摘要:

为了探究基于桃木屑的大球盖菇高产配方和工艺,本文对桃木屑、麸皮、玉米秸秆等几种废弃物进行调配制作菌用基质,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法进行不同参数(比例、湿度、温度、PH值等)的优化,确定菌用基质最适宜的配方及较为理想的条件。结果表明,桃木屑、麸皮、玉米秸秆的比例为3:3:4最适宜,湿度65%、温度25℃、PH值为7时最佳,采用该配方可制得大球盖菇的高产。通过优化工艺,发现其产量比常规方法提升近30%,同时菌质优良、菌棒成活率高,且成本低廉、易于推广,可为大规模种植大球盖菇提供科学的生产技术支持。

Abstract:

Inordertoexplorethehigh-yieldformulaandprocessofAgaricusbisporusbasedonpeachwoodshavings,thispaperpreparedmushroomsubstratesusingseveralkindsofwastematerialssuchaspeachwoodshavings,bran,andcornstalks.Differentparameterssuchasratio,humidity,temperature,andpHvaluewereoptimizedusingsingle-factorandorthogonalexperimentalmethodstodeterminetheoptimalratioandmoreidealconditionsofthemushroomsubstrate.Theresultsshowedthattheratioofpeachwoodshavings,bran,andcornstalkswas3:3:4,theoptimalhumiditywas65%,theoptimaltemperaturewas25℃,andtheoptimalpHvaluewas7,whichcouldproducehigh-yieldAgaricusbisporususingthisformula.Throughprocessoptimization,theproductionincreasedbynearly30%comparedwiththeconventionalmethod,themushroomqualitywasexcellent,themushroomsticksurvivalratewashigh,andthecostwaslow,whichwaseasytopromoteandcouldprovidescientificproductiontechnicalsupportforlarge-scalecultivationofAgaricusbisporus.

Thehighmushroomsticksurvivalrateisattributedtotheuseofsterilizedpeachwoodshavingsintheformula.Sterilizationeliminatesanypotentialpathogensthatcouldcompetewithmushroommycelium,resultinginahighersurvivalrate.

Thelowcostoftheformulamakesitanattractiveoptionforcommercialmushroomgrowers.Peachwoodshavingsarereadilyavailableatalowcost,andtheformulaonlyrequiresafewadditionalingredients.Thismakesitacost-effectiveoptionforlarge-scalecultivation.

Inconclusion,theuseofpeachwoodshavingsintheformula,coupledwithprocessoptimization,providesascientificbasisforthelarge-scalecultivationofAgaricusbisporus.Thisformulahasthepotentialtoincreaseproductionwhilemaintainingexcellentmushroomqualityandhighmushroomsticksurvivalrates,makingitapromisingoptionforcommercialmushroomgrowersFurthermore,theuseofthisformulamayalsohaveenvironmentalbenefits.Peachtreesareoftenprunedorremovedfromorchards,resultinginalargeamountofwastewood.Byusingthiswastematerialasasubstrateformushroomcultivation,itcanberepurposedandpotentiallyreducetheamountofwastesenttolandfills.

Turningtotheenvironmentalimplicationsofusingpeachwoodshavingsformushroomcultivation,thereareseveralpotentialbenefitsandchallengestoconsider.Onthepositiveside,usingwastewoodfromorchardsasasubstratecanhelpreduceagriculturalwasteandpromotesustainability.Ratherthanlettingthewoodgotowasteorburningit(whichcanreleasegreenhousegases),farmerscanrepurposeitformushroomcultivation.Additionally,becauseAgaricusbisporusisarelativelyfast-growingandproductivefungus,ithasthepotentialtohelpsequestercarbonandmitigateclimatechange.

However,therearealsopotentialnegativeenvironmentalimpactsassociatedwithanytypeoffarming,includingmushroomcultivation.Forexample,theprocessofsterilizingsubstrates(whichisnecessarytopreventcontaminationbyothermicroorganisms)requiresenergyandgenerateswaste.Inaddition,theproductionandtransportofthematerialsusedinmushroomfarming,suchasplasticbagsandcasingsoil,cancontributetogreenhousegasemissionsandotherformsofpollution.

Finally,itisworthconsideringthepotentialeconomicimpactofusingpeachwoodshavingsformushroomcultivation.Whilethispracticehasshownpromisingresultsintermsofincreasedproductionandreducedcosts,itmaynotbefeasibleordesirableforallgrowers.Somemayhaveestablishedrelationshipswithsuppliersofothersubstrates,ormayprefertouselocallyavailablematerials.Additionally,theupfrontcostsofswitchingtopeachwoodshavings(suchasinvestinginmachinerytogrindthewoodintoshavings)couldbeabarrierforsmaller-scalegrowers.

Inconclusion,theuseofpeachwoodshavingsinthecultivationofAgaricusbisporushasshownpromisingresultsintermsofincreasedproductionandhighmushroomsticksurvivalrates.Furtherresearchanddevelopmentmayleadtotheoptimizationofthisformulaandpotentiallyuncoveruniqueflavorandaromacharacteristicsoftheresultingmushrooms.However,therearealso
