mustincludethefollowing:(a)修理站证书和评级的申请必须是FAA接受的形式，并必须包括以下方面：(1)ArepairstationmanualacceptabletotheFAAasrequiredby§145.207;(1)根据145.207要求能被FAA接受的修理站手册；(2)AqualitycontrolmanualacceptabletotheFAAasrequiredby§145.211(c);(2)根据145.211(c)要求能被FAA接受的修理站控制手册；(3)Alistbytype,make,ormodel,asappropriate,ofeacharticleforwhichtheapplicationismade;(3)申请时每件产品的型号、厂家或模型，适合时，的清单；(4)Anorganizationalchartoftherepairstationandthenamesandtitlesofmanagingandsupervisorypersonnel;(4)修理站的组织结构图和管理与监督人员的姓名和头衔；(5)Adescriptionofthehousingandfacilities,includingthephysicaladdress,inaccordancewith§145.103;(5)房屋和设施的描述，包括符合145.103的实际地址；(6)Alistofthemaintenancefunctions,forapprovalbytheFAA,tobeperformedfortherepairstationundercontractbyanotherpersoninaccordancewith§145.217;and(6)待FAA批准的维修功能清单，用于由修理站依据145.217按与另一方签定的合同开展工作；和(7)AtrainingprogramforapprovalbytheFAAinaccordancewith§145.163.(7)待FAA按145.163批准的培训大纲。(b)Theequipment,personnel,technicaldata,andhousingandfacilitiesrequiredforthecertificateandrating,orforanadditionalratingmustbeinplaceforinspectionatthetimeofcertificationorratingapprovalbytheFAA.(b)证书和评级或附加评级所需的设备、人员、技术资料和房屋与设施必须在FAA进行证书或评级批准审查时到位。AnapplicantmaymeettheequipmentrequirementofthisparagraphiftheapplicanthasacontractacceptabletotheFAAwithanotherpersontomaketheequipmentavailabletotheapplicantatthetimeofcertificationandatanytimethatitisnecessarywhentherelevantworkisbeingperformedbytherepairstation.如果申请人有一份被FAA所接受的与另一方的合同，在发证书时和任何时候修理站开展相关工作需要时，申请人均可使用到该设备，申请人可以满足该段的设备要求。(c)Inadditiontomeetingtheotherapplicablerequirementsforarepairstationcertificateandrating,anapplicantforarepairstationcertificateandratinglocatedoutsidetheUnitedStatesmustmeetthefollowingrequirements:(c)除了满足修理站证书和评级的其它适用要求外，美国国外的修理站证书和评级申请人必须满足下列要求：(1)Theapplicantmustshowthattherepairstationcertificateand/orratingisnecessaryformaintainingoralteringthefollowing:(1)申请人必须表明修理站证书和/或评级是维护或替换下列所需的：(i)U.S.-registeredaircraftandarticlesforuseonU.S.-registeredaircraft,or(i)用于美国注册的航空器上和在美国注册的航空器或产品，或(ii)Foreign-registeredaircraftoperatedundertheprovisionsofpart121orpart135,andarticlesforuseontheseaircraft.(ii)按121部或135部条例运行的国外注册的航空器，和用于这些航空器上的产品。(2)TheapplicantmustshowthatthefeeprescribedbytheFAAhasbeenpaid.(2)申请人应表明FAA规定的收费已支付。(d)Anapplicationforanadditionalrating,amendedrepairstationcertificate,orrenewalofarepairstationcertificatemustbemadeinaformatacceptabletotheFAA.(D)附加评级，修正的修理站证书，或修理站证书的更新的申请应以FAA能接受的形式。Theapplicationmustincludeonlythatinformationnecessarytosubstantiatethechangeorrenewalofthecertificate.申请仅须涵盖足以证实证书变更或更新所需的信息。§145.53Issueofcertificate.145.53证书的颁发(a)Exceptasprovidedinparagraph(b),(c),or(d)ofthissection,apersonwhomeetstherequirementsofthispartisentitledtoarepairstationcertificatewithappropriateratingsprescribingsuchoperationsspecificationsandlimitationsasarenecessaryintheinterestofsafety.(a)除了按本节段（b），（c），或（d）的规定，满足本部要求的个人可授予适当评级的修理站证书，该评级规定了为安全考虑所必需的运行规范和限制。(b)IfthepersonislocatedinacountrywithwhichtheUnitedStateshasabilateralaviationsafetyagreement,theFAAmayfindthatthepersonmeetstherequirementsofthispartbasedonacertificationfromthecivilaviationauthorityofthatcountry.(b)如果该个人在与美国有双边适航安全协议的国家，FAA可以基于该国民航局颁发的证书上查明此人满足本规章的要求。ThiscertificationmustbemadeinaccordancewithimplementationproceduressignedbytheAdministratorortheAdministrator'sdesignee.本证书必须根据由管理局或管理局授权人签署的实施程序制作。(c)BeforearepairstationcertificatecanbeissuedforarepairstationthatislocatedwithintheUnitedStates,theapplicantshallcertifyinwritingthatall“hazmatemployees”(see49CFR171.8)fortherepairstation,itscontractors,orsubcontractorsaretrainedasrequiredin49CFRpart172subpartH.(c)在修理站证书颁发给美国的修理站前，申请人应书面证明所有修理站危险工种（见49CFR171.8）、其承包方或子承包方按49CFR172部H子部要求进行培训。(d)BeforearepairstationcertificatecanbeissuedforarepairstationthatislocatedoutsidetheUnitedStates,theapplicantshallcertifyinwritingthatallemployeesfortherepairstation,itscontractors,orsubcontractorsperformingajobfunctionconcerningthetransportofdangerousgoods(hazardousmaterial)aretrainedasoutlinedinthemostcurrenteditionoftheInternationalCivilAviationOrganizationTechnicalInstructionsfortheSafeTransportofDangerousGoodsbyAir.(d)在修理站证书颁发给美国外的修理站前，申请人应书面证明所有从事与危险品（危险材料）运输有关工作职能的修理站雇员、其承包方或子承包方按民用航空组织的安全空运危险品技术指导的最新版本要求进行培训。§145.55Durationandrenewalofcertificate.145.55证书的存续与更新(a)AcertificateorratingissuedtoarepairstationlocatedintheUnitedStatesiseffectivefromthedateofissueuntiltherepairstationsurrendersitortheFAAsuspendsorrevokesit.(a)颁发给美国的修理站的证书和评级从颁发之日起生效，直到修理站放弃或FAA暂停或撤消。(b)AcertificateorratingissuedtoarepairstationlocatedoutsidetheUnitedStatesiseffectivefromthedateofissueuntilthelastdayofthe12thmonthafterthedateofissueunlesstherepairstationsurrendersthecertificateortheFAAsuspendsorrevokesit.(b)颁发给美国外的修理站的证书和评级从颁发之日起到颁发后第12个月最后一天有效，直到修理站交回证书或FAA暂停或撤消。TheFAAmayrenewthecertificateorratingfor24monthsiftherepairstationhasoperatedincompliancewiththeapplicablerequirementsofpart145withintheprecedingcertificatedurationperiod.如果修理站在上一个证书有效期内已按145部适用的要求运行，FAA可将证书或评级更新为24个月。(c)AcertificatedrepairstationlocatedoutsidetheUnitedStatesthatappliesforarenewalofitsrepairstati
