I.Introduction
TheEnglishTeacherEducationProgramisdesignedtopreparehighlyqualifiedandskilledEnglishlanguageteacherswhoarecapableofmeetingthediverseneedsofstudentsinthe21stcentury.Thisprogramaimstofosteracomprehensiveunderstandingoflanguagelearningandteaching,promoteculturalawareness,anddevelopthenecessarypedagogicalskillsforeffectiveinstruction.Theprogramisstructuredtoprovideabalancebetweentheoreticalknowledgeandpracticalexperience,ensuringthatgraduatesarewell-preparedtoentertheteachingprofessionwithconfidenceandcompetence.

1.DevelopadeepunderstandingoftheEnglishlanguage,includingitsstructure,phonology,syntax,semantics,andpragmatics.

3.LearneffectiveteachingmethodsandstrategiesforteachingEnglishasaforeignlanguage(EFL).
4.Developskillsincurriculumdesign,lessonplanning,andassessment.
5.Fosterculturalawarenessandsensitivitytodiversestudentbackgrounds.
6.Engageinreflectivepracticeandcontinuousprofessionaldevelopment.
7.PreparestudentsforcertificationandlicensurerequirementsforteachingEnglishinvariouseducationalsettings.
III.ProgramStructure
TheEnglishTeacherEducationProgramisafour-yearundergraduateprogramconsistingof120credithours.Theprogramisdividedintothreemaincomponents:foundationalcourses,professionaleducationcourses,andclinicalexperiences.

V.GraduationRequirements
