二、双方责任与义务

a.甲方责任

②Ensuretheavailabilityofrelevanthistoricalandarchaeologicaldocuments.

③Assistinobtainingnecessarypermitsandpermissionsforfieldwork.

b.乙方责任

①Conductthearchaeologicalresearchandfieldworkinaccordancewiththeagreed-uponschedule.

②Prepareandsubmitcomprehensivereportsonthefindings.

③Providetechnicalandscientificsupportfortheanalysisofthearchaeologicaldata.

c.合作与协调

①Bothpartieswillmaintainopenandregularcommunicationthroughouttheproject.

②Regularmeetingswillbeheldtodiscussprogress,addressissues,andmakenecessaryadjustments.

③Ajointsteeringcommitteewillbeestablishedtooverseetheproject'soveralldirectionandimplementation.

三、项目实施与进度安排

五、保密条款

六、争议解决

a.争议解决方式

①Anydisputesarisingfromtheimplementationofthisagreementshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiations.

④负责项目成果的推广应用，提升乙方品牌形象。

b.乙方权利
