acceptanceandguaranteethequalityofpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallation.

Thiscodeisapplicabletothequalityacceptanceofnewconstruction,renovationand

extensionofpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallation.

Thedemandsforqualityofpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationintechnical

documents,contractandsoonmustnotbebelowrequirementsofthiscode.

Thiscodespecifiesbasictechnicalrequirementsofpalletizingmechanicalequipment

3.0.1

Theconstructionunitresponsibleforpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationshall

havecorrespondingqualifications.Theconstructionsiteshallhavecorrespondingtechnology

standard,asoundqualitymanagementsystem,qualitycontrolandinspectionsystem.Inaddition,

technicaldocumentssuchasconstructionorganizationplan,constructionscheme,jobdesign

approvedbyprojecttechnicalleader.

3.0.2

Designchangesshallbewiththedesignchangenoticeortechnologycertificationfromthe

designunit.

3.0.3

Themeasuredandcorrectedmeasuringinstrumentsshallbeusedinqualityacceptanceof

palletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineering.

3.0.4Theweldersinpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineeringshallgetcorresponding

certifications,andonlyweldintheprojectsapprovedbythecertifications.

3.0.5

Thepalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineeringshallbeinestablished

procedure.Relevantprofessionsshalltesteachotherandkeepareco专用rd.Thequalityofeachmajor

professionalprocessshouldbecontrolledinconstructiontechnologystandard.Eachprocessshallbe

checkedandrecordedafterfinished.Eachprocessshallnotbeconductedbeforethelastonebeing

finished.

3.0.6

Theconcealedworksinpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineeringsuchas

second-groutingshallbeacceptedwithacceptancedocumentsbyrelevantunit,whichisinformedby

constructionunits.

3.0.7

Thepalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineeringshallbeconductedinthe

orderofdivisionworks,subdivisionworksandunitworks.Thedivisionworksandsubdivision

worksshallbecompliedwithTable3.0.7.Theunitworksshallbedividedintomixingand

palletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineering,shaftfurnaceequipmentinstallation

engineering,travelinggrateequipmentinstallationengineering,grate-kilnequipmentinstallation

engineeringandsoonaccordingtomechanicalsystem.

items.Steelstructurewithprocessingshallhaveatleast80%inspectionpointsmeetthe

requirementsofthiscode,anditsmaximumvalueshallnotexceed1.2timesofalloweddeviation.

Qualityacceptancerecordsandqualitycertificationdocumentsshallbecomplete.

Thecertificateddivisionworksinqualityacceptanceshallbeinaccordancewiththe

followingrequirements:

Allsubdivisionworksofthedivisionworksshallbecertificatedinqualityacceptance.

Thecertificatedunitworksinqualityacceptanceshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing

Equipmenttestrunwithlinkageundernoloadshallbecertificated.

Impressionqualityshallbecertificatedinqualityacceptance.

Impressionqualityofunitworksshallbecertificatedandbeinaccordancewiththe

followingrequirements:

Connectingbolt:Bolts,nutsandwashershallbefullyprovidedasdesigned.Boltsshallbe

exposedorparalleltotheedgeofnuts.Theexposedscrewthreadsofboltsshallhavenodamage,

andthepenetratingdirectionofboltsshallbeuniformexceptforstructuralconsideration.

shallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

QualityacceptancerecordsofsubdivisionworksshallmeettherequirementsinAppendixA

ofthiscode.

QualityacceptancerecordsofdivisionworksshallmeettherequirementsinAppendixBof

thiscode.

QualityacceptancerecordsofunitworksshallmeettherequirementsinAppendixCofthis

code.

No-loadcommissioningrecordofpalletizingmechanicalequipmentshallmeetthe

requirementsinAppendixDofthiscode.

3.0.13

Treatmentorreworkmustbecarriedintimefollowedbyrenewedqualityacceptanceif

theengineeringqualityfailstomeettherequirements.

3.0.14Projectwhosequalityfailedtomeettherequirementsbeforeandstillfailstomeetthesafety

requirementsaftertreatmentorreworkmustnotbeaccepted.

3.0.15专用

Qualityacceptanceofpalletizingmechanicalequipmentinstallationengineeringshallbe

organizedinprocedureslistedbelow:

1

Supervisingengineer(orprojecttechnicalleaderofprojectunit)shallorganizetechnical

leaderofconstructionunit(orsectionchief),qualityinspectorandsoontocarryqualityacceptance

ofsubdivisionworks.

2

Chiefsupervisingengineer(orprojectleaderofprojectunit)shallorganizeprojectleaderof

constructionunit,technicaldirector,qualitydirectorandsoontocarryqualityacceptanceof

divisionworks.

3

Constructionunitshallself-organizerelatedpersonneltoinspectandassessengineering

afterfinishofunitworks,andsubmitqualityacceptancereporttoprojectunit.

4

Leaderofprojectunit(orproject)shallorganizeunit(orproject)directorsofconstruction

(includingsub-contractingunit),design,supervisionandsoontocarryqualityacceptanceofunit

works.

5

Generalcontractingunitshallbefullyresponsibleforengineeringqualitywhereunitworks

containssub-contr人人文库actingunitconstructions.Sub-contractingunitshallinspectandassesscontracted

engineeringintheestablishedprocedureofthiscodewithpersonnelfromgeneralcontractingunit.

Sub-contractingunitshallsubmitrelateddocumentstogeneralcontractingunitafterfinishof

contractedmissions.
