AGEING人口老龄化态势人口老龄化是世界性问题，对人类社会产生的影响是深刻持久的。中国是世界上人口老龄化程度比较高的国家之一，人口老龄化是当前和今后较长一段时期中国的基本国情。当前，

中国进入人口老龄化快速增长期，截至2024年末，60岁及以上老年人口已超过3.1亿人。中国老龄协会组织开展的人口老龄化发展态势预测研究显示，2030年中国60岁及以上老年人口将增至近3.9亿人，2032年将突破4亿人，2050年将达到5.2亿人，约占届时总人口的40%。满足数量庞大的老年群众多方面需求、妥善解决人口老龄化带来的社会问题，事关国家发展全局，事关亿万百姓福祉。

will

approach

390

million

in

2030,

exceed

million

2032,
