light.Donotfreeze)BIOLOGICALACTIVITY⽣物活性GlutaraldehydeFixative(2.5%,ForElectronMicroscopy)由戊⼆醛、磷酸盐、去离⼦⽔等组成，pH范为7.2-7.4。该定液对细胞核、细胞浆的细微结构定效果较好，常⽤于电镜标本的定。体外研究Guideline(Thefollowingisourrecommendedprotocol.Thisprotocolisonlyaguidelineandshouldbemodifiedaccordingtoyourspecificneeds).1.TakefreshsamplesandimmediatelyaddthemtoGlutaraldehydeFixative.Fixat4°Cfor1-4hours.Ifthesampleisthick,thefixationtimecanbeappropriatelyextended.2.Fixedsamplescanbetestedimmediatelyorstoredat4°C.Note:1.GlutaraldehydeFixativeiscorrosive.Pleasehandleinawell-ventilatedenvironmentandavoidcontactandinhalation.2.Routinesamplesgenerallyrequireathicknessof2-4mm,preferablynotexceeding6mm.3.Thevolumeratiooffixativetosampletissueblockshouldbegreaterthan10:1toensurethesampleiscompletelyimmersedinthefixative.4.GlutaraldehydeFixativeisnormallycolorlessorlightyellow.Ifthecolordeepens,itshouldbediscarded.McePdfHeightCaution:Producthasnotbeenfullyvalidatedformedicalapplications.Forresearchuseonly.Tel:400-820-3792ax:021
