先进制造技术的内涵及特点。的AdvancedManufacturingTechnologyWiththeneedsofthecommunitypersonalized,diversifieddevelopment,productionscalealongthelow-volume-largequantities-morevarietiesofvaryingquantitiesofdirection,aswellascomputer-basedformofhi-techandtheintroductionofmodernmanagementtechniques,penetrationandmeltingconstantlychangingthefaceoftraditionalmanufacturingtechnologyandcontent,creatingadvancedmanufacturingtechnology.1.TheconnotationofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyOfadvancedmanufacturingtechnologycurrentlynotyetaclearandagreeddefinition,throughthedevelopmentofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyinrecentyears,theworkcarriedoutthroughanalysisoftheircharacteristicscanbeconsidered:advancedmanufacturingtechnologyisconstantlyabsorbinginformationtechnologyindustryandtheresultsofmodernmanagementtechniquesandtoapplyitscomprehensiveproductdesign,processing,testing,management,sales,use,serviceandtherecoveryofthewholeprocessofmanufactureinordertoachievehigh-quality,highefficiency,lowconsumption,clean,flexibleproduction,increasedynamicchangingmarketadaptabilityandcompetitivenessofthemanufacturingtechnologyofthegeneral.2.Thecharacteristicsofadvancedmanufacturingtechnology(1)TheavailabilityofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyAdvancedmanufacturingtechnologythemostimportantfeaturesisthatitisaboveallaforindustrialapplications,hasastrongpracticalnewtechnologies.Fromadvancedmanufacturingtechnologydevelopmentprocessusedinmanufacturingfromthescopeofthewholeprocess,inparticular,istoachievetheobjectivesandresults,allreflectthisisausedinmanufacturing,themanufacturingindustry,thedevelopmentofthenationaleconomycanplayanimportantroleinpracticaltechnology.Thedevelopmentofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyisoftentargetedtoaspecificindustry(suchasautomotivemanufacturing,electronicsindustry)anddevelopedwiththeneedsofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyapplication,thereisacleardemand-orientedfeatures;advancedmanufacturingtechnologyisnotinpursuitoftechnicalThehigh-techforthepurpose,butratherfocusedonthegenerationeffectofbestpracticestoimproveefficiency,toimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprisesandthepromotionofnationaleconomicgrowthandoverallstrengthasthegoal.(2)Thewidespreadapplicationofadvancedmanufacturingtechnology,Advancedmanufacturingtechnologyisrelativelyconventionalmanufacturingtechniquesintheapplicationscopeofamajordifferenceisthattraditionalmanufacturingtechniquesareusuallyonlyreferstoavarietyofrawmaterialsintofinishedproductsprocessingtechnology,andadvancedmanufacturingtechnology,althoughstillalargenumberofapplicationprocessingandassemblyprocesses,However,becauseofitscompositionincludingthedesigntechnology,automationtechnology,systemsmanagementtechnology,whichwillbeappliedtoitsconsolidatedthewholeprocessofmanufacturing,coveringproductdesign,productionpreparation,processingandassembly,saleuse,maintenanceservicesandeventherecyclingofthethewholeprocess.(3)ThedynamiccharacteristicsofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyAsadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyitselfisthetargetforacertainapplication,absorbingavarietyofhigh-techgraduallyformed,thecontinuousdevelopmentofnewtechnologies,andthereforeitsmeaningisnotabsoluteandimmutable.Isreflectedinthedifferentperiods,advancedmanufacturingtechnologyhasitsowncharacteristics;alsoreflectedinthedifferentcountriesandregions,advancedmanufacturingtechnologyhasitsownfocusonthedevelopmentobjectivesandcontent,byfocusingonthedevelopmentofcontentinordertoachievethenationalandregionalmanufacturingtechnologybyleapsandbounds.(4)theintegrationofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyTraditionalmanufacturingtechnology,professionalsingleindependentanddistinctboundariesbetweenthem;advancedmanufacturingtechnology,professionalandinterdisciplinaryduetothecontinuousinfiltration,cross,integration,boundariesgraduallyfadeorevendisappear,technologytendstosystematic,integrated,hasdevelopedintoasetofmachinery,electronics,information,materialsandmanagementtechniquesfortheintegrationofanewcross-disciplinary.Soyoucancallita"manufacturingengineering."(5)advancedmanufacturingtechnology,thesystemicTraditionalmanufacturingtechniquesgenerallyonlycontroltheproductionprocessofmaterialflowandenergyflow.Withthemicro-electronics,informationtechnology,theintroductionofadvancedmanufacturingtechnologysothatinformationcanalsocontrolgeneration,collection,transmission,feedback,adjusttheflowofinformation.Advancedmanufacturingtechnologyiscapableoftamingtheproductionprocessofmaterialflow,energyflowandinformationflowsystemengineering.Anadvancedmanufacturingtechnology,oftengeneratedsystematically,takingintoaccounttheentiremanufacturingprocesses,suchasconcurrentengineeringistheintegration,theconcurrentdesignofproductsandtheircomponentsandrelatedprocessesinasystematicway.Thisapproachrequiresproductdevelopmentstaffandotherpersonnelallworktogether,beginningontheconsiderationsinthedesignofproductsthroughouttheirlifecycle,fromconceptiontoproductscrapandallotherfactors,includingquality,cost,scheduleanduserrequirements.Anadvancedmanufacturingmodeinadditiontoconsideringproductdesign,manufactur
