小龙虾人工繁育技术规程

1范围

本文件规定了克氏原螯虾(Procambarusclarkii)(以下简称小龙虾)人工繁育的环境条件、主要设

施、亲虾培育、人工催产、控温孵化、苗种培育、捕捞与运输、生产记录的技术要求。

本文件适用于小龙虾人工繁育。

3术语和定义

本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。

4环境条件

场地环境应符合NY/T391的规定。水源水质应符合GB3838(Ⅲ)与GB11607的规定。

5主要设施

5.1亲虾培育设施

宜选用规格为2m×2m×1.5m或2m×3m×1.5m、网目网眼规格为3mm的聚乙烯无结网箱,

用浮筒架设,每排网箱留0.5m~1.0m人工通道,每两排网箱留2m宽水道,培植水雍菜、水芹菜等

水生植物。网箱设置在面积3000m2~6000m2的池塘中,池塘水深2m左右,进排水独立设置。网箱面

积占池塘总面积的1/4~1/3。

5.2繁殖设施

5.2.1大棚

宜采用钢架塑料大棚,应能调光、保温、防雨和通风,面积1000m2~1500m2。

5.2.2配对池

在大棚内建2m×4m或3m×6m的水泥池,池深1m左右,池底坡比3%~5%。占大棚面积30%

左右。

5.2.3孵化池

在大棚内建5m×10m或5m×15m的水泥池,内壁光滑,进排水口用网眼规格0.6mm的过滤网

双层套袋过滤,池底四周高,中间低,坡比3%~5%,在池底最低处设置出水口、集虾槽及水位保持

装置。孵化池占大棚面积60%左右。

5.3苗种培育设施

在大棚外按孵化池面积1∶10配套建设苗种标粗池,单池面积为500m2~1000m2,池深1m左右。

池底一端设内口径为10cm~20cm的排水管。

5.4配套设施

配备控温、控光、供电、充气和水处理设施,均应符合SC/T6093的相关技术要求。

6亲虾培育

6.1后备亲虾选择

应从有资质的苗种场采购,经检验检疫合格。种虾应附肢齐全、无损伤、体表无附着物,体格健壮、

活动能力强;体长6cm以上,雌虾体重不低于30g/只,雄虾体重不低于35g/只。

6.2培育

雌、雄亲虾应分箱培育,培育密度为15尾/m2~20尾/m2。投喂亲虾专用饲料(粗蛋白质不低于30%,

赖氨酸不低于1.40%,粗脂肪不低于5%),饲料符合GB13078和NY/T471的规定。雌虾定期拌喂鱼

糜或维生素E,促进性腺发育。

水质应保持pH8.0~8.3,氨氮小于0.4mg/L,溶解氧大于5mg/L。

7人工催产

7.1亲虾挑选

8月底~9月初,检测雌虾卵巢发育情况,待卵巢发育到Ⅳ期个体达80%以上时,进行人工催产。

7.2药物催产

可使用人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)催产,每只雌虾100IU~150IU,雄虾剂量减半。注射部位为

腹部第二体节,注射时针头与腹部呈30度角左右,深度为3mm左右。

7.3配对

将注射后的亲虾,按雌雄比(2~3)∶1配对放入产卵池,放养密度20只/m2~30只/m2,产卵池保

持微流水,溶解氧5mg/L以上。

7.4抱卵

配对48h后,应将雄虾移走,雌虾抱卵后转移至孵化池,集中孵化。

8控温孵化

8.1抱卵虾投放

放养密度40只/m2~50只/m2,水温控制在20℃~25℃,溶解氧5mg/L以上。

8.2日常管理

受精卵开始脱膜,可适量投喂亲虾专用饲料。待稚虾大多数离开母体可自由游动时,将亲虾移走,

进行稚虾培育。

9苗种培育

9.1稚虾培育

饵料以培育浮游生物为主,适当投喂小龙虾开口粉料。15d~20d后,稚虾体长2cm~3cm时,

可出售或分池培育。

9.2幼虾培育

宜在室外苗种培育池进行,放养密度为300尾/m2~500尾/m2,以投喂小龙虾幼虾配合饲料为主,

饲料符合GB13078和NY/T471的规定。培育至次年3月上中旬,幼虾体重2g~3g时,可起捕出售

或转塘养殖成虾。

9.3日常管理

培育期间定期换水、增氧,透明度保持30cm~40cm,溶解氧5mg/L以上。尾水排放按DB43/1752

的规定执行。

9.4病害防控

按照SC/T1135.4的规定执行。

10捕捞与运输

10.1捕捞

稚虾宜采用排水法,用网具在集虾槽或排水口收集;幼虾宜采用网眼规格为1.6cm的地笼捕捞。

10.2运输

稚虾带水充氧运输,幼虾塑料框铺水草保湿运输。
