新能源发电英语演讲比赛稿件Goodmorning.Welcometothelectureheretoday.Ibelieveeverybodymayknoworhearaboutnuclearpower.Regardedasasourceofpower,nuclearpowerisanimportantelementofadiverse,cleanenergyandanimportantsourceoflow-carbonelectricity.Increasingtheamountofelectricitygeneratedbynuclearpoweriscriticaltomovetowardamoresustainableandsecurerenergyinthefuture.Accordingtostatistics,nuclearpoweristhesecondlargestsourceofdomesticelectricityinAmerica,andthecountryisexpandingnuclearpowerasakeyenergysourceforlong-termenergysecurity.RegardlessofwhattheU.S.does,theworldisincreasinglyturningtonuclearpowerasalow-carbonelectricitysource.Allinall,nuclearpowerplaysasignificantroleincuttingairpollution,andprotectingnationalsecurity.Althoughnuclearpowerplaysagrowingroleinmeetingtheworld’senergyneeds,nuclearpowerdangerswillremain.ThedisastrousearthquakeandtsunamiinJapan,whichledtothenuclearaccidentsattheFukushimareactor,havebroughtsafetytotheforefrontofthediscussiononnuclearpower.Atthesametime,terrorismisanotherthreattothedevelopmentofnuclearpower.Oncethenuclearpowerplantencountersterroristattacks,theconsequenceswouldbedisastrous.Wehaveknownforyearsthatanuclearaccidentanywhereisanuclearaccidenteverywhere,whichleaveusmanyinspirationsandquestionsworthyofconsideration:whatisthetrendforthedevelopmentofnuclearpowerinthefuture,andhowrationaltocarryontheutilizationofnuclearpower?WeknowthatthenuclearaccidentinJapanhasraisedquestionsaboutthedevelopmentofnuclearpowerplantincountriesaroundtheworld.SomeEUcountrieshaveannouncedthesuspensionofnuclearpowerfacilitiesprojects,particularlyinGermany,ChancellorAngelaMerkelintimatedthatGermanywouldnotpreparetoestablishnuclearpowerplants.Itshouldbesaid,however,thateverychoiceisbothnarrowandwide,soinnuclearpower.Wemustrecognizethatthereisnomajorenergysourcethatcanbeexploitedwithoutrisk.Aslongasweprohibittheabuseofnuclearpower,andimprovesecuritytomakeuseofitsfavorablefactors,nuclearpowerwilltakemoreactivepartinimprovinglivingconditionsandtheecologicalenvironmentratherthandestroyingourhome.Inmyview,giventheworld'sfast-growingenergyneeds,nuclearpowershouldbeproperlydevelopedduetoitsspecialtyinenergyshortagesupplementandenvironmentalpollutionreduction.Underthesafeandsecuritypremise,siteselectionofnuclearpowerplantshouldbeplacesawayfromthepopulationcentreandwheretherearefewornonaturalgeologicalhazards,suchasearthquakes.Inthetransitionofenergyutilization,nuclearpowercanassumeamajorroletosupplythepowergeneration,anditsdevelopmentcanbeconstrainedafterthetechnologymaturityofwindpower,solarpowerandothernewenergypowergeneration.Whileworkingtoencouragethepeacefuluseofnuclearpower,wemustseekthesecurityofaworldwithoutnuclearweaponsandapeacefulexpansionofnuclearpower.Workingcooperativelyandwithasharedsenseofcommitmentandobligation,wecansucceedinbuildingacleanandsaferenergyfuture,andwithoutthissupport,nuclearpowerwillnotbeabletoplaytherightkindofrolewhichitcanandshouldplayintheglobalenergyfuture.Ilookforwardtoworkingwithallofyougatheredheretodaytoturnthisvisionintoareality,andultimatelyleaveourchildrenwithastronger,bettercountrythanwhenwefoundit.ThankyouandI’mhappytotakesomequestions.第二篇:英语演讲比赛稿件15900字CulturalDiversity–CulturalIntegrationPresentersDr.NaomiJaffe,NationalSuperintendentforArt&TheatreStudies,MinistryofEducationCulture&Sport,StateofIsraelDr.YaelShai,NationalSuperintendentforMusicEducation,MinistryofEducationCulture&Sport,StateofIsraelSincemanycenturiesJewsimmigratedtotheLandofIsrael.Thistrendincreasedconsiderableinthesecondpartofthe20thCenturywhengroupsfromallovertheworld,WestandEastsettledinIsrael.Eachoftheseethnicgroupscarriedarichculturalinheritancethatincludesthearts,whichappearedineverydaylife.Theresultisadiversityandrichmosaicofcultures,includingart,music,theatre,filmanddance.Oneofthequestionstobediscussedinthispresentationis,howtheeducationalsysteminIsraeldealswiththefascinatingencounterbetweentheculturalandartisticcapacitythatthestudentbroughtfromhome,includingtheexposuretothemassmediaandbetweenthesubjectsstudiedintheschoolsformalcurricula.Anotherquestioniswhatandevenwhetherthereisaculturaloutcomethatcrystallizesamongthestudentswhoarethefuturegeneration.Theanswerstothesequestionswillbegiventhroughthevariousartdomainsandmainlymusicandart.Theseanswersattributealsototheunderstandingofthelocalculturethatinevitablyisdevelopingintheschoolsystem.TheclassesinIsraelischoolsaregenerallyheterorganicandrepresentthediversitysocietyinIsrael.Thecurriculainthemandatorysubjectmatterstrytogiveproperanswerstonationalandinternationalstandards.Amongtheoptionalsubjectmatterstheartsplayanimportantroleandexampleswillbepresentedinthispaper,mainlyfromthedomainofartandmusic.ArtAnartworkisoneofthehumancommunicationformsthatareperformedthroughastructureofvisualsignsandimagesorganizedinacompositiononasurface.Thedisplayoftheartworksinmuseumsgalleriesbycuratorsisanotherwayofcreatingcomposition.Theaestheticexperienceandtheaestheticresponsearethecorepointtoestablishrecognitionandmeaningoftheofvisualsignsandimages.Theunderstandingoftheobserv
