AnotherchallengeIfacedwaskeepingthestudentsmotivatedandinterestedinlearningEnglish.Adolescentscaneasilybecomedisengagedifthematerialisnotrelevantorinterestingtothem.Tocombatthis,Iintegratedtechnologyintomylessons.Iusedinteractiveonlineplatformsandeducationalappstomakethelearningexperiencemoreenjoyableandinteractive.Additionally,Iincorporatedreal-lifeexamplesandculturalreferencestomakethecontentmorerelatabletothestudents.ThesechangesledtoincreasedstudentengagementandenthusiasmforlearningEnglish.

Therewerealsoseveralpositiveaspectsofmyteachingexperience.Oneofthehighlightswaswitnessingthegrowthandprogressofmystudents.ManyofthemstartedtheyearwithlittleconfidenceintheirEnglishabilities,butovertime,theybecamemoreskilledandconfident.Thisgrowthwasincrediblyrewardingandservedasamotivatorforboththestudentsandmyself.

Furthermore,Ilearnedtheimportanceofbuildingapositiveandinclusiveclassroomenvironment.Byfosteringasafeandsupportivespace,studentsfeltcomfortableexpressingtheirthoughtsandopinionsinEnglish.Thiscreatedaninclusivelearningenvironmentwhereallstudentsfeltheardandvalued.
