65yearsago,JameslivedinQingdao.Thenhewasonly5yearsold.HeoftenvisitedtheAquariumandwasfascinatedbyacreatureondisplaythere,whichhethoughtwasadragon.Hewasafraidofitssharpteethandwantedonetokeepasatreasure.

Inthelate1930s,whentheJapaneseoccupiedQingdao,hisfamilyhadtoleave.OnhislastdayinQingdao,herantotheAquariumandpulledoutoneoftheteethfromthedragon’smouth.
