightofthebuilding,tenderarea40330.34M2。6.执行标准/executingcriteria:执行美国标准/Americancriteria,检测地点/testinglocation;英国/UK.7.幕墙的种类及工程量/KindsofC.WandBQ7.1.单元半隐结构/semi-hiddenframeunitizedC.W(W-AW-C),面积/Area17291㎡;7.2.单元全隐结构/HiddenframeunitizedC.W(W-B),面积/Area7698㎡;7.3.全隐框架/HiddenstickC.W,面积/Area480㎡;7.4.钢结构全隐框架/SteelstructurehiddenstickC.W,面积/Area800㎡;7.5.全隐采光天窗/Hiddenframeskylight,面积/Area360㎡;7.6.铝复合板框架雨棚/Aluminiumcompositepanelcanopy,面积/Area2889㎡;7.7.U型玻璃幕墙/U-shapedglassC.W(W-D),面积/Area1630㎡;7.8.铝合金百叶/AluminiumLouver,面积/Area930㎡;7.9.室内门窗隔断/Partitions,面积/Area4040㎡;7.10.钢结构,幕墙支撑(协作单位设计施工)/steelstructure,supportingofC.W(Constructedbyothers)。8.单元板块尺寸为/sizeofunit:2400㎜×4000㎜,重量约为/weight600公斤/Kg,单元板块总计/totalunits:3000块/pieces。四.施工部署Ⅳ.Constructionorganization1.群房W-E幕墙,W-F幕墙;铝板造型处搭设双排脚手架1.W-EC.WandW-FC.Wonthepodium;settingdouble-polescaffoldingaroundwheresculptingaluminiumpanelsare.2.裙房采光顶处搭设满堂脚手架,此部分可利用1处的脚手架周转。2.Buildingfull-framescaffoldingaroundtheskylightonthepodium,scaffoldingcouldbesubstitutedfromlocation1.3.主楼于23层及40层设双层防护棚,宽度不小于4米,底层满铺木跳板,上层满铺安全网。安全网距木跳板距离不小于1米。3.Buildingdual-tierprotectiveshieldatfloor23andfloor40,it’snotlessthan4Minwidth,shieldbottomisfullylaidwithtimbergangboard,andshieldtopisfixedwithsafetyscreen,whichshallnotlessthan1Mabovethegangboard.4.主楼顶部钢结构处搭设满堂脚手架,立杆间距1米,主楼W-A幕墙支撑网架的钢结构处搭设悬挑脚手架,主楼与裙放交接处搭设满堂脚手架。4.Buildingscaffoldingaroundsteelstructureonthetopofthetower,1Mawayfromoneanother;Buildingtilt-scaffoldingaroundthesteelstructureofW-AC.Wonthetowerandfull-framescaffoldingaroundtheadjoiningpartbetweenthetowerandthepodium.五.施工准备Ⅴ.Constructionpreparation1.编制材料计划、任务书(见附表1)。1.Composingmaterialplanandtaskplan(seeattachedtable1).2.本工程采用扣件式钢管脚手架,以标准的钢管做杆件(立杆、横杆与斜杆),以特制的扣件做连接件组装成骨架,铺放木脚手板,并用支撑与防护构配件搭设。对进场材料的质量状况进行认真检查:2.Fasteningmodescaffoldingisappliedtotheconstructionandmadeofstandardsteeltube(poling,crossbaranddiagonalrod),andcomestoaframeworkinhelpofspecialfastening.Thescaffoldingshallbepavedwithtimbergangboardandbuiltinhelpofsupportingandprotectingstuffs.2.1.钢管2.1steeltube钢管采用外径48mm、壁厚3.5mm的Q235钢焊接钢管。有严重锈蚀、弯曲、压扁、损伤和裂纹者均应剔除。立杆、纵向水平杆的钢管长度采用3-6m,横向水平杆采用1.2-2.0m长。Weldedsteeltube,in48mminouterdiameterand3.5mminwallthickness,isappliedandmadefromQ235.Theoneswithseriouscorrosion,bend,crush,damageandcrackshallbepickedoff.Steeltubepolingorlongitudinalcrossbarshallbe3-6minlength,and1.2-2.0minlengthfortransversecrossbar.2.2.扣件2.2fastening扣件与钢管的贴合面必须严格整形,应保证扣件抗滑抗拉性能的要求。扣件不能有裂纹、气孔、疏松、砂眼等铸造缺陷。扣件与钢管要接触良好,扣件夹紧钢管时,开口处的最小距离要小于5mm。连接扣件分三种:Theinterfacebetweenfasteningandsteeltubeshallbeshapedtomeettheanti-slipperyandanti-stretchperformances.Fasteningshallnothavecrack,airhole,osteoporosis,sandhole,etc.fasteningandsteeltubeshallhavewellcontacteachother.Whensteeltubeisholdbyfastening,theremainingspace,intheconditionthatfasteningistight,shallbelessthan5mm.fasteninghasthreekinds:.直角扣件(十字扣):作两根垂直相交的钢管连接用。用于立杆与纵向水平杆、纵向水平杆与横向水平杆等;right-anglefastening(crossingclasp):appliedtoholdtwosteeltubescrossing,wheresuchasbetweenpolingandlongitudinalcrossbar,betweenlongitudinalcrossbarandtransversecrossbar,etc..旋转扣件(回转扣):供两根任意相交钢管连接用;Turnablefastening(turnaroundclasp):appliedtotwosteeltubescrossinginanyform.对接扣件:供对接钢管用。Abuttingfastening:appliedtoconnectsteeltubesbuttandbutt.2.3.脚手板2.3Gangboard采用50mm的杉木或松木制成的木脚手板用。木脚手板板长为4m,宽不小于150mm。Gangboardshallbemadeoffirordealtimber50mminsize,whichare4minlengthand150mminwidth.六.施工作业要求Ⅵ.Worksrequirements基本要求1.Basicrequirements用扣件式钢管搭设的脚手架,是施工临时结构。脚手架必须有足够的承载能力、刚度和稳定性。在施工过程中,在各种荷载作用下不发生失稳倒塌以及超过容许要求的变形、倾斜、摇晃或扭曲现象,以确保安全施工。Scaffoldingarebuiltinfasteningmodeisalwaysfortemporary.Thescaffoldingshallhaveenoughbearingcapacity,rigidityandstability.Morethanallowabledeformation,incline,swingordistortionandcollapseshallnotbeoccurredunderanyformofloadsinthecourseofconstruction.1.1.在纵向水平杆与立杆的交点处必须设置横向水平杆,并与纵向水平杆卡牢。立杆下应有底座和垫板。整个架子应设置必要的支撑与连墙点,以保证脚手架成为一个稳固的结构。1.1transversecrossbarsarefixedatwherebetweenjointsoflongitudinalcrossbarandpoling,andshallbetightenedwithtransversecrossbar.Baseplateandunderlyingpanelisnecessaryunderpoling.Supportsandcontactingpointstowallareneededtostabilizetheintegralframework.1.2.裙房双排外脚手架的搭设,沿建筑物周围连续搭设,与主楼交接处应设置必要的横向之字支撑,端部加强设置连墙点。1.2Double-polescaffoldingisneededtobecontinuouslysetuparoundthebuilding.Zigzagsupportsarealsoneededaroundwherescaffoldingisclosetothetower.Theendsarestrengthenedbycontactingpointstowall.1.3.主楼顶部及主楼与裙房交接处钢结构施工部位的满堂脚手架立杆间距不大于1米。1.3Thepolingaroundwherethetowerheadandthesteelstructureconstructingatthejointsbetweenthetowerandthepodiumshallkept1mfromoneanother.1.4.脚手架搭设应满足工人操作、材料堆放及运输等使用要求,并要保证搭设升高、周转脚手板和操作安全方便。1.4buildingscaffoldingshallmeettherequirementsintermsofmanualoperation,materialkeepingandtransport,etc.andassureheightofframework,substitutedgangboardsandoperationofbuildingscaffoldingiseasyandinsafe.2.对地基的要求2.Therequirementsforgroundbase2.1.为使脚手架保持稳定不下沉,保证牢固和安全,根据施工现场实际情况,架子下部满铺跳板,脚手架基础直接坐落在持力层上。2.1gangboardsshallbefullypavedunderscaffolding,whichshallbetight,insafe,stableandnosinking,inaccordancewithpracticesituationonsite.Thebaseofscaffoldingshallstandonbearableearth.2.2.先将原土地面平整夯实,沿脚手架方向砌240㎜宽基础或满铺跳板。跳板上加设立杆底座和扫地杆,并用铁钉固定牢靠。2.2firstlyflatandhardentheground,buildabase240mminwidth,onwhichpolingandsweepingrodshallbefixedbynail,orfullypavegangboardsalongthescaffolding.3.搭设参数(具体见附图)3.Parametersforbuildingscaffolding(detailsasperattacheddrawing)3.1.双排脚手架立杆纵距1.5m,横距1.0m,步距1.5m,横向水平杆间距0.9m内立杆距幕墙表面0.20m。3.1Fordouble-polescaffolding,thelongitudinalspaceis1.5m,thetransversespaceis1.0m,andthepaceis1.5m,betweentransversecrossbarsis0.9m,theinnersideofpolingis0.2mawayfromcurtainwall.3.2.满堂脚手架立杆纵距1.0m,步距1.5m。3.2Forfull-framescaffolding,betweentwopolinginlongitudinalis1.0m,thepaceis1.5m.3.3.主楼W-A幕墙钢结构处悬挑脚手架依据钢结构计算要求搭设。3.3ThescaffoldingforthetiltpartofW-Acurtainwallonthetowershallbebuiltinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthesteelstructurecalculation.4.脚手架与主体结构的连接4.Connectionbetweenscaffoldingandmainbuildingstructure脚手架与主体结构必须采用刚性连接,连墙杆应与墙面垂直,不准向上倾斜,下倾角度不超过15°。当连墙杆与梁、柱中预埋连接件时,必须待梁、柱混凝土达到一定强度,一般不宜低于15N/mm2。采用三步三跨连接。Rigidconnectionshallbeappliedtotheconnectionbetweenscaffoldingandmainbuildingstructure.Connectingrodskeeprightanglewithwall,whicharenotallowedincliningupwardornotmorethan15°withhorizonontheconditionofdeclination.Beforeconnectingrodsareconnectedtoembeddedbracketsineitherbeamorcolumn,whereconcretestrengthshallbetakenintoaccount.Normally,lessthan15N/mm2isgood.Three-paceandthree-spanwaysareadopted.5.脚手架支撑的设置5.Setupofsupportsforscaffolding5.1.脚手架纵向支撑应在脚手架的外侧,沿高度及长度方向均连续设置。5.1supportsofscaffoldinginlongitudinalshallbeontheoutersideandarrangedcontinuouslyalongthedirectionsinverticalandinhorizontal.5.2.纵向支撑宽度宜为6个立杆纵距,斜杆与地面夹角宜在45°-60°范围。纵向支撑应用旋转扣件与立杆和横向水平杆扣牢,连接点距脚手架节点不大于200mm;纵向支撑钢管接长,应采用对接扣件对接连接,顶层可采用搭接,搭接长度不小于400mm,并用两只旋转扣件扣牢。5.2Thedistancebetweensupportsshallbe6timesthedistancebetweenpolinginlongitudinal,itisgoodtokeepanextentof45°-60°betweenstrutsandtheground.Longitudinalsupportsshallbeappliedtobyturnablefasteningtobetightenedwithpolingandtransversecrossbars,theirjointsshallnotbemorethan200mmawayfromthejointsofframework.Extendingsteeltubesoflongitudinalsupportshalldotheconnectionbuttandbutt.Topfloorofscaffoldingcanapplyoverlapping,whichshallnotmorethan400mminlengthandbetightenedbytwoturnablefastening.5.3.每隔15m要设置横向支撑,横向支撑的斜杆应在同一节间,由底至顶层呈“之”字型连续布置,以提高脚手架的横向刚度。5.3transversesupportsshallbearrangedineveryother15m,itsstrutsshallbeinasinglepieceandbearrayedinzigzagpiecetopiecetoimprovetransverserigidity.6.构造要求6.Frameworkrequirements6.1.扣件式钢管双排外脚手架相邻立杆的接头位置应错开布置在不同的步距内,与相近大横杆的距离不宜大于步距的三分之一。立杆与大横杆必须用直角扣件扣紧(大横杆对立杆起约束作用,对确保立杆承载能力的关系很大),不得隔步设置或遗漏。thejointsofpolingoffasteningtypedouble-polescaffoldingmadeofsteeltubeshallbearrangedindifferentspanwithneighboringonesandbenotmorethanonethirdofthepaceawayfromtheneighboringlongertransversecrossbars.Polingandlongertransversecrossbarsshallbetightenedbyright-anglefastening(longertransversecrossbaractstoconfinepoling,thisismuchconcernedwithbearingcapacityofpoling),andnoalternatearrayornoomissive.6.2.大横杆步距为1.5m。上下横杆的接长位置应错开布置在不同的立杆纵距中,与相近立杆的距离不大于纵距的三分之一。同一排大横杆的水平偏差不大于该片脚手架总长度的1/250,且不大于50mm。相邻步架的大横杆应错开布置在立杆的里侧和外侧,以减少立杆偏心受载情况。Thepaceoftransversecrossbarsis1.5m.Whereatransversecrossbargetstoextendshallbearrayedindifferentlongitudinalspaceofpoling,alsoshallnotbemorethanonethirdthelongitudinalspaceawayfromtheneighboringpoling.Thehorizontalerrorsoftransversecrossbarinarowshallnotmorethan1/250theoveralllengthofscaffoldingatthesamesideandnotmorethan50mmtoo.Theneighboringtransversecrossbarsshallbearrangedindifferentline,eitheroutersideorinnersideofpoling,thisistoavoidthatpolinggeteccentricbearing.6.3.小横杆贴近立杆布置,搭于大横杆之上并用直角扣件扣紧。在相邻立杆之间根据需要加设1根或2根。在任何情况下,均不得拆除作为基本构架结构杆件的小横杆。6.3shortertransversecrossbarsshallbearrangednearpolingandputonlongertransversecrossbarandbetightenedwithright-anglefastening,andalsocouldputuponeortwomoreifnecessary.Atanycase,theonesactingasapartofbasicframeworkshallnotberemoved.6.4.剪刀撑除在两端设置外,中间每隔12—15m设一道。剪刀撑应联系3—4根立杆,斜杆地面夹角为45°-60°。剪刀撑应沿架高连续布置,在相邻两排剪刀撑之间,每隔10-15m高加设一组长剪刀撑。剪刀撑的斜杆除两端用旋转扣件与脚手架的立杆或大横杆扣紧外,在其中间应增加2-4个扣结点。6.4Otherthanbridgingshallbeinstalledonends,bridgingshallalsobeinstalledineveryother12-15m,connectingwith3-4poling,keeping45°-60°withtheground,puttingupalongvertical.Betweentwoneighboringbridging,alongerbridgeshallbeinstalledineveryother10-15minvertical.Otherthanbridgingistightenedonendsbyturnablefasteningwithpolingorlongertransversecrossbar,2-4fasteningbetweenitsendsarenecessary.6.5.连墙件:按三步三跨设置,且连墙件一般应设置在框架梁或楼板附近等具有较好抗水平力作用的结构部位。6.5stuffsforconnectingtowall:arranginginaccordancewiththreespansorthreedistancesbetweentwopoling.Normally,itisfixedtonearbeamorslab,whereiswellcapabletobearhorizontalforce.6.6.水平斜拉杆设置在有连墙杆的步架平面内,以加强脚手架横向刚度。6.6horizontalstrutsshallbearrangedinthesamespanwiththeconnectingrodstoenhancescaffolding’srigidityinhorizontal.6.7.护栏和挡脚板6.7grateandtoeboard操作层脚手板应满铺、铺稳。脚手板对接铺设时,接头处设两根横向水平杆;搭接铺设的脚手板,接头处必须在横向水平杆上,搭接长度不小于200mm。不允许有探头板,脚手板总挑长度不宜超过150mm。Workingfloorsshallbefully-pavedwithgangboardandbestable.Ontheconditionofpavingbuttandbutt,thejointsshallbesetwithtwotransversecrossbars.Ifpaveinoverlappingway,thejointsshallbeonthetransversecrossbar,andoverlappingdistanceshallnotlessthan200mm.Nopokingboardisallowed.Gangboardsmorethan150mminlengthisnotappropriate.6.8.脚手架遇有施工需通行的建筑物门洞口时,可按下列要求处理:6.8buildingscaffoldingontheconditionthatanaccessispassingthrough.门洞口抽取1根立杆时,在脚手架内、外两侧设置人字型斜杆;Whenonepolingisremoved,L-typestrutsshallbeinstalledinbothinnersideandoutersideofscaffolding..门洞口抽取两根立杆时,在脚手架内、外两侧加设斜杆,必要时门洞口上的内、外排纵向水平杆可用两根钢管加强。Ontheconditionthattwopolingareremoved,strutsshallbeinstalledinbothinnersideandoutersideofscaffolding.Twolongitudinalcrossbarsshallbefixedforreinforcementifnecessary.7.脚手架搭设的质量要求7.Qualityrequirementsofbuildingscaffolding7.1.立杆垂直偏差7.1verticalityerrorsofpoling纵向偏差不大于H/400,但不大于100mm;LongitudinalerrorsshallbelessthanH/400,andnotmorethan100mm.横向偏差不大于H/600,但不大于50mm。TransverseerrorsshallbelessthanH/600,andnotmorethan50mm.7.2.纵向水平杆水平偏差不大于总长度的1/300,且不大于20mm;同跨内外高度差不大于10mm;横向水平杆偏差不大于10mm,外伸尺寸的误差不应大于50mm。7.2horizontalerrorsoflongitudinalcrossbarshallbelessthan1/300inoveralllength,andnotmorethan20mm.thedifferencebetweeninnerheightandouterheightwithinthesamespanshallbelessthan10mm.Horizontalerrorsoftransversecrossbarshallbelessthan10mm,errorsbetweenpokingrodsshallnotbemorethan50mm.7.3.脚手架的步距、立杆横距偏差不大于20mm;立杆纵距偏差不大于50mm。7.3Paceofscaffolding,transverseerrorsofpolingshallnotbemorethan20mm;longitudinalerrorsofpolingshallnotbemorethan50mm.7.4.扣件紧固力矩宜在45-55N·m范围内,不得低于40N·m或高于65N·m。7.4tighteningmomentoffasteningshallbeinanextentof45-55N·m,nolessthan40N·mormorethan65N·m.7.5.连墙点的位置、数量要正确,连接牢固,无松动现象。7.5Locationsofcontactingpointsbetweenscaffoldingandbuildingonwallandtheirquantityshallbecorrect.Firmconnectionisrequired.8.建筑钢管脚手架的拆除8.Removingsteeltubescaffoldingforconstruction8.1.拆除脚手架必须按拆除方案,并认真向操作人员进行安全技术交底,拆除时应设警戒区,设置明显标志,并有专人警戒。8.1remoovingscafffoldinngshaallcoomplywithbackooutpllan,sseriouuslymmakettechniicalddiscloosuretowoorkerss,awwarninngreggioniisneeededwwhenrremoviingsccaffollding,,placcingooutstaandinggmarkk.Aspeccialwwatcheerisneedeedtooo.8.2.拆除顺序序自上而下进进行,不能上上下同时作业业。连墙点必必须与脚手架架同步拆除。一一般不允许分分段、分立面面拆除,如因因施工需要必必须分段分立立面拆除时,应应在暂不拆除除的两端加设设连墙点和横横向水平支撑撑。拆下的扣扣件及时运至至地面,严禁禁高空抛掷。8.2Dismmantliingseequencceisgoinggonffromttoptoobotttom,nnotalllowinngdoiingfrromboothennds.CContacctingpointtsbettweenscafffoldinnganddbuilldingonwaallanndscaaffolddingsshallbereemoveddattthesaametiime.NNormallly,nnotalllowrremoviingsccaffolldingbyseegmenttoreelevattion,ifthhatissneedded,ccontacctingpointtstowallandttransvversesuppoortsiinhorrizonttalshhallbbeinsstalleedmorreoneendswwherescafffoldinngisnotnneedttoberemovvedfortempoorary..Dismanntledfasteeningshalllbettakentothhegrooundttimelyyandnotbbecassted.七.脚手架搭设措施Ⅶ.Measuressforbuilddingsscaffooldingg1.安全网是建筑施工工安全防护的的重要设施之之一。本工程程设悬挂方式式垂直设置和和水平设置安安全网两种。1.Safettynetttingisonneoftheimmportaantsaafety--proteectiveemeassuresdurinngconnstrucction..Thispprojecctisadopttingttwowaaystoosetupsaafetynettiinginnhoriizontaalanddhanggingoover.2.垂直设置密目网2.Settiinguppsmalll-hollesaffetynnettinnginvertiical垂直设置用于建筑筑施工的外脚脚手架作业层层外侧满挂安安全网围护,采采用细尼龙绳绳编织的密目目式安全网。安安全网应封严严,与外脚手手架固定牢靠靠。Puttingupsaafetynettiinginvertiical,itismadeofthhinnyylonsstringgsanddshalllbeencloosedaandfiixedttoscaaffoldding,onouuterssideoofscaaffolddingfforcoonstruuctionn.3.水平安全网3.Horizzontallsafeetyneettingg3.1.水平安全全网是用直径径9mm的麻绳绳、棕绳或尼尼龙绳编织的的,规格为宽宽3m、长6m,网眼5cm左右,每块支支好的安全网网应能承受不不小于1600N的冲击荷载载。3.1horiizontaalsaffetynnettinngismadeofheemproope,ppalmrropeoornyllonroopeannd9mmmindiiameteer,thesizeofthhenetttingis3mminwwidth,,6minlengtth,abbout55cmfoorholles.Singleefixeedsaffetynnettinngcouuldbeearnootlesssthaan16000Noffimpaactlooad.3.2.水平安全全网支设方法法3.2methhodsfforseettingguphhorizoontalsafettynettting利用予埋钢管或钢钢吊杆架设安安全网,在墙墙面或楼板预留洞洞,穿入销片片用销子楔紧紧,销片上有有φ14孔,以便挂挂吊杆安全网网。钢吊杆为为φ12钢筋,长约约1.56m。上端弯弯钩,弯钩背背面焊一挂钩钩以挂安全网网用。下端焊焊有装设斜杆杆活动铰座和和靠墙支脚,在在靠近上端弯弯钩(挂钩)处处还焊有靠墙墙板和挂尼龙龙绳的环,靠靠墙板的作用用是为保证吊吊杆受力后不不发生旋转。吊吊杆间距一般般为3-4m。Settinguupsaffetynnettinngbyusinggembeeddedsteelltubeeorssteelhangiingrood,reeserveeholeesonwallorsllab,tthehoolesaareinnserteedwitthpettstayywhicchhassahooleinnφ14forrhanggingrrod.SSteelhangiingroodissteellbarinφ12,abbout11.56minleength,,itsuuppersideisbeentanndwelldedwwithaapothhook
