consecutivequarterofpositivenetabsorption.Positivenetabsorptioncamefromboththesuburbanmarket(43,435sq.ft.)andthedowntownmarket(220,974sq.ft.).

–Vacancyratesfellfrom17.8%to17.5%quarter-over-quarterintheoverallmarket,aresultofpositivenetabsorption.Lookinglonger-termvacancyratesfellfrom19.1%to17.5%year-

over-year.Vacancyrateshavereturnedtotheaveragefromthreeyearsago(Q42022)at

17.5%.
