摘要:目的:探究健康素养对脑血管支架置入患者术后自我管理行为及服药依从性的影响。方法:本研究通过对一定量的脑血管支架置入患者的观察研究,采用自主设计的问卷调查方法进行数据收集,运用SPSS20.0软件进行统计分析。结果:在健康素养较高的患者中,自我管理行为得分相对更高,服药依从性也较高;相反,在健康素养较低的患者中,自我管理行为得分和服药依从性较低。结论:健康素养较高的脑血管支架置入患者术后自我管理行为和服药依从性相对更好,应该加强健康素养的培养和提高,以改善患者治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective:Toexploretheeffectofhealthliteracyonself-managementbehaviorandmedicationcomplianceaftercerebralstentplacement.Methods:Inthisstudy,weobservedacertainnumberofpatientswithcerebralstentplacementandcollecteddatathroughaself-designedquestionnairesurveymethod.SPSS20.0softwarewasusedforstatisticalanalysis.Results:Amongthepatientswithhigherhealthliteracy,theself-managementbehaviorscoreandmedicationcompliancewererelativelyhigh;onthecontrary,amongthepatientswithlowerhealthliteracy,self-managementbehaviorandmedicationcompliancewererelativelylow.Conclusion:Patientswithhigherhealthliteracyaftercerebralstentplacementhavebetterself-managementbehaviorandmedicationcompliance.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthenthecultivationandimprovementofhealthliteracytoimprovethetreatmenteffectofpatients.

Keywords:healthliteracy,cerebralstentplacement,self-managementbehavior,medicationcompliance,influencCerebralstentplacementisacommontreatmentforpatientswithcerebralarterialstenosisorocclusion.However,thesuccessofthetreatmentreliesnotonlyonthemedicalskillsofthehealthcareproviders,butalsoontheself-managementbehaviorandmedicationcomplianceofthepatients.Healthliteracy,definedastheabilityofanindividualtoaccess,understand,evaluateandapplyhealthinformationtomakeinformeddecisionsregardingtheirhealth,isanimportantdeterminantofself-managementbehaviorandmedicationcompliance.

Inthisstudy,wefoundthatpatientswithhigherhealthliteracyhadbetterself-managementbehaviorandmedicationcomplianceaftercerebralstentplacementcomparedtothosewithlowerhealthliteracy.Thisfindingunderscorestheimportanceofhealthliteracyinthemanagementofchronicconditionssuchascerebralarterialstenosisorocclusion.

Ourresultssuggestthathealthcareprovidersshouldtakeamoreproactiveapproachinassessingandaddressingthehealthliteracyoftheirpatients.Thismayincludeprovidingpatientswithmoreaccessibleandunderstandablehealthinformation,aswellasofferingeducationandtrainingprogramstoimprovethehealthliteracyofpatients.

Inaddition,patientsthemselvesshouldalsorecognizetheimportanceofhealthliteracyinmanagingtheirhealth.Theyshouldactivelyseekoutandengagewithhealthinformation,andcommunicateopenlyandhonestlywiththeirhealthcareprovidersabouttheirhealthconcernsandneeds.

Overall,ourstudyhighlightsthecriticalroleofhealthliteracyinthesuccessoftreatmentforpatientsundergoingcerebralstentplacement.Improvinghealthliteracyisessentialtoachievingbetterself-managementbehaviorandmedicationcompliance,whicharecrucialforthelong-termhealthoutcomesofpatientsInadditiontoimprovinghealthliteracy,thereareotherstepsthatpatientscantaketooptimizetheirhealthoutcomesafterundergoingcerebralstentplacement.

Firstly,patientsshouldstayvigilantforsignsofcomplicationsandseekpromptmedicalattentioniftheyexperienceanyconcerningsymptoms.Potentialcomplicationsofcerebralstentplacementincludebleeding,stroke,andthrombosis,amongothers.Patientsshouldbeeducatedaboutthewarningsignsofthesecomplicationsandgivenclearinstructionsonwhotocontactiftheyoccur.

Secondly,patientsshouldbeencouragedtoadopthealthylifestylehabits,suchaseatinganutritiousdiet,gettingregularexercise,andabstainingfromsmokingandexcessivealcoholconsumption.Theselifestylefactorscanhaveasignificantimpactoncardiovascularhealthandcanhelptoreducetheriskoffurthercomplicationsfollowingcerebralstentplacement.

Finally,patientsshouldbeempoweredtoplayanactiveroleintheirowncare.Thismeansparticipatinginshareddecision-makingwiththeirhealthcareproviders,stayinginformedabouttheirconditionandtreatmentoptions,andadvocatingfortheirownneedsandpreferences.Bytakinganactiveroleintheircare,patientscanhelptoensurethattheyreceivethebestpossibleoutcomesfromtheircerebralstentplacementprocedure.

Inconclusion,cerebralstentplacementisavaluabletreatmentoptionformanypatientswithneurologicalconditions,butitisnotwithoutrisks.Patientscanmaximizetheirchancesofsuccessfuloutcomesbyimprovingtheirhealthliteracy,beingvigilantforsignsofcomplications,adoptinghealthylifestylehabits,andtakinganactiveroleintheirowncare.Byworkingcollaborativelywiththeirhealthcareprovidersandstayinginformedabouttheircondition,patientscanachievethebestpossiblelong-termhealthoutcomesOneofthemosteffectivewaysforpatientstoimprovetheirhealthliteracyinrelationtoneurologicalconditionsistostayinformedabouttheirdiagnosisandtreatmentoptions.Thisincludesresearchingtheirconditiononline,speakingwiththeirdoctorsaboutpotentialtreatmentoptions,andattendingsupportgroupsoreducationalsessionsonthetopic.Developingacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheconditionanditspotentialtreatmentscanhelppatientsmakeinformeddecisionsabouttheircare,andcanalsohelpthembetterunderstandthepotentialrisksandbenefitsofvariousinterventions.
