赵家林:天顺矿5.0Mt/a炼焦煤选煤厂初步设计辽宁工程技术大学毕业设计前言煤炭是我国重要基础能源。我国能源资源基本特点是富煤、贫油、少气,我国能源的禀赋并不乐观,主要一次能源、石油、天然气、煤炭储采比均低于世界的平均水平。所以,一次性能源消费必然是以煤炭为主。在未来的相当长时期内,以煤为主的能源供应格局应该不会改变,煤炭基础能源地位也不会随之改变。我国原煤的入洗率低,与国际水平差距巨大。直接燃用和利用未经洗选加工原煤现象十分的普遍,是相当不合理的,煤炭利用率低,经济效益很差,造成宝贵的煤炭资源出现浪费、环境污染等严重问题。因此对于国内煤炭企业,为了使煤炭资源得到充分的利用,必须进行合理的机械加工和化学加工。加大煤炭洗选力度,使用户用上符合质量要求的产品,这样不仅可提高能源利用效率,还可减少环境污染,同事可节约矿产资源。实践证明,选煤提高了煤炭的使用价值,充分利用煤炭资源是最经济而有效的加工方法之一。原煤通过选煤和筛分加工之后,可以改善煤炭产品的质量,生产出满足不同用户需求、不同规格的产品,进而减少矸石无效运输,提高煤炭的利用率,节约能源,同时给企业带来丰厚的经济效益。目前我国大型煤矿基本上都会建有配套的选煤厂,因此,要保证煤炭洗选加工的健康发展,规范大中型选煤厂的市场就显得十分重要。本次设计的任务是:天顺矿5.0Mt/a炼焦煤选煤厂初步设计,该厂属于矿区型选煤厂。矿区设计规模为年产5.0Mt,故选煤厂年处理原煤亦为5.0Mt。选煤厂服务年限与矿区相同,工作制度与矿区相同。原料煤来自两个矿区,根据煤质特征确定煤用途为炼焦煤。本次设计主要内容是对原煤的煤质资料进行分析和综合,评定原煤的可选性。同时完成对原煤煤质资料分析、煤可选性评定、工艺流程选择与计算、设备选型、厂房布置、经济概算、图纸绘制等初步设计任务。1厂区概况1.1地理、行政及交通天顺矿炼焦煤选煤厂是一座矿区型选煤厂,东与吉林省接壤,西距省会沈阳45公里,北与铁岭毗邻,南与本溪相望。距沈阳桃仙机场四十公里,据营口海港200公里,据大连海港400公里,均有高速公路和铁路相连,交通十分便利。图1-1天顺矿矿区交通位置图Fig.1-1Chartoftianshunarea’stransportation1.2水文地质条件煤田为一轴向近东西的不对称向斜,北翼陡(倾角30度~600),南翼缓(倾角15度~300)。向斜构造由下第三系组成,基底为前震旦系变质岩及白垩系火山碎屑岩,地表为厚0~30m的第四系覆盖。下第三系赋存深度不超过600m,该系的主要构造型式为横切或斜交的平推正断层,另有与该系沉积同时间歇喷发的玄武岩,对第三纪下部煤层有一定影响。1.3工程地质和地震情况抚顺市在地质构造上属华北地台辽东台背斜,位于下辽河断陷盆地与辽东隆起带交接处的北东向抚顺新生代断陷盆地内,是两种不同运动性质断块的分界地区。该地区地质构造比较复杂,主体构造线呈北东~北东东方向,主要断裂构造有北东向的浑河深大断裂,该断裂在古生代、中生代、新生代都有过强烈的活动。其次是章党~哈达断裂等,此外,还发育有一系列北西~北西西向不同规模的断裂,如东洲断裂、苏子河断裂等。这些断裂控制了本区构造格局及区内的地震活动。1975年海城7.3级大地震距抚顺约160km,影响烈度达Ⅵ度。距抚顺最近的一次较大地震是1765年沈阳的5级地震,距抚顺只有30km。1954年12月在沈阳至抚顺之间发生过一次3.5级地震。抚顺市自1968年底开始监测地震以来,记录到的本区最大地震为3.2级,小震一般多分布在沈阳-抚顺之间和浑河断裂两侧附近。同时,也记录到抚顺地区的矿震。1.4气候特征抚顺地区属北温带季节风性大陆气候,一年四季分明,气候宜人,雨量充沛,年平均降雨量在750-850毫米,无霜期为150天左右。年平均气温为5-7摄氏度,年日照时数为2250-2520小时,日照百分率为51-58%。雨水储量充足。1.5水源供应及排水条件1)选煤用水水源选煤厂的生产、生活及消防用水水源取自城市提供水。2)排水因工业场地地形高差区域变化较大,排水系统分为高区域和低区域两块。低区排水均集中到污水泵站,经加压后排至办公楼附近,与高区排水系统合并自流排入矿区排水系统中,并进入污水处理厂统一处理。1.6电源供应情况选煤厂电源接自城市电源。1.7建筑材料供应本工程所用的建筑材料相当普遍,均可由当地采购。2原料煤基地2.1原料煤生产及供应该矿采根据地形地貌运用“分区开采、联合运输,内部排土”的生产工艺,采装为4-8Mз电铲,运输用150吨直流准轨电机车和42、108吨采矿型汽车,并且采用标准轨道电气化铁路、采矿大汽车、皮带提升运输工艺。采出主要产品为煤炭、油母页岩和洗选设备。煤炭的发热量7500-8000千卡∕千克为焦煤,并有含油率6-14%的油母页岩,矿井井田蕴藏稀有的煤精和琥珀,生产各种煤精工艺品和装饰品。天顺矿开采于1901年。矿坑东西长6.6公里,南北宽2.2公里,总面积为14.52平方公里,开采深度为海平面-400米水平。解放以后,累计生产煤炭1.9亿吨,油母页岩4亿吨,上交利税6.58亿元为国家的经济建设做出较大贡献。井田含煤地层为石炭、二迭系,含煤19层,主要采煤层为4层,分别是8、10、15、17层煤,煤层总厚度平均为15.73m。8、10层煤较厚,平均厚度分别为5.15m、7.88m,其中最厚处20.01m;15、17层煤较薄,平均厚度分别为2.15m、4.23m。井田煤质较为稳定,原煤平均灰分在21.16~22.91%之间,近年来随井下地质条件及生产技术的变化,原煤灰分达到25%左右;各煤层含硫量变化较大,原煤高位发热量在25.10~27.06MJ/kg之间,为中高发热量煤。经现场采样测定,8层煤的精煤硫分为0.48%,粘结指数(GR.I)为74.30,Y值为10.50mm。2.2煤层及煤质截止到2008年末,矿区8层煤、10层煤可采储量共有8842.9万t,15层煤、17层煤可采储量共有7315.3万t,但由于开采的煤层变薄、地质条件复杂,导致原煤的灰分增高,相应带来筛混煤灰分变高,发热量降低。天顺煤矿所处地理环境决定其煤炭产品销售的优势来自于质量稳定,发热量高的特点。因此煤质变差带来了市场竞争优势的减弱。矿井开采的技术条件不变的情况下,要稳定产品质量,必须加大入洗能力,使之与矿区生产能力相匹配,并且可以根据市场需求生产优质的炼焦用煤。精煤:50~0mm,Ad在7.51-9.0%之间作为炼焦配煤(可根据市场情况调整灰分)。混煤:50~0mm,发热量>34MJ/Kg作为一般炼焦煤。煤泥:需根据煤质的变化区别对待,经晾干直接掺入混煤,做为电煤销售。3煤质资料整理、审查、分析及综合煤质资料整理、审查、分析及综合是为了进一步了解煤的内在特性和制定合理的选煤工艺流程,包括煤的物理性质、化学性质、筛分和浮沉资料、可选性。掌握综合原煤的特性,绘制混合可选性曲线,和分级可选性曲线,确定原煤可选性以及进行工艺流程的计算。3.1原始煤质资料审查、分析及调整3.1.1原始煤质资料内容原煤的煤质资料是制定所选精煤灰分、选煤工艺流程、工艺流程计算和所需设备选型的基原数据。煤质资料审查与分析的目的是为了进一步了解该矿区所采原煤的物理、化学特性和方便制定较为合理的选煤工艺流程。煤质资料综合与调整的目的是为了掌握综合原煤的特性,绘制可选性曲线,进行工艺流程的计算,是选煤厂设计的最基础工作。A煤层筛分试验结果见表3-1,B煤层筛分试验结果见表3-2,A煤层自然级筛分浮沉试验报告见表3-3,B煤层自然级筛分浮沉试验报告见表3-4。表3-1A层原煤筛分试验结果表Tab.3-1Acoalscreeningtestresultstable粒级/mm产物名称产率质量Qgr,d/MJ·kg-1重量/kg占全样/%筛上累计/%Mad/%Ad/%St,,d/%>100手选煤夹矸煤硫铁矿矸石小计10.202.3012.5020.5066.1528.90100~50手选煤夹矸煤硫铁矿矸石小计14.402.6517.0516.2050.8721.59>50合计29.5524.6850~2525~1313~6.06.0~3.03.0~0.50.5~0.0未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤10.2911.1012.7411.4220.704.2030.2322.3818.9916.7115.8720.0050~0合计70.4519.94毛煤总计100.00100.00原煤合计(除去>50mm级矸石及硫铁矿)95.2518.41表3-2B层原煤筛分试验结果表Tab.3-2Bcoalscreeningtestresultstable粒级/mm产物名称产率质量Qgr,d/MJ·kg-1重量/kg占全样/%筛上累计/%Mad/%Ad/%St,,d/%>100手选煤夹矸煤硫铁矿矸石小计8.862.1611.0223.2463.8531.20100~50手选煤夹矸煤硫铁矿矸石小计12.112.6414.7525.5668.4133.23>50合计25.7732.3650~2525~1313~6.06.0~3.03.0~0.50.5~0.0未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤未分离煤16.3523.0715.226.916.686.0025.8221.1117.7218.9420.0425.1950~0合计74.2321.48毛煤总计100.0024.28原煤合计(除去>50mm级矸石及硫铁矿)95.3621.71表3-3A层煤0.5~50mm自然级浮沉试验报告表Tab.3-3Afugitivedusttestresultsforcoalseamnaturalclass筛分特性50~25mm25~13mm13~6mm产率/%灰分/%产率/%灰分/%产率/%灰分/%10.2930.2311.1022.3812.7418.99密度/kg·L-1占本级/%占本层/%灰分/%占本级/%占本层/%灰分/%占本级/%占本层/%灰分/%-1.31.3~1.41.4~1.51.5~1.61.6~1.8+1.8小计煤泥总计4.0053.0712.202.732.932.9322.24100.000.49100.000.415.441.250.280.300.302.2810.250.0510.298.0910.0518.6329.2842.0352.3084.7030.3015.0030.237.2658.2613.343.722.722.7211.98100.000.72100.000.806.421.470.410.300.301.321.020.0811.105.669.8218.1729.3741.0463.2082.8722.4415.0022.3814.1856.2612.533.312.992.368.35100.000.39100.001.807.141.590.420.380.301.0612.690.0512.745.439.6118.4030.0441.8261.2781.3419.0016.0018.99续表筛分特性6~3mm3~0.5mm50~0.5mm产率/%灰分/%产率/%灰分/%产率/%灰分/%11.4216.7120.715.8766.2519.94密度/kg·L-1占本级/%占本层/%灰分/%占本级/%占本层/%灰分/%占本级/%占本层/%占入选/%灰分/%-1.31.3~1.41.4~1.51.5~1.61.6~1.8+1.8小计煤泥总计13.2058.1914.067.39100.000.44100.001.506.611.600.3411.360.0511.424.278.5117.5230.1041.0562.0178.3016.7019.0016.7120.5752.2812.323.732.500.987.61100.001.59100.004.1910.652.510.760.510.201.5520.370.3320.707.128.35
