摘要：

本研究旨在分析42例年轻恒牙血运重建术的临床疗效。所有患者均为年龄在18到35岁之间，且出现牙齿松动、牙龈出血等症状。在手术前，每位患者均接受了口腔检查、血液检测等多项检查，以确保手术的安全。

手术采用肌瓣或骨瓣移植等技术进行恒牙血供再建。所有患者均在术后定期随访，以评估手术效果。

研究结果表明，本次手术疗法能够明显缓解患者的症状，如口腔出血、牙齿松动等。恢复期术后6个月，恒牙牙周标本检查显示，牙龈出血、牙周袋深度明显改善，骨质再生明显。定期随访1-5年，恒牙牙周指数、牙周切口高度、种植体稳定度等各项指标均符合正常范围。

Abstract:

Theaimofthisstudywastoanalyzetheclinicalefficacyof42youngpermanentteethbloodsupplyreconstructionsurgeries.Allpatientswerebetween18and35yearsoldandhadsymptomssuchaslooseteethandbleedinggums.Beforethesurgery,eachpatientunderwentaseriesofexaminations,suchasoralandbloodtests,toensurethesafetyofthesurgery.

Surgicaltechniques,suchasmuscleorboneflaptransplantation,wereusedtoreconstructthebloodsupplyofpermanentteeth.Allpatientswerefollowedupregularlyaftersurgerytoevaluatethesurgicalefficacy.

Theresultsshowedthatthissurgicalmethodcouldsignificantlyrelievepatients'symptoms,suchasoralbleedingandlooseteeth.Sixmonthsaftertherecoveryperiod,theperiodontalbiopsyofpermanentteethshowedsignificantimprovementinbleedinggums,periodontalpocketdepth,andboneregeneration.Overaperiodof1-5yearsofregularfollow-up,allindicators,suchastheperiodontalindexofpermanentteeth,theheightoftheperiodontalflap,andthestabilityoftheimplant,werewithinthenormalrange.
