Abstract:

Withtheincreasingawarenessofenvironmentalprotection,therecyclingofwastepolyester-cottontextileshasattractedwidespreadattention.Startingfromthecompositionofwastepolyester-cottontextilesandtheirexistingdisposalmethods,combinedwiththephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofpolyester-cottonfibersandexistingregenerationtechnologies,thispaperexploresthemethodsofseparationandreuseofpolyester-cottonfibers.Firstly,thecommonpolyester-cottontextilesandtheircomponentsareintroduced,andtheconceptofeco-friendlyreuseisproposed.Then,theseparationofpolyester-cottonblendrawmaterialsisdiscussed,includingphysicalseparationmethodsandchemicalseparationmethods,andtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvariousseparationmethodsarecompared.Afterthat,thereusemethodsarediscussedbasedondifferenttypesofpolyester-cottonfibers,mainlyincludingchemicalregenerationandmechanicalregenerationofpolyester-cottonfibers.Finally,theecologicalreuseofwastepolyester-cottontextilesisdiscussed,andfutureresearchdirectionsareproposed.
