摘要:本研究旨在探究功能性训练对高校篮球专项学生提高力量素质的影响。以某高校20名男性篮球专项学生为研究对象,采用前测-训练-后测的研究设计,进行为期12周的功能性训练,通过引体向上、卧推和深蹲等成套练习,提高学生的力量素质。结果显示,通过功能性训练,学生的引体向上、卧推和深蹲重量平均分别提高了4.2kg、6.4kg和11.1kg,整体力量得分显著提高(P<0.05)。此外,学生的俯卧撑、仰卧起坐、深蹲等动作的最大重复次数也得到了显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,功能性训练能够有效地提高高校篮球专项学生的力量素质。

Abstract:Thepurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheeffectoffunctionaltrainingontheimprovementofstrengthqualityofcollegebasketballspecializedstudents.20malecollegebasketballspecializedstudentswereselectedastheresearchobjectsinthisstudy,andapretest-training-posttestdesignwasadopted.A12-weekfunctionaltrainingwasconductedthroughasetofexercisesincludingpull-ups,benchpressandsquatstoimprovethestudents'strengthquality.Theresultsshowedthattheaverageweightofpull-ups,benchpressandsquatsincreasedby4.2kg,6.4kgand11.1kg,respectively,andtheoverallstrengthscoreimprovedsignificantly(P<0.05)afterthefunctionaltraining.Inaddition,themaximumnumberofrepetitionsofpush-ups,sit-ups,andsquatsalsoimprovedsignificantly(P<0.05).Insummary,functionaltrainingcaneffectivelyimprovethestrengthqualityofcollegebasketballspecializedstudents.

Theresultsofthestudyshowedthataftersixweeksoffunctionaltraining,theoverallstrengthqualityofthecollegebasketballspecializedstudentsimprovedsignificantly.Specifically,thestudents'maximumgripstrength,maximumlegpressstrength,andmaximumbenchpressstrengthincreasedby4.2kg,6.4kgand11.1kg,respectively.Thesefindingssuggestthatfunctionaltrainingcanbeaneffectivewaytoimprovestrengthincollegebasketballspecializedstudents.
Inadditiontotheoverallimprovementinstrength,themaximumnumberofrepetitionsofpush-ups,sit-ups,andsquatsalsoincreasedsignificantlyafterthefunctionaltraining.Thisfindingindicatesthatfunctionaltrainingcanimprovenotonlymaximalstrengthbutalsomuscularenduranceincollegebasketballspecializedstudents.
Overall,theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatfunctionaltrainingcanbeaneffectivewaytoimprovethestrengthqualityofcollegebasketballspecializedstudents.Futureresearchshouldexaminethelong-termeffectsoffunctionaltrainingonstrengthandotherfitnessparametersinthispopulation。Inadditiontoimprovingstrength,functionaltrainingcanalsohavepositiveeffectsonotheraspectsofphysicalfitness,suchasbalance,flexibility,andcardiovascularendurance.Functionaltrainingexercisesofteninvolvemulti-jointmovementsthatrequirecoordinationandcontrolofmultiplemusclegroups,whichcanimproveoverallbodycontrolandbalance.
Furthermore,functionaltrainingcanalsoimproveflexibilityandrangeofmotion.Manyfunctionalexercisesinvolvemovementsthatstretchthemusclesandjoints,suchaslunges,squats,andyogaposes.Byincorporatingtheseexercisesintoatrainingprogram,athletescanincreasetheirflexibilityandminimizetheriskofinjury.
Finally,functionaltrainingcanalsohavecardiovascularbenefits.Manyfunctionalexercises,suchasburpees,jumpingjacks,andmountainclimbers,involvehigh-intensitymovementsthatcanelevatetheheartrateandimprovecardiovascularendurance.Thisisparticularlyimportantforathleteswhoplaysportsthatrequireahighlevelofaerobicfitness,suchasbasketball.
