培训协议书TRAININGBONDAGREEMENT司名称姓名工号电话ContactNo.甲方：PartyA乙方：PartyB属部门号ode--------------------------------(举办机构)举办的-------------------------------(课程名称)培训，----------------(人民币)元，大写---------------------元整。Basedontheneedsofpersonaldevelopment，I__________(Nameoftrainee,hereafterknownas“PartyB”wouldliketoapplyforthecompany__________________________(Nameofcompany,hereafterknownas“PartyA”)tosponsormetoattendthe_____________________TrainingProgramme/Course(NameofTraining),(hereafterknownnizationThetrainingshallbeheldfrom______________(YYYY-MM-DD)to______________YYYYMMDD).ThetotaltrainingexpensesareRMB___________________.经协商同意，甲乙双方就相关职责达成以下协议，并从培训之日起生效：obligationsandthisagreementshalltakeeffectfromthecommencementdateofthe 甲方责任Company’sObligations 部工资；Duringthetraining,PartyAshallcompensatePartyBwithfullworkingsalary2.甲方向乙方资助相关的培训费用；tedtrainingexpensesonbehalfofPartyB3.乙方在培训期间享有甲方所规定的公司福利；edtothebenefitpackagestipulatedbyPartyA.乙方责任Trainee’sObligations1.乙方须珍惜培训机会，如培训期间因个人原因违纪解约而导致不能顺利完成学业，或擅自终止培训，乙方应退还甲方代付全额培训费用；培训期间工资据实结算；PartyBisurgedtocherishthetrainingopportunity.IntheeventPartyBviolatesanyobligationincludedinthisagreementorwithdrawsfromthetrainingduetopersonalreasonortermination,PartyBshallbeartheentirecostoftrainingandrefundthefullsumofthetrainingexpensesbacktoPartyA.PartyB’ssalaryremainsunchangeduringthistrainingperiod2.乙方须提供培训机构相关课程的原始资料，包括但不限于课程简介、主办机构、主讲、费用、地点、学时、日期/时间等，以证明培训课程的合理性；PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithoriginalcopiesofthetrainingmaterialsandcourselectureidedassforattendingthetrainingprogramme3.乙方同意为甲方服务一定的年限，服务期从培训结束之日起计算。根据费用支付的额度大小，具体规定如下：PartyBshallagreetobelegallybondedtoworkforPartyAforanagreedperiodstipulatedintheschedule(pleaserefertothepolicy)andthebondcommencesuponhelengthofthebondthatPartyBisrequiredtoservewillbedeterminedbythetypeoftrainingsponsorship.宜处划掉，不得涂改)tegorieswhicharenotapplicableStrictlynoalterationisallowed.()A类TypeA费用在RMB5,000至9,999元之间，服务期为6个月；FortrainingsponsorshipthatcostsbetweenRMB5,000andRMB9,999,thebond()B类TypeB费用在RMB10,000至29,999元之间，服务期为12个月；FortrainingsponsorshipthatcostsbetweenRMB10,000andRMB29,999,thebond()C类TypeC费用在RMB30,000至99,999元之间，服务期为24个月；FortrainingsponsorshipthatcostsbetweenRMB30,000andRMB99,999,thebond()D类TypeDdwillbeFromYYMMDDtoYYMMDD()E类TypeEbondperiodwillbethelengthoftheprobationperiod()F类TypeFForemployeeattending_____________specialtraining(coursename),Totalexpenditure___________，thebondperiodwillbe_____months.FromYYMMDDtoYYMMDD4.如因违反国家法律法规或公司制度而导致违纪解约，则乙方须向甲方偿还未完成的服务期的培训费用，费用偿还的计算方式如下：偿还金额=(全额资助费用/约定服务月份数)*未服务月份数IfPartyBisunabletocompletethebondperiodduetoabreachofstatelawornon-compliancetothecompanyregulationswhichleadstotheearlyterminationofhis/heremployment,PartyBshallrefundPartyAthefollowingamountcalculatedhefollowingformulaeriodNoofmonths5.如乙方在合约所规定的服务期内提出解除劳动合约，则须向甲方偿还未服务月份的培训费用，IntheeventwherePartyBwishestoterminatehis/herlaborcontractduringhis/herbondperiod,he/sheshallrefundtoPartyAanamountcalculatedusingtheaboveligation签订的《劳动合同》的附件，与《劳动合同》具备同等效力。如果本协议服务期在劳动合同期内，则乙方应按照劳动合同约定期限履行，费用偿还则按照本协议约定执行；务期超过劳动合同期限，则劳动合同期限相应顺延，费用偿还按照本协议约定执ThisAgreementiscoequalwiththelaborcontract.Ifthebondperiodofthisorcontractwillbeextendedaccordingly;thetrainingsponsorshipamountwillbedeterminedbythisAgreement.人力资源部经理签名：SiteH
