本文件按GB/T1.1—2020《标准化本标准由中国电梯协会提出并归口本文件负责起草单位:宣城市华菱精工科技股份有限司、宁波市特种设备检验研究院、山东博尔特电梯有1电梯对重系统技术要求GB/T19418—2003钢的弧焊接头缺陷质量分对重框架counterweightf对重系统中增加质量的部件,它应安装在对重框架内并以适当的安全方式加以固定。设置在对重框架上,当导向装置(如导靴)失效时使对重框架保持在导轨2为了使对重系统能够对轿厢起到最佳的平衡作用和保证电梯系统的曳引能力,对重系统的总质量W——对重系统的总质量,单位为千克(kgP——空轿厢和由轿厢支承的零部件(如部分随行电缆、补偿绳或链(如果有)等)的质量和,单位3®──补偿装置5.2对重框架5.2.1对重框架应由上梁、下梁、立柱以及5.2.2对重框架上梁、下梁、立柱可以由钢板、型钢或钢板折弯构件组成。材料力a)上梁和下梁承载构件使用钢板折弯构件的,其材料公称厚度应不小于6mm;b)上梁和下梁承载构件直接使用钢板的,其材料公称厚度应不小于10mm;c)立柱使用钢板折弯构件的,其材料公称厚度应不小于4.5mm。a)上梁和下梁承载构件使用钢板折弯构件的,其材料公称厚度应不小于8mm;b)上梁和下梁承载构件直接使用钢板的,其材料公称厚度应不小于12mm;c)立柱使用钢板折弯构件的,其材料公称厚度应不小于6mm。注:本文件中安全系数是考虑在静态力的情况下,基于抗拉5.2.6应有对重块固定装置,避免对重块在电梯运行中产生跳动和相对滑移;即使或撞击缓冲器的情况下,也能将对重块保持在45.3对重块5.3.4不允许以任何方式将对重框架和对重5.5反绳轮的防护5.5.1如果配置了反绳轮,应设置绳轮护罩5.5.2对于悬挂装置通过反绳轮与对重连接的电梯,应当进行相应的风险评估,针承卡死、破碎等情况而可能导致的反绳轮倾斜、悬挂装置脱出或者反绳轮脱离固定结构等危险,应设5.5.3应设置挡绳装置或相关装置以阻止悬挂装置脱离滑轮槽,挡绳装置应具有足5.6悬挂装置的连接对重框架上与悬挂装置的端接装置连接的固定结构或支撑结构应能承受对重系统及连接在对重系5.7补偿装置的连接如果配置了补偿装置,对重框架上与补偿装置连接的固定结构或支撑结构应能承受对重框架处于5贮存场地应坚实平整。不同规格、批号的产品应分6ChinaElevatorAssociationStandardTechnicalRequirementsForLiftCounteReleasedon2026-02-10Implementedon202IssuedbyChinaElevatorAssociationITableofContents rthecounterweightfillerandthecounterweightfthenumberofcounterweightfillershallbeprovided.5.3.4Weldingthecounterweightframeandthecounterweightfiller55.4.1Thecounterweightframeisguidedbyguiderailsontheupperandlowerpartsofbothsidesofthecounterweightframe;5.4.2Thecounterweightframeshallbeprovidedwiguiderailwhentheguidingdevice5.5ProtectionofDiversionPulley5.5.1Ifadiversionpulleyisconfigureorbeinginvolvedbetweenthesuspensionmeansandthediversionpu5.5.2Forelevatorswherethesuspensionmeansisconnectedtothecounterjammingandbreakage,suchastheinclinationofthediversionpulley,thedetachmentofthesuspensionmeansortheseparationofthediversionpulleyfromthefixedstructure,effectiveprotectivedevicesshallbeprovided.Aclearindicationmarkshallbesetatthecorrespondingpositionoftheprotectivedevice.5.5.3Aroperetainerorrelateddeviceshallpulleygroove,andtheroperetainershallhavesufficientstrengthan5.6ConnectionofsuspensionmeansThefixedstructureorsupportingstructureonthecounterwedeviceofthesuspensionmeansshallbeabletobearthegravityofthecounterweightsystemandothercomponentsconnectedtothecounterweigh5.7ConnectionofCompensationDeviceIfacompensationdeviceiscoframeconnectedtothecompensationdeviceshallbcompensationdevicewhenthecounterweightframeisatthehighestposition,
