血清中IL-15、IL-6、TNF-β、IFN-γ、CRP、Beclin1与早期肺腺癌关系的研究摘要:

目的:探究血清中IL-15、IL-6、TNF-β、IFN-γ、CRP、Beclin1与早期肺腺癌关系的研究。

方法:选取早期肺腺癌患者62例为研究组,62例非肺癌患者为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清中IL-15、IL-6、TNF-β、IFN-γ、CRP、Beclin1水平。比较两组指标差异,并进行相关性分析。

结果:研究组血清IL-15、IFN-γ、Beclin1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-6、TNF-β、CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。IL-15、IFN-γ、Beclin1与早期肺腺癌有负相关性(r<0),而IL-6、TNF-β、CRP与早期肺腺癌有正相关性(r>0)。其中,Beclin1在早期诊断肺腺癌具有较高的敏感性和特异性。

结论:血清中IL-15、IL-6、TNF-β、IFN-γ、CRP、Beclin1这些指标的异常变化与早期诊断肺腺癌有一定的相关性,其中Beclin1可能是早期诊断肺腺癌的潜在生物标记物。

Abstract:

Purpose:ToexploretherelationshipbetweenIL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,IFN-γ,CRP,Beclin1inserumandearlylungadenocarcinoma.

Methods:Sixty-twopatientswithearlylungadenocarcinomawereselectedasthestudygroup,and62non-cancerpatientswereselectedasthecontrolgroup.ELISAwasusedtodetectthelevelsofIL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,IFN-γ,CRP,andBeclin1inserum.Thedifferencesbetweenthetwogroupswerecompared,andcorrelationanalysiswasperformed.

Results:ThelevelsofIL-15,IFN-γ,andBeclin1inthestudygroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),whilethelevelsofIL-6,TNF-β,andCRPweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).IL-15,IFN-γ,andBeclin1werenegativelycorrelatedwithearlylungadenocarcinoma(r<0),whileIL-6,TNF-β,andCRPwerepositivelycorrelatedwithearlylungadenocarcinoma(r>0).Amongthem,Beclin1hadhighersensitivityandspecificityintheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.

Conclusion:TheabnormalchangesofIL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,IFN-γ,CRP,andBeclin1inserumarerelatedtotheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.Beclin1maybeapotentialbiomarkerfortheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.

Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthelevelsofIL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,IFN-γ,CRP,andBeclin1inserumsamplesfrompatientswithearlylungadenocarcinoma.Ourresultsshowedthatallofthesebiomarkerswereabnormallyexpressedintheserumoflungadenocarcinomapatients.Inparticular,Beclin1wasfoundtohavehighersensitivityandspecificityintheearlydetectionoflungadenocarcinoma.

IL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,andIFN-γarecytokinesthatplayimportantrolesininflammationandimmuneresponses.CRPisanacute-phaseproteinthatisproducedinresponsetoinflammation.Theabnormalexpressionofthesecytokinesandproteinssuggeststhatinflammationandimmuneresponsesmaybeinvolvedinthedevelopmentoflungadenocarcinoma.

Beclin1isakeyregulatorofautophagy,aprocessthathelpscellstomaintainhomeostasisbyeliminatingdamagedorganellesandproteins.Previousstudieshaveshownthatdysregulationofautophagyisassociatedwiththedevelopmentofcancer.OurresultssuggestthatBeclin1maybeapotentialbiomarkerfortheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.

Inconclusion,ourstudysuggeststhatIL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,IFN-γ,CRP,andBeclin1arepotentialbiomarkersfortheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.Beclin1maybeaparticularlyusefulbiomarkerduetoitshighsensitivityandspecificityindetectingearly-stagelungadenocarcinoma.FurtherstudiesareneededtoconfirmthesefindingsanddevelopeffectivediagnosticandtherapeuticstrategiesforlungadenocarcinomaLungadenocarcinomaisoneofthemostcommonformsoflungcancerandisoftendiagnosedatalatestage,makingitdifficulttotreat.Earlydiagnosisiscrucialforsuccessfultreatmentandimprovedpatientoutcomes.Therefore,thereisanurgentneedtoidentifyreliablebiomarkersfortheearlydetectionoflungadenocarcinoma.

Recently,therehasbeenincreasinginterestintheuseofliquidbiopsyfortheearlydetectionofcancer.Liquidbiopsyinvolvestheanalysisofcirculatingtumorcells,DNA,orproteinsinthebloodorotherbodyfluids.Comparedtotraditionaltissuebiopsy,liquidbiopsyisminimallyinvasive,hasalowerriskofcomplications,andcanbeperformedrepeatedlytotrackdiseaseprogression.

Severalstudieshaveinvestigatedthepotentialofliquidbiopsyforthediagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.Forexample,circulatingtumorcellshavebeenshowntobeapromisingbiomarkerforthedetectionofearly-stagelungadenocarcinoma.Inaddition,analysisofcirculatingtumorDNAandmiRNAhasalsoshownpromiseinidentifyingearly-stagelungadenocarcinoma.

Intermsofproteinbiomarkers,IL-15,IL-6,TNF-β,IFN-γ,CRP,andBeclin1havebeenidentifiedaspotentialbiomarkersfortheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinoma.IL-15isacytokinethatplaysacriticalroleinregulatingimmunecellfunctionandhasbeenfoundtobeelevatedinpatientswithlungadenocarcinoma.IL-6isanothercytokinethatisinvolvedinpromotinginflammationandhasbeenassociatedwithtumorgrowthandmetastasisinlungadenocarcinoma.

TNF-βandIFN-γaretwoothercytokinesthathavebeenshowntoplayaroleinthedevelopmentandprogressionoflungadenocarcinoma.CRPisanacute-phaseproteinthatisproducedinresponsetoinflammationandhasbeenfoundtobeelevatedinpatientswithlungadenocarcinoma.Finally,Beclin1isaproteinthatisinvolvedinautophagy,aprocessthatplaysacriticalroleinmaintainingcellularhomeostasis.Beclin1hasbeenshowntobehighlysensitiveandspecificforthedetectionofearly-stagelungadenocarcinoma.

Overall,thesebiomarkersshowpromiseintheearlydetectionoflungadenocarcinoma.However,furtherstudiesareneededtovalidatetheirclinicalutilityandestablishtheirvalueintheroutineclinicalmanagementoflungcancerpatients.Ultimately,theidentificationofreliablebiomarkersfortheearlydiagnosisoflungadenocarcinomahasthepotentialtoimprovepatientoutcomesandsavelivesInadditiontobiomarkers,othermethodsarebeingdevelopedfortheearlydetectionoflungadenocarcinoma.Onepromisingapproachistheuseofimagingtechniquessuchaslow-dosecomputedtomography(LDCT).LDCThasshowngreatpotentialindetectinglungcanceratanearlystage,withseverallargeclinicaltrialsreportingareductioninlungcancermortalityamongpatientswhoreceivedLDCTscreeningcomparedtothosewhoreceivedstandardcare.However,LDCTscreeningisassociatedwithahighrateoffalse-positiveresults,whichcanleadtounnecessaryinvasiveproceduresandanxietyforpatients.

Anotherapproachistheuseofartificialintelligence()andmachinelearningalgorithmstoanalyzeradiologicalimagesandidentifyearly-stagelungcancer.hasshownpromiseindetectinglungnodulesonCTscanswithhighaccuracy,andseveralcompanieshavedevelopedsystemsthatarecurrentlyundergoingclinicaltesting.However,theutilityofindetectingearly-stagelungcancerwilldependontheavailabilityofhigh-qualityimagingdataandthedevelopmentofrobustalgorithmsthatcanaccuratelydistinguishbetweenbenignandmalignantnodules.

Inconclusion,theearlydetectionoflungadenocarcinomaiscrucialforimprovingpatientoutcomesandreducingmortalityrates.Whilebiomarkers,imagingtechni
