ManagementManual文件号DocumentNo.版本Revision:1.0EHS-M日期Date:2009-09-077、作业许可制度管理特种作业人员指那些被法律、法规要求需要持有特种作业资质证的作业人员。公司内的特种作业人员包括但不仅限于：电工、焊工、叉车司机、锅炉工、压力容器操作工、起重设备操作工等。公司内对EHS有影响的作业制定相应的制度，规范管理动火作业、登高作业、有限空间作业和倒闸制度等，公司内或承包商在公司内实施以上作业必须办理作业许可。&劳动防护用品管理作为抵御外部危害的最后一道防线，所有的员工都要正确穿用合适和必要的劳动防护用品。劳动防护用品包括但不仅限于：安全鞋、安全帽、全身式安全带、手套、安全眼镜、耳塞和面罩等。劳动防护用品依据个人的岗位、工作性质和工作场所的职业病危害因素配备，所有的劳动防护用品都必须符合国家标准和法律、法规要求。劳动防护用品必须有三证，即生产许可证、检验合格证、安全鉴定证。所有安全审核/检查必须进行劳动防护用品检查以监控其符合情况。9、职业健康管理公司须在招聘、用工、作息、环境影响和员工离职等方面考虑和保护员工的健康。建立保障职工权益和健康的制度和措施，并考虑女工的权益，遵守国家和地方相关法规。从事具有职业性危害因素工种例如：电焊、高温、高噪音、化学品，其作业员工按国家规定进行上岗前、在岗期间及离岗前的健康检查，以监督和预防职业病的发生。10、食品安全管理公司规定了从采购、储存、加工、发餐、留样和清洁等方面的EHS要求，明确责任人的职责，并定期检查公司食品安全执行的情况。11、相关方管理公司建立程序来管理、影响相关方的EHS表现或满足相关方的EHS要求。所有外包商应签订EHS管理协议并接受EHS审查。管理相关方的EHS表现是为了避免相关方的不当行为对公司EHS的影响；影响相关方的EHS表现是为了提升其管理和表现，以符合公司对EHS的要求；满足相关方的EHS要求是为了体现公司对于公众的
