General4.1.1.Ifallthesamplesofatypeoffrontfoglampsubmittedinpursuanceofparagraph2.abovesatisfytheprovisionsofthisRegulation,approvalshallbegranted.1Ifthelenscannotbedetachedfromthemainbodyofthefrontfoglamp,aspaceonthelensshallbesufficient.共50页第9页修订1/增补18/修订3第19号条款2.2.2. 一式三份的图纸，足以识别型式并展现前雾灯的主视图，详细说明镜头棱纹（如果有）以及横截面；图纸应该指出留给认证标记的空间；2.2.3. 前雾灯的两个试样类型；2.2.4. 对于镜头所用塑性材料的测试：. 13个镜头；.1. 其中6个可以被6个至少60×80mm材料的样本，具有平坦或表面凸起的外表面和充分平坦区域（在至少15×15mm的区域中间测量的弯曲半径不小于300mm）；.2. 每一个这样的镜头或材料样本应用大批量生产的方法制造；. 镜头反射镜可以按照制造商指令安装。2.3. 构成镜头和涂层的材料，如果有并且经过测试的话，应报告随附在测试报告中，说明报告材料和涂层的特征。2.4. 主管当局应检验排列是否合理以确保在发放型式认证之前有效控制生产符合性。3. 标记3.1. 提交进行认证的前雾灯型式样品应该带有申请人的商标或标记，清晰易读且不可擦除。3.2. 它们应该包括镜头，主体上具有足够的放置认证标记和第4节指出的附加符号的安装空间；这些空间应在上面2.2.2节指出的图示中标明。4. 认证4.1. 概述4.1.1.如果按照第2.节所提交的所有类型前雾灯的试样均满足本条例第2段的规定，则准许发放认证。如果不能把镜头从前雾灯主体分离，则镜头间距应该足够大。共50页第10页Rev.1/Add.18/Rev.3Wheregrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampshavebeenfoundtomarkmaybeappliedprovidedthateachofthegrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampssatisfiestheprovisionsapplicabletoit.Anapprovalnumbershallbeassignedtoeachtypeapproved.Itsfirsttwodigits(atpresent02)shallindicatetheseriesofamendmentsincorporatingthemostrecentmajortechnicalamendmentsmadetotheRegulationatthetimeofissueoftheapproval.ThesameContractingPartymaynotassignthesamenumbertoanothertypeoffrontfoglampcoveredbythisRegulationexceptinthecaseofandefinitelydiscontinuedofatypeoffrontfoglamppursuanttothisRegulationshallbecommunicatedtothePartiestotheAgreementapplyingthisRegulationbymeansofaformconformingtothemodelinannex1tothisRegulation.inparagraphs4.2.and4.3.belowshallbeaffixedinthespacesreferredtoinparagraph3.2.abovetoeveryfoglampconformingtoatypeapprovedunderthis CompositionoftheapprovalmarkTheapprovalmarkshallconsistof: Aninternationalapprovalmarking,comprising:acirclesurroundingtheletter'E'followedbythedistinguishingnumberofthecountrywhichhasgrantedapproval;3theapprovalnumberprescribedinparagraph4.1.3.above. Thefollowingadditionalsymbol(orsymbols):OnfrontfoglampsmeetingtherequirementsofthisRegulation,theletter'B';Onfrontfoglampsincorporatingalensofplasticmaterialthegroupofletters"PL"tobeaffixednearthesymbolsprescribedinparagraph.above;31forGermany,2forFrance,3forItaly,4fortheNetherlands,5forSweden,6forBelgium,7forHungary,8fortheCzechandSlovakFederalRepublic,9forSpain,10for15(vacant),16forNorway,17forFinland,18forDenmark,19forRomania,20forPoland,21forPortugal,22fortheRussianFederationand23forGreece.SubsequentnumberswillbeassignedtoothercountriesinthechronologicalorderinwhichtheyratifyoraccedetotheAgreementconcerningtheAdoptionofUniformConditionsofApprovalandReciprocalRecognitionofApprovalforMotorVehicleEquipmentandParts,andthenumbersthusassignedshallbecommunicatedtotheContractingPartiestotheAgreementbytheSecretary-GeneraloftheUnitedNations共50页第11页修订1/增补18/修订3第19号条款4.1.2. 如果成组、组合或混合车灯满足几个条例的要求，则如果每一成组、组合或混合车灯满足适用条例时，可以采用单个国际认证标记。4.1.3. 应该为各认证类型发放认证编号。批准号的前两位数字（如02）应指示在发行认证时合并到条例最新重要技术性补充条款中的系列修正条款。同一缔约方不可将相同编号分配给本条例所包含的另一类型前雾灯，除非该装置的认证扩充只在发射光线的颜色上有所不同。4.1.4.4.1.5. 除了3.1.节规定的标记之外，4.2.节和4.3.所述认证标记应以上面节所给定的间隔附着在符合本条例认证类型的雾灯上。4.2. 认证标记的组成 认证标记应包括：4.2.1. 国际认证标记，包括：. 围绕字母‘E’的圆圈，后跟发放认证的国家识别码；. 上面4.1.3.节规定的认证编号。4.2.2. 下列附加符号（或符号）：. 满足本条例要求的前雾灯为字母‘B’；. 装有塑料镜头的前雾灯上为字母组“PL”，粘贴在上述.段所给定的符号旁边；1德国、2法国、3意大利、4荷兰、5瑞典、6比利时、7匈牙利、8捷克、9西班牙、10南斯拉夫、11英国、12奥地利、13卢森堡、14瑞士、15空白、16挪威、17芬兰、18丹麦、19罗马尼亚、20波兰、21葡萄牙、22俄罗斯、23希腊。序列号按其它国家认可或加入本关于采用汽车辆、可安装或使用的设备和零件统一技术规定和在本规定基础上发放的认证予以相互承认的技术条件协定的时间顺序分配给这些国家。分配后的序列号应当由联合国秘书长致函给加入本协定的该缔约方。共50页第12页Rev.1/Add.18/Rev.Ineverycasetherelevantoperatingmodeusedduringthetestprocedureaccordingtoparagraph.ofannex4andthepermittedvoltagesaccordingtoparagraph.ofannex4shallbestipulatedontheapprovalformsandontheInthecorrespondingcasesthedeviceshallbemarkedasfollows:OnunitsmeetingtherequirementsofthisRegulationwhicharesodesignedthatthefilament(s)ofonefunctionshallnotbelitsimultaneouslywiththatofanyfunctionwithwhichitmaybereciprocallyincorporated,anobliquestroke(/)shallbeplacedbehindthesymbolintheapprovalmarkofsuchfunction.However,ifonlythefrontfoglampandthepassinglampshallnotbelitsymbolbeingplacedeitherseparatelyorattheendofacombinationofsymbols.withavoltageof6Vor12V,asymbolconsistingofthenumber24crossedoutbyanobliquecross(x)shallbeplacednearthefilamentlampholder.ThereciprocallampincorporationofpassingbeamlampandfrontfoglampispossibleifitisincompliancewithRegulationNo.48;Thetwodigitsoftheapprovalnumber(atpresent02)whichindicatetheseriesofamendmentsincorporatingthemostrecentmajortechnicalamendmentsmadetotheRegulationatthetimeofissueoftheapprovalmaybemarkedclosetotheaboveadditionalsymbols;Themarksandsymbolsreferredtoinparagraphs4.2.1.and4.2.2.aboveshallbeclearlylegibleandbeindelibleevenwhenthefrontfoglampisfittedinthevehicle. Arrangementoftheapprovalmark Independentlampsapprovalmarkwiththeabove-mentionedadditionalsymbols. Grouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlamps.Wheregrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampshavebeenfoundtomarkmaybeprovided,consistingofacirclesurroundingtheletter'E'followedbythedistinguishingnumberofthecountrywhichhasgrantedtheapproval,andanapprovalnumber.Thisapprovalmarkmaybelocatedanywhereonthegrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlamps,providedthat:itisvisibleaftertheirinstallation;nopartofthegrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampsthattransmitslightcanberemovedwithoutatthesametimeremovingtheapprovalmark.共50页第13页修订1/增补18/修订3第19号条款. 对于按照附件4第.节的测试期间所采用的相关工作模式和按照附件4第.节所采用的许可电压，应该在认证格式和沟通格式中予以规定，传达给参与本协议并采用本条例的缔约各方。 在这种情况下，装置应按如下方式标记： 对于满足本规定要求且设计成一种作用的白炽灯不能和与之复合在一起的另一种作用的白炽灯同时点亮的装置，应该在该功能认证标记中符号之后加上斜线（/）。 但是，如果仅前雾灯和会车灯不能同时点亮时，斜杠应位于雾灯符号之后，该符号既可单独也可位于整个符号集合之后。 对于满足附件4要求的装置，只有当所需供电电压为6V或12V时，删除包含数字24的符号，白炽灯座附近用叉号（x）斜体取而代之。如果符合第48号条例，则允许将会车灯和前雾灯混合使用。. 二位数认证编号（目前为02）指出发放认证时，合并有最近对条例所作的主要技术性补充条款的一系列修正条例，该编号可以标于上述附加符号旁边；. 段落4.2.1.和4.2.2.所涉及的标记和符合应该清晰易读，即使将前雾灯安装在车辆上也不可擦除。4.3. 认证标识的排列4.3.1. 独立车灯 本条例附件2的图1和2给出了上述附加符号的认证标识排列范例。4.3.2. 组合、混合或者复合车灯. 已经符合几个条例要求的成组、组合或混合车灯，可以粘贴国际认证标记，该标记由一个圆圈围绕字母“E”组成，后跟发放认证及认证编号的国家的辨别代码。该认证标记可以位于成组、组合或混合车灯的任一位置，假若：.1. 安装后标志可见；.2.没有清除认证标记时，不可清除发光成组、组合或混合车灯的任何部件。共50页第14页Rev.1/Add.18/Rev.3eitherontheappropriatelight-emittingsurface;orinagroup,insuchawaythateachofthegrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampsmaybeclearlyidentified.ThesizeofthecomponentsofasingleapprovalmarkshallnotbelessthantheminimumsizerequiredforthesmallestoftheindividualmarksbytheRegulationunderwhichapprovalhasbeengranted.Anapprovalnumbershallbeassignedtoeachtypeapproved.ThesameContractingPartymaynotassignthesamenumbertoanothertypeofgrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampscoveredbythisRegulation.Annex2,figure3,tothisRegulationgivesexamplesofarrangementsofapprovalmarksforgrouped,combinedorreciprocallyincorporatedlampswithalltheabove-mentionedadditionalsymbols.4.3.3.Lamps,thelensofwhichisusedfordifferenttypesoflampsandwhichmaybereciprocallyincorporatedorgroupedwithotherlampsTheprovisionslaiddowninparagraph4.3.2.aboveareapplicable. marksrelatingtothedifferenttypesofheadlampsorunitsoflamps,providedthatthemainbodyoftheheadlamp,evenifitcannotbeseparatedfromthelens,alsocomprisesthespacedescribedinparagraph3.2.aboveandbearstheapprovalmarksoftheactualfunctions.Ifdifferenttypesofheadlampscomprisethesamemainbody,thelattermaybearthedifferentapprovalmarks. Annex2,figure4,tothisRegulationgivesexamplesofarrangementsofapprovalmarksforlampsreciprocallyincorporatedwithaheadlamp. GENERALSPECIFICATIONSEachsamplesubmittedinconformitywithparagraph2.2.3.aboveshallmeetthespecificationssetforthinparagraphs6.and7.ofthisRegulation.5.2Thefrontfoglampsshallbesodesignedandconstructedthatinnormaluse,despitethevibrationstowhichtheymaythenbesubjected,theirsatisfactorythisRegulation.Thecorrectpositionofthelensshallbeclearlymarkedandthelensandreflectorshallbesosecuredastopreventanyrotationduringuse.Conformitywiththerequirementsofthisparagraphshallbeverifiedbyvisualinspectionand,wherenecessary,byatrialfitting.共50页第15页修订1/增补18/修订3第19号条款. 每个标记的识别符号适用于已经获得认可的批准，和包含批准发布之时最近所作重要技术修订的对应修订版，如果有必要，应标记需要的箭头。.1. 在适当的发光表面上；.2.节或成组车灯，这样成组、者或混合车灯均可以清晰识别。. 单个认证标记的元件尺寸不应小于已经以此为依据发放认证的条例中规定的最小单个标记。. 应该为各认证类型发放认证编号。同一缔约方不可为本条例涵盖的另一成组、组合或混合车灯分配相同编号。. 本条例附件2的图3给出了带有上述附加符号的成组、组合或混合车灯的排列范例。4.3.3. 镜头用于其它不同车灯类型的车灯和可与其它车灯复合或组合的车灯。 可适用上述4.3.2.节给出的规定。. 此外，在使用相同镜头的地方，如果前照灯的主体不能与镜头分开，同时包含上述3.2.节所述的间距并带有实际功能认证标记，则镜头可以带有不同类型前照灯或车灯单元的认证标记。 如果不同类型的前照灯由相同的主体构成，则后者可以带有不同的认证标记。. 本条例附件2的图４给出了可与前照灯互换混合的车灯的认证标识排列范例。5.通用规范5.1. 每个按上述段落2.2.3.所提交的样品均应符合本条例第6段和第7段给出的规范。5.2.前雾灯的设计和结构应当使正常使用下尽管受到振动，仍能保证良好的工作状态并保持本条例所给出的特征。镜头的正确位置应该清晰标注并且镜头和反射镜应该固定以防止使用期间发生转动。应该目测检查是否与本节要求相符，必要时通过测试装配来检查。共50页第16页Rev.1/Add.18/Rev.3RegulationNo.195.2.1Frontfoglampsshallbefittedwithadeviceenablingthemtobesoadjustedonthevehiclesastocomplywiththerulesapplicabletothem.Suchadeviceneednotbefittedonunitsinwhichthereflectorandthediffusinglenscannotbeseparated,providedtheuseofsuchunitsisconfinedtovehiclesonwhichthefrontfoglampsettingcanbeadjustedbyothermeans.Whereafrontfoglampandanotherfrontlamp,eachequippedwithitsownfilamentlamp,areassembledtoformacompositeunit,theadjustingdeviceshallenableeachopticalsystemindividuallytobedulyadjusted.areindivisible.Forthistypeofassemblytherequirementsofparagraph6.6.ofthisRegulationshallapply.Complementarytestsshallbedoneaccordingtotherequirementsofannex4toensurethatinusethereisnoexcessivechangeinphotometricperformance.Ifthelensofthefrontfoglampisofplasticmaterial,testsshallbedoneaccordingtotherequirementsofannex5.
