TDG配米控制系统英文说明指导书TDG-seriesRice-mixingPCControlSystemInstructionsManualZhangzhouYujieElectronicsCo.,LtdTDG-PSeriesContinuousAutoRice-mixingMachineOutlineTDG-PSeriesContinuousAutoRice-mixingMachineisakindofintelligentizedequipmentthatusesthelatestelectronicmachinerytechniqueandcanweighandcontrolthematerialsautomaticallyduringtheproduction.Itcanbeinblendingproductionwithkindsofmaterials(morethantwokinds)andwidelyapplytoriceprocess,feed,medicine,andchemicalindustryetc.Theseriesofproductsusetheindustrialcontrolcomputerandvariable-frequencycontrolsystem,whichhasthecharateristicsofadvancedtechnique,rationalconstruction,easyoperation,convenientinstallation,stableandreliablerunningetc.Itisakindofidealequipmentforaccomplishingtocontinuousmeasuringandautoblendingproduction.MaincharacteristicsandtechnicalparametersItprovidestheinstantaneous/totalflowdataofkindsofmaterialsandhasthefunctionofautoalarmandshutdownetcinstarvingprocedure.Thebeltmodequantitativefeedingmachineconfiguresthehigh-accurateweighingloadcell,electronicdigitalinstrument.Itcanbesettheproportionatwillandwillnotdamagethematerials.Itusesthefrequencycontroltransmissionsystemthatcanbeinmanualfeedandautocontrolfeedetc.Thehuman-computerinterfaceiseasytooperate.Maintechnicalparamters:differentserieshavealittlediffereces,seetheadvertisementofourcompanyindetail.WorkprincipleTheautomatchingsystemiscomposedofmultipleelectronicbeltscales,conveyorandPCconsoleetc.Whenthematerialsgothroughtheelectronicbeltscale,thehigh-accurateweightsensortransformstheweightvariationtothecorrespondingelectronicsignal,andcollectstheweightdataandtheRPMpulsetestedbythesensorandsendsthemtothecomputerontheconsole.Thecomputerfiguresouttheinstantaneousflowandtotalflowandcomparestheinstantaneousflowwiththedemandedvalue,andsendsoutcontrolsignaltofrequencyconverteraccordingtothecalculateddifference.Toachievethepurposeofautomatching,thefrequencyconverterautoadjuststhetransportingspeedofbeltscalestomakethemworkwiththematchingratioatthesametime.Ifitisnecessarytodomanualrunning,youcansetandrunbyusingthemanualswitchandspeedgoverningpotentiometerontheconsole.Whenstarving,thedisplayerwillappearalarmindicationandoutputautoshutdowncontrolsignal,theprinciplediagram(singlestation)isshowninPicture1.Picture1PriciplediagramBeltscaleThebeltscaleofTDG-Psyetemismainlycomposedofloadcell,frequencyconverter,weighinginstrumnet,feedbeltandhopperetc.Thiskindofstructuralstylehastheadvantagesofhighweighingaccuracy,smoothspeedgoverning,smallandlight,easytoadjustandmaitainetc.Thereisagateonthehopperthatisusedforregulatingthethicknessofmaterials.ThestructureisshowninPicture2.Picture2StructruralschemeofthebeltscaleInstantaneousflowmeasuring:whenthefeedbeltrunswithspeedVandthematerialsonthebeltisdistributedevenly,theinstantaneousflowis:F=V*G/L=Kc*G*VGistheweightdisplayedbytheinstrumentVisthelinearvelocityofbelt(measuredbyCDinstrument)KcisthetransportcoefficientofbeltscaleKc=1/LListheeffectivelengththatbeltscalebearthematerialsPCconsoleTheconsoleisusedformeasuringtheweightanddetectingtheRPM.Itfiguresouttheflowofmaterialsonbeltscaleandcompareswiththetheoricalflowsetbyuser,andoutput0-10Vvoltageaccordingtothedifference.Itisalsousedforcontrollingthevariable-frequencygovernorinbeltscale,andrealtimecontrolthetranssimisionspeedofbeltscaletomaketheflowofbeltscalebeequaltothetheoricalvalue,toaccomplishtocontrollingthequantitativefeeding.Theconsolecontrolsmultiplebeltscaleatthesametimesothatcanaccomplishtotherice-mixingcontrolaccordingtotheteamproductionandmatching.Theconsolealsomatchedthe“manual/auto”runningswitch,conveyorstartingandrunningbutton,autorunninglight,andex-erroralarminglight.Italsohasmanual–runningfrequency-adjustpotentiometer,eventhoughthereisnocomputer,itcanalsoworkbymanualoperating.PreparationbeforeproductionCheckeachconnectlinesifcorrect,whenready,turnonthemainsupplyofcontrolcabinet.Turnontheindustrialcontrolcomputer,nowthecomputerstarts,startthesoftwaremainform.Turnthe“manual/auto”correspondingtoeachstationofcontrolcabinetto“manual”position.CalibratetheweightdisplayofCDinstrumnetandsetFUN11in“2”CalibratethelinearspeedVofbeltscale.Setuptheparameterofteamproductionandmaterialmatchingparameterineachstation.SetupthealarmparameterandPIDcontrolparamter.ProductionstepsWhenallthepreparationisready,connectthepowersupply;turnthepotentiometerknobtominimumandpressstartingbuttonofalltheconveyorstomakethemstarttowork.Andthenopenthehoppergate,widenthegatewhichhashighmatchingratio,incontrast,narrowthehoppergate.FirstrotatethepotentiometermanuallytogoconstantproductionbeforeworkingTurnthe“manual/auto”switchontheoperatingpanelto“manual”position,nowitcomesintomanualoperatingstate.Regulatethepotentiometerscorrespondingtotheeachbeltscaleslowlyuntilthefrequencyvalueofconverterreachestotheneed,thenthebeltscalewillrunwiththesettingfrequency.Whenthebeltisstarting,itcomestoautoproductionChoose“Auto”inthemainformandclick“Boot-strap”,andthenturnthe“manual/auto”switchoncontroloperatingpanelto“auto”position,nowthebeltscalestartstorunautomatically.Thecomputerwilldisplaythecorrespondingproportioncoefficient,theoricalflow,realtimeweightofeachbeltscale,instantaneousflowandRPM,theconverterdisplaysthefrequencyvalue.Whenthematerialweightvaluechanges,thefrequencyvaluewillalsochange,andthetranssmisionspeedofbeltsclaewillfollowtochange,toaccomplishtofeedingprorata.Ex-erroralarmfunction:Whenonematerialoverrunserror(so-calledoverrunerroristhatthehighestoutputfrequencyofbeltscaleoroutputfrequencyoroutputvoltageislessthanlimitedvalue,ortheweightexceedsthelimitedvalue)andexceedsthelimitedtime,thecomputerwillappearalarmindicateforwords,thealarmlightontheconsoleison,thebuzzerrings,tomakeoperatorpayattentionordomanualintervention.Disposalmethod:whenthestarvingcausesex-error,youcanrisethehoppergateorpoweronuntilthematerialsincrease;whenthetooheavymaterialscausethetoolowfrequencyandsendoutthealarm,youcanlowerthehoppergateorchangethematchingratio.Zeroadjustandquantizingofbeltscale(operationCD940instrument)Zeroadjust:Firstclearthethingsonthebeltscale,andthenpress【Set】onetimetodisplay“FUN1”,press【+】onetimetodisplay“FUN2”,andpress【Enter】todisplayinternalcode,press【-】afterseveralsecondstheswinglightisoff.Andafterseveralsecondsdisplaying“”itreturnstodisplayinternalcode,soitissuccessfullyreset.Press【Enter】onetimetoquitzeroadjustfunctionanditdisplays“Weightadjust:Firstsetuptheweightvalueofbalanceforcalibration,andpress【Set】onetimetodisplay“FUN1”,press【Enter】todisplay“”.Supposethebalanceweightis20KG,press【Shift】onetimeandpress【+】towtimestodisplay“”,andpress【Enter】tosavethesettingvalueanditdisplays“FUN1”.Nowpress【+】onetimetodisplay“FUN2”,andpress【Enter】todisplayinternalcode,nowcleartheleftoverinscalebodyandpress【-】toresetafterseveralsecondsthe“Swing”lightisoff,itwillreturntodisplayinternalcodeafterdisplaying“”severalseconds,soitissuccessfullyresetandtheresetoperationiscompletedtodate;nowputthe20KGbalanceontothescalebodyandkeepitsteadywithoutshaking,(nowtheinternalcodealsoincreasesacertainvalueaccordingly,iftheinternalcodedicreaseinstead,itshowsthatthesignalwireofsensorisoppositelyconnected,justexchange)press【+】todoquantizationafterseveralsecondsthe“Swing”lightisoff,itwillreturntodisplayinternalcodeafterseveralsecondsdisplaying“”,thequantizingoperationiscompletedtodate.Press【Enter】toquitweightadjustfunctionanditdisplays“”,nowtakeawayallthebalances,theinstrumentdisplaysRPMtestofthebeltscaleClickthe“Settings”inthemenubarofthecomputermainform,itappearsthepull-downmenu(therightpicture),choose“Beltscaletransportcoefficientsetting”anditappearstheinterfaceinthefollowingpicture:Picture4Picture5Usethespeedtestfunctiontotestthespeed:(tick“√”intheleft-handcornerofPicture5).Picture6SetKnvalueofeachscalein1,asfollowingpictureshows:Picture7Speedtestformula:thebeltscalespeedV=Kn1*speedtestdataoftheinstrumentWhentheparameterissetupandsaved,returnthemainform,nowturnthe“Manual/auto”tomanual,turnonthepowerofscale,rotatethemanualpotentiometerofscaleandkeepinonepositiontomakebeltRPMconstant.Now,seehowmuchthebeltrunningspeed(therightpicture)isonthemainform.Forinstance,controllingtheparametersetting,datadisplayandcontrolsignaloutput,andachievethepurposeofautomaichingcontrol.ThemainworkinginterfaceofthecontrolsoftwareisshowninPicture12:Picture12MainformofthecontrolsoftwareMainform☆Itcandisplaytheworkingparametersetbyuser:teamproductionandmatchingratioofeachbeltscaleareshowninPicture13:Picture13☆Itcandynamicallydisplaytherunningdataofbeltscale:theweightvalue,settingflowvalue,instantaneousflowvalue,beltrunningspeedvalueandvariable-frequencyoutputvalueofeachbeltscaleareshowninthefollowingpicture:Picture14☆Itmatchesthemanualandautobuttonandboot-strapbuttonforusers:Picture15Thereisthepull-downmenuinthemainformforuserstochoose,asPicture16shows:Picture16Pull-downmenuTeamproductionandmatchingsettingBeforeworking,theteamproductionshouldbesetaccordingtotherealsituation,andthematchingofbeltscalemustbesetwithuser’stechnicaldemand,butdon’toutstriptheworkabilityoftheequipment.Clickthe“Setting”buttoninthemainform(Picture17)anditappearsthatPicture18shows:Picture17Picture18Whentheaboveparametersareallsetupandtheflowunithasbeenchosen,click[Confirm]tosavethesettingparameteranditautogeneratesthesettingflowofeachbeltscale(therightpicture).Beltscaletransportcoefficientsetting:Clickthe“Settings”inthemainformandchoose“Beltscaletransportcoefficientsetting”,itappearsthatPicture20shows:Picture20BeltscaleKcvalue:beforethematchingistakeninuse,youshouldchecktheKcvaluetoensuretheaccuracydemandoftotalflow.Kccalculatingformula:Kc=1/L.Listheeffictivelengththatthebeltscalebearthematerials,namely,thedistancefromfeedopeningtodischargehole.Picture21Wheninmeasuring,theeffectivelengthLwillcauseman-madeerrorandmeasuringerror,soyoushoulddofine-regulationtoKc.Theregulatingmethodisasfollowings:Afterthebeltscaleisreset,firstfigureoutaKcvalueaccordingtothemeasuringvalue,andputitintheparametersettingsofmainprogram.Nowturnthe“Manual/auto”ontheconsoleto“manual”andturnonthepowerofscalemotor,rotatethemanualpotentiometerofscaleandkeepinonepositiontomakethebeltRPMconstant.AndthenputacertainweightG1materialsintothehopperuntiltheG1materialsareallsentout.NowcheckthetotalvalueG2displayedbytheinstrumentifbeequaltoG1,ifnot,whenG2<G1,increaseKcvalue;whenG2>G2,dicreaseKcvalue.AdjustituntilG2=G1,theKcvaluecalibrationiscompleted.CalibratetheKcvalueofotherbeltscalesbythesameway.TheRPMcoefficientandRPMamendvalueshouldbesetbyexperiencedtechnician.ReferencetoPart9toseethedetail.AlarmsettingUserscansettheupperandlowerlimitparameterofbeltscaleandfrequencyconverterandalarmcontrolparameteraccordingtotheactualsituation.Clickthe“Settings”inthemainformandchoose“Alarmsetting”inPull-downmenu,itappearsthatPicture24shows:Picture23Picture24Choosingtheweightalarmandthenshutdownwillbefavourableforprotectingthesystemifitappearsunusualinproduction.PIDparametersettingPIDparameterisusedforregulatingthestabilityofvariable-frequencycontrol,regulatethisparameterproperlyifthecontrolisunstableorinshake.Clickthe“Settings”inthemainformandchoose“PIDparamtersetting”inpull-downmenu,itappearsthatPicture25shows.ProportioncoefficientKp,integralcoefficientKianddifferentialcoefficientKdarethethreeimportantparametersinPIDcalculation,thelargertheyareset,themoretimelytheflowwilltrace,butthefluctuationwillbelargeandeasytocauseshake;thesmallertheyareset,theslowertheflowwilltrace,butthefluctuationwillbesmall,theproductionwillbestableandnoteasytocauseshake.ThecontrolcycleTcyisthetimeintervalinthesecondcontrol.Itisgenerallysetin2-3seconds.Picture25Thecontrolsteplimitisthemax.valueeverytimethefrequencyoutput,thesmalleritisset,themorefavourableitwillbeforavoidingthecontrolsystemcausingshake.Itisgenerallysetin2-4Hz.SetoutputoriginalvalueClickthe“Settings”inthemainformandchoose“Setoutputoriginalvalue”inpull-downmenu,itappearsthatPicture26shows:Picture26Outputoriginalvalue:justchoose“Auto”intheprogrammainformandclick“Boot-strap”,itisthefrequencyvaluethatfirstoutputwhenthesystemstartstorunautomatically.Youcanmaketimelagaccordingtothesettingdelaytime.Whenthemainprogramruns,onlythe“Manual/auto”ontheouterelectriccontrolcabinetisturnto“auto”canthesystemrunautomatically,butifso,PIDwillstarttocalculatefrom0andalwayscauseshakeandfluctuation,whichmakethesystemunstable.Therefore,settingtheoutputoriginalvaluecansolvethisproblem.TotalflowClickthe“Settings”inthemainformandchoose“Totalflowsetting”inpull-downmenu,itappearsthatthefollowingpictureshows:Picture27Totalflowismainlyusedforwatchingalltheflowandworkingtimeofthesystemandthetotalflowofeachbeltscale.Ifuserwantstoupdatethestatistics,justclick“Clearthetotalflow”button,thesystemwillcleartheoriginaltotalparametersandbegintomakethestatisticsagain.“Recordintervaltime”cannotbesettoosmall,orthedatabasewillbemoreandmorelarge.PasswordsettingClickthe“Settings”inthemainformandchoose“Resetpassword”,itappearsthatthefollowingpictureshows:Picture28Inordertopreventtheparametersettingerrorfromleadingtotheabnormalwork,itshouldbechargedbytheappointedman.Sowhenuserentersanotherparametersetting,therewillbeapasswordhint,onlyuserentersthecorrectpasswordcanhecomesintotheparameterinterface.The
