Abstract:Thispaperstudiesthedominantcompetitiveability,ice-landcombinedtrainingandperiodicalcharacteristicsoffigureskatingpairskating.Firstly,thebasicelementsandscorerulesofpairskatingareintroduced,andthemaincompetitiveabilitiesareanalyzed,includingtechnicalability,physicalfitness,psychologicalabilityandteamtacitdegree.Then,theprinciplesandmethodsofice-landcombinedtrainingareexpounded,pointingoutthatitisanimportantwaytoimprovetheoverallcompetitivelevelofpairskaters.Finally,theeffectofperiodicalcharacteristicsonathletes'trainingandperformanceisdiscussed,includingtrainingperiod,seasonplanningandcompetitionpreparation.Theresearchresultsshowthatpairskatersneedtopayattentiontoimprovingtheirpsychologicalabilityandteamtacitdegreeonthebasisofcertaintechnicallevelandphysicalfitness;ice-landcombinedtrainingcanstrengthenthecoordination,stabilityandreactionabilityofathletes,andimprovetheoverallperformancelevel;scientificallyandreasonablyformulatingthecycleandplanintrainingandcompetitionplanningcanmaximizethepotentialoftheathletesandimprovethecompetitionresults.
