需按规定加长铜管并补充制冷剂Ifconnectingpipeislongerthan5m，increasethelengthofthecopperpipeandaddrefrigerant.焊接方式：Wayofweldingconnection(a)采用硬钎焊连接所有接头。Connectalljointsbybrazewelding.(b)铜管切割后须清除毛刺及管内异物。Getridoftheburandforeignmatterinpipeaftercuttingthecoppertube.(c)焊接时管内必要充氮。Filltubewithnitrogenwhenwelding.(6)充氮试漏Chargewithnitrogentohaveleakagetest铜管连接之后，从接头处制冷剂充注口(喇叭口连接式在角阀上，焊接式须打开所有室内侧球阀，再从室内机制冷剂充注口充氮)充入氮气至1.5Mpa，用肥皂液检查连接管各接头处与否有漏，若有漏，接头必要重新解决。注意：切勿用氧气或乙炔气试漏！Afterconnectingcopperpipe，chargewithnitrogentothepressureof1.5MPthroughchargingvalveatthejoint(thechargevalveofflaredconnectingtypeisattheeaglersideballvalvemustbeopenedthenchargenitrogenthroughthechargevalveofindoorunit).Andusingsoapsudstocheckeveryjointoftheconnectionpipetoseeifthereisanyleakageornot，ifitis，thejointmustbedealtwithagain．CAUTIONS：Besurenottodoleakagetestwithoxygenoracetylene.(7)空气排除Airdischarge充氮试漏之后，必要排除管道内空气。因系统空间较大，建议采用真空泵抽除管道内空气，不要采用放制冷剂办法来排除管道内空气。否则由于排除不凝性气体不彻底会导致系统高压升高和制冷性能下降。Airinpipesmustberemovedafterleakagetest.Asthesystemspaceisalittlelarge，vacuumpumpissuggestedtodrawairfromthepipe，nottogetridoftheairbychargingpipewithrefrigerant，orbecauseincondensablegascannotbeexhausted，thehighpressureofsystemwillriseandrefrigerantratingperformancedescend.(8)真空检漏Vacuumleakagetest抽真空至管内绝对压力1300Pa，保持5分钟压力无变化，否则接头处有漏须重新解决。抽真空时，喇叭口连接式只需抽除管道内空气，焊接式必要启动室内侧所有球阀后(因室内机充有少量氮气,因此必要连同室内机一起抽,但室外机球阀不能开)，再在空调机制冷系统高低压两端制冷剂充注口分别抽除空气，不能只抽一端。Achievethevacuuminpipe(absolutepressure1300Pa)andkeepitfor5minuteswithoutpressurechanging，andifitchanged，theremustbealeakageinjoints，sothejointsmustbedealtwithagain.Onlytheairinpipeneedtobevacuumedforflaredconnectingtypeunit.Butforweldingconnectingtypeunitallindoorsideballvalvesmustbeopenedbecauseindoorunithasbeenchargedwithalittlenitrogen，pipemustbevacuumedwithindoorunittogether，butballvalvesofoutdoorsidecannotbeopened)，thedrawairseparatelyfromthechargingvalveoftherefrigerationsysteminairconditioner，whenvacuuming，payattentionnottovacuumonesideonly.(9)放出制冷剂Letrefrigerantout空调机出厂时制冷剂贮存在室外机内。放出制冷剂时应先打开制冷剂液路两个角阀(或球阀)，再打开另两个角阀(或球阀)。启动角阀时须注意，必要拧开至上死点并略拧紧，再盖上防漏盖帽。球阀只需将阀杆转90°,(阀杆上有箭头批示流动方向)再盖上防漏盖帽。所有阀都打开之后，须将原“全关”挂牌换为“全开”挂牌。Refrigerantisstoredinoutdoorunitwhenairconditionerleavingfactory．Openeaglevalve(orballvalve)，whichisthinnerpipe’svalve，inrefrigerantliquidpipeofeverysystemfirstwhenlettingrefrigerantout，thenopenothertwoeagleorballvalve．Whileopeningeaglevalve，thevalverodmustbeopenedtothetopdeadcenterandtightenalittle，thenleakproofcupmustbefitted.Forballvalve，turntherodtotheeagleof90°(thereisarrowindicatingturningdirection)andfittheleakproofcap．Afterallvalveopened，changethehangingplate“Closeall”to“Openall”(10)复查接口泄漏Checkagainthejointsleakage阀门启动之后，用卤素检漏仪或肥皂液在接口处复查有无泄漏。Aftervalvesopened，usehalideleakdetectororsoapsudstocheckthejoints．(11)电线连接Connectingelectricalwires用多芯电缆线连接室内外机接线端子。Usemultiplecorecablewitheveryconductor’ssectionbeingtoconnectindoorandoutdoorterminals．注意：每台室外机必要按序号和相相应制冷系统电路某些进行连接，切勿接错，否则空调机不能正常运营。Note：Eachoutdoorunitmustconnectwithelectricalbranchingofcorrespondingrefrigerationsystemaccordingtothenumber，ifindisorder，theairconditionercannotoperatenormally．(12)包扎Wrappingup连接铜管包好保温层之后(仅对焊接方式而言，喇叭口方式铜管上已套好保温管)，将铜管、电线等用塑胶带妥善包扎并固定好。Afterconnectioncopperpipebindingupthethermalinsulation(onlyforweldingwayconnectionforflaredtubeconnection，thepipehasbeencasedwithinsulationhtenthem4.制冷剂补充SupplementingrefrigerantWhenconnectingpipeisinexcessof5m，refrigerant(R22)mustbesupplementedwhileuserinstalling．Pleaserefertofollowingtable.Whenunitisnotworking，refrigerantcanbechargedfromchargeplugatanglevalve，iftheairconditionerisoperating，refrigerantmustbechargedfromtheplugofcompressor’sdrawingside(lowerpressureside，thickerconnectingpipeofcompressor),atthismomenttherefrigerantcanbedrawnintocompressorasgas，forpreventingthecompressorfromdamagingbecauseofliquidshocking．Tableofthequantityofsupplementaryrefrigerantwhenconnectingpipeindifferentlength0.110.110.18剂量kg0.260.370.510.370.180.261.021.31当室内外机连接管长过长或两机高低差过大时会影响制冷能力，制冷量修正系数参见下Coolingcapacitywillbeinfluencedwhenconnectingpipeofindoorandoutdoorunitistoolongorthealtitudedifferenceofthetwounitsistoolarge．Thecorrectingcoefficientislistedinfollowingtable．等效总长等效总长equivalenttotallength高低差Altitudedifference(室内机低于室外机时)(WhenindoorUnithigherthanoutdoorUnitorindoorLowerthanoutdoorunit)高低差Altitudedifference(室内机高于室外机时)(WhenindoorUnitlowerthanoutdoorcorrectingcoefficientofcooling—0.940.920.900.860.850.840.830.820.810.860.860.860.86制冷量修正系数——————————0.960.950.940.93——0.960.960.960.96capacity45m50m0.840.820.830.810.820.800.810.790.800.780.790.770.840.820.840.820.840.820.840.82Unitorindoor———0.940.82Higherthanoutdoorunit)————0.82注：等效总长指直管总长再加上弯头及存油弯等效长度之和。弯头及存油弯等效长度参见下表。Note：The“equivalenttotallength”isthestraighttubestotallengthaddedwithequivalentoftheelbowsandtheoil-keptbends.Equivalentlengthoftheelbowsandtheoil-keptbendsreferstofollowingtable．弯头和存油弯等效长度表(m)Tableofequivalentlengthoftheelbowsandtheoil-keptbends(m)气体连接管外径气体连接管外径mm弯头存油弯Gasconnectionpipe’sexternaldiameterElbowOil-keptbends42(13/8″)5.排水管安装Installingdrainpipe接水盘排水孔和底盘排水孔接头如下：Jointsofdrainpanweepholeandchassisweepholeseenasfollowing：接线示意图wiringdemonstrationLF/LFD/RF8N~LF/LFD68N/RF67N内螺纹接头G1″ALF/LFD/RF8N~LF/LFD58N/RF67NinternalscrewG″1ALF/LFD85N/RF83N~LF/LFD305外螺纹接头G1″ALF/LFD85N/RF83N~LF/LFD305externalscrewG″1A排水管安装如图所示.Installingthedrainpipeasfollowinggraph注意事项：Attention排水管走管位置始终不能高过达室内机排水孔位置，同步室内机另一侧排水孔必要用丝堵堵死。冷凝水排至下水道路中需加设U形弯(见图)以防臭气吸入空调机内。Thedrainpipecannotbehigherthanthewateroutletholeofindoorunit，andtheotherside’sdrainwaterholemustbeblockedwithscrewstopper.IfcondensedwateristobedrainedtonpipemusthaveUshapedbendsoastopreventbadsmellfromgoingintoairconditioner.6、电气接线Electricwiring对的接线按下图所示：Thecorrectwiringisshowedinthebelowchart.Indoorunit机a.断路器选用Breakerselection机外接线最核心是断路器选用。断路器又称自动空气开关，重要是在电路条件下不频繁接通和分断及当电路中发生超限过载、短路及失压时能自动分断电路之用。断路器分框架式和塑料外壳式两大类。空调机安装普通使用DZ系列塑料外壳式断路器，用作机组电源接通和分断之用。Thekeytotheout-ofunitwiringisthebreakerselection．Breaker，whichisalsonamedautomaticair-breakerswitch，canbeusedtoengageinunfrequentedconnectionandbreakingnormalcircuitcondition．Inaddition，breakercanauto-breakthecircuitwhileithappenedtoomuchoverload，short-circuitandundertension．Breakercanbesortedintotwotypes：frametypeandplasticshelltype．Generally，theairconditionerinstallationadoptsDZseriesshellbreaker，inordertoconnectorbreaktheunitpower．断路器选取普通原则如下：Generalprinciplesofbreakerselection：(1)断路器额定电压不低于线路额定电压。Breaker’sratedvoltagemustn’tlowerthanthecircuitratedvoltage．(2)断路器额定电流不低于通过它计算电流。Breaker’sratedcurrentmustn’tlowerthanitscomputingcurrentwhichthroughit．(3)断路器类型应符合安装、设备性能和操作方式规定。emandb.电源导线选用Selectionofsupplyconductor导线用于连接电路，选用普通原则如下：Conductorsareusedtoconnectthecircuit，selectionprincipleasfollows：(1)满足发热条件Satisfyheatingterm导线在通过计算电流时，其发热温度不能超过容许最高温度。Whilethecomputingcurrentpassthroughtheconductor，itstemperatureshouldnotbehigherthanmaximaltemperatureallowed．(2)电压损耗Voltageloss导线通过计算电流时，其产生电压损耗不应超过正常容许电压损耗值。Whilethecomputingcurrentpassthroughtheconductor，thevoltagelossshouldnotbehigherthanordinaryvoltagelossallowed．(3)经济电流密度Economicalcurrentdenser按规定经济电流密度选取导线截面，以满足节约有色金属和减少电能损耗需要。Conductor’ssectionareashouldbeselectedaccordingtoassignedeconomicalcurrentsoastomeettheneedforbothsavingnonferrousmetalandreducingtheelectrical(4)机械强度Mechanicalintention导线截面不能低于最小容许截面数值，以满足机械强度规定。Conductor’ssectionareashouldnotbelessthanallowedsoastosatisfythemechanicalintentiondemand．(5)工作电压Operatingvoltage导线绝缘水平必要满足其正常工作电压规定。Theinsulationofconductormustmeetthedemandofnormaloperatingvoltage．(1)工作电流为原则工况下数值。Operatingcurrentisthedatainstandardcondition．(2)空调所用中线(N线)截面数对所有机型均可选用2.5mm2铜芯绝缘软线。Insulatedflexiblecordwithcoppercoreof2.5mm2sectioncanbeselectedascentralline(Nline)ofairconductor，toallofthemodels．(3)数据为铜芯线数据，建议不要使用铝芯线。Thedataintablecorrespondtocopper-coreconductor，nottousealuminum-coreconductor．(4)供电线路超过20米时，应考虑增大线径，以减小电压损耗。Ifsupplylineexceeds20meters，sectionareaoftheconductorsshouldbemadelargesoastoreducevoltageloss．(5)室内外机连接线一律选用多芯电缆线。Multiplecorecablecanbeuniformlyselectedastheconnectinglinefortheindoorandoutdoorunitwithevery注意事项：Attentions在进行单元式空调机电源某些安装时，除以上内容以外，补充如下几点，请顾客安装时注意：Additionalaspectsthatusershouldpayattentionto：(1)为保证人身安全，空调机安装后，必要将机组金属外壳(机组底部装有标签批示接地螺栓)与接地体之间做良好金属连接。请顾客装机时务必妥善接地。installedinthechassisoftheunits)andgroundconnectionbody，inordertoensurepersonalsafety．Afterairconditionerinstallation，reliablemetalconnectionmustbecarriedoutbetweenunitsmetalcase(Groundconnectionboltbeingindicatedbylabel)wasabovecontent，followingareafew.(2)所有机型电源输入均为三相四线制，若顾客需安装漏电自动开关，必要选用四极型。若选用三极型，在正常运转状况下，因零序电流不为零，将导致漏电自动开关脱扣机构动作，使电路切断。请顾客安装时注意。Three-phasefour-wiresystemisusedtoelectricalsourceforallofthemodels，ifuserwantstoleakage-autoswitchwillbeunhookedandtheelectricalcircuitwillbecutoffbecausethezerosequencecurrentisnotzero．Pleasepayattentionwhileinstallation．(3)室内外机连接电缆线由顾客自配。Userneedstoprovideelectricalcableconnectingoutdoorandindoorunitbyhimself．(4)当有两台以上机组排放在一起时，每台机组与另一台机组间连接线不能接错。对于配有两台室外机机组来说,每台室外机必要按序号和相相应制冷系统电路某些进行连接，切勿接错，否则空调机不能正常运营。Whenmorethantwoairconditionersarearrangedconditionerpartpowersource，besidesotherattention，Duringinstallationpackagedairtogether，connectingwirebetweeneveryunitandotheronecannotbewronged．Whenoneairconditionerhastwoorovertwooutsideunits，forexample，paygreatattentiontoconnecteachoutdoorunitaccordingtothenumberandtheelectricalbranchingofcorrespondentrefrigerantsystem，orairconditionercannotoperatornormally．(5)电源电压必要在正常范畴内(342-415V)。Powervoltagemustbeinnormalrange(342-415V)．(6)电路安装完毕之后，应分别对空调机内离心风机及室外轴流风机转向进行实验，若转向相反，可变化该电源某些三条相线中任意两条电线相序。Afterelectricalcircuitinstallation，usermustcheckthemotorturningisrightornotforcentrifugalfanindoortheairconditionerandoutsideaxial-flowfan．Iftheturningisreverse，changeanytwophases’orderofthethreesupplyphase．(7)机组内原有线路任何状况下都不容许更改。Originalwiresinairconditionershouldnotbechangedinanycase．(8)机内电源端子上标有“N(O)”为中线连接端子，切勿将相线接入此端子。Thesupplyterminalinunitlabeledwith“N(0)”isforthecentralwireterminal．Don’tusethisterminalforphasewires．(9)所有接线端子务必安装牢固。Allterminalsmustbeinstalledfirmly.Bothoftheindoorandoutdoorunitshouldbeearthconnection.四、调试Unittest
