Ourpreviousresearch,‘Workingthroughchange:AdaptingtoanAI-drivenworldofwork’(October,2024)identifiedaminoritygroupofemployeeswhoareequippedtonavigateanuncertainworkplaceandmaximisecareeropportunitiesastheyemerge.Thistypeofworkerisadaptableand

willingtobeflexiblewiththeircareerplans.Theyembracenewtechnologiesandtheyhaveversatileskills.Mostimportantly,thisgrouparen’t

simplyfound–theyaresupportedbytheiremployerstobecomehigh-performingtalent.Respondentsthatagreetoalleightstatementsqualifyasa‘future-readyworker’,andtheycurrentlymakeupaboutone-thirdoftheworkforce(upfrom11%lastyear).
