一、指导思想：

以《英语课程标准》为准则，从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和现有认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，注重激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心；发展学生的综合语言运用能力，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。

二、设计理念：

始终发挥学生的主体地位，设计以学生为中心的教学活动。尊重个体差异，充分考虑到学生在现有基础、学习潜能等方面存在差异的客观现实，让学生通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作探究等活动方式，完成任务和实现目标，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。

三、教材分析:

本模块的Unit2是《英语》(新标准)系列教材中MODULE8的第二个单元,课型为读写课。根据新标准的要求,第二单元是以培养学生的读写能力为主,包括词汇,语法的学习活动。通过unit1中谈论“Tony的生日过程”的听说活动,过渡到本单元“如何为他人选择礼物”的读写活动,通过逐步递进，由易到难的教学以及活动，培养学生基础语言能力,阅读能力和语言听说能力的训练,最终实现听说读写的综合学习,实现本模块的任务教学。

四、学情分析：

该年级段的学生有一定的英语基础，对有关节日的话题有浓厚的兴趣。但学生在口语和知识的应用方面比较薄弱，因此教师要给学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间，并指导他们积极主动地阅读。

【设计意图】此环节为细读环节，目的是锻炼学生寻找细节的能力。第一个任务以段为单位，针对五个段落，设置不同的任务让学生去完成，目的是培养学生的寻读能力。第二个任务要求学生通过完善表格的内容，把握文章信息。在完成任务时，要求学生仔细默读短文，找到有用信息，并进行记录。培养学生推理、分析等阅读技能，深入地理解文章。

教学反思

在这节课中，学生兴趣浓厚，学得积极主动，充分体现了高效课堂的理念和标准。反思整个教学过程，我认为成功的地方是：

1、创设情景，营造自由、和谐的学习氛围

新课标指出，英语课要结合教学内容，创设贴近课本及生活实际的情境，让学生在情境中学习，更好的把教学内容运用到实际生活中去。课堂上，我重视为学生创造运用英语的情景，让学生置身于英语的语境之中，为学生创造一个平等、和谐、自由的学习氛围，让学生在愉悦的环境中畅所欲言，展示自我。
