WiththelargeamountofbandwidthavailableinTHzbands,itispossibletoachieveextremelyhighdataratesandeasespectrumscarcityproblems.Moreover,specificpropagationpropertiesofTHzsignalsunlocknewfeaturessuchas
accuratesensingandimagingcapabilities.TheabovepropertiesofTHzcommunicationsopenthewaytoenablingnewusecasesandcouldprovideananswertonewsocietalchallengesthatneedtobeaddressedbythefuture6G
communicationssystems.Someofthesechallengesrelatetonewfunctionalitiesthatarenotcurrentlysupportedbycellularsystems(e.g.accuratesensing,mapping,andlocalization),whileothersrelatetonewusecasesthatwerenotsupportedbypreviouscommunicationssystems.ThepresentdocumentdefinesthenewusecasesthattheTHz
