Abstract:Asanimportanteconomicindustryinthetobaccoindustry,thecoordinationandmanagementoftobaccosupplychainarethekeyfactorstoimprovethesupplyefficiencyandmarketcompetitivenessoftobacco.Inthispaper,wefirstoutlinedtheimportanceandsignificanceofsupplychaincoordinationmanagement,andbasedontheexistingsupplychainmanagementproblemsoftobacco,weconstructedasupplychaincoordinationmodelthatcanadapttocurrentmarketdemandandactualsituation.Inthesupplychaincoordinationmodel,weconsideredfourparticipantswithdifferentinterestsanddemands,includingsuppliers,producers,distributorsandconsumers,toestablishasupplychainmanagementplanthatsatisfiestheinterestsofallparties,andproposedsomespecificcoordinationmechanisms,includingpricingmechanism,contractmechanismandlogisticsmanagementmechanism,toachievethecooperationandcollaborativedevelopmentofthesupplychain.Finally,weverifiedtheeffectivenessandfeasibilityoftheproposedsupplychainmanagementplanandcoordinationmechanismsthroughcaseanalysisandnumericalsimulation.
