引言
GB/T48132《绿色矿山建设规范》是指导我国绿色矿山建设在资源开采、资源综合利用、绿色低
碳、生态修复、科技创新与规范管理、矿区环境等方面的基础标准,旨在确立各行业绿色矿山建设的基
本要求和鼓励性条款,由10个部分构成。
——第1部分:煤炭矿山。目的在于规范煤炭矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第2部分:陆上油气田。目的在于规范陆上石油、天然气田的绿色矿山建设。
——第3部分:黑色金属矿山。目的在于规范铁、锰、铬、钒、钛等黑色金属矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第4部分:有色金属矿山。目的在于规范铜、铅、锌、铝、镁(炼镁白云岩)、镍、钨、锡、钼、锑、锂
(锂辉石、锂云母)、银、铍、锶、锆、铪、钽、铌、锗等有色金属矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第5部分:化工矿山。目的在于规范锂(卤水锂)、磷、硫、钾盐、镁盐、硼、芒硝、矿盐、溴、天然
碱、硝石等化工矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第6部分:非金属矿山。目的在于规范金刚石、石墨、水晶、蓝晶石、红柱石、硅灰石、硅线石、
滑石、石棉(温石棉)、云母、长石、叶蜡石、蛭石、沸石、石膏、重晶石、方解石、菱镁矿、萤石、宝
石、玛瑙、大理岩、白云岩、石英岩、脉石英、天然石英砂、粉石英、高纯石英、高岭土、陶瓷土、铁
矾土、花岗岩、耐火黏土、膨润土、硅藻土、海泡石黏土、凹凸棒石黏土、伊利石黏土、橄榄岩、辉
绿岩、玄武岩、珍珠岩等非金属矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第7部分:黄金矿山。目的在于规范黄金矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第8部分:砂石矿山。目的在于规范建筑用砂石黏土矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第9部分:水泥用灰岩矿山。目的在于规范水泥用灰岩矿山的绿色矿山建设。
——第10部分:地热矿泉水矿山。目的在于规范地热、矿泉水矿山的绿色矿山建设。

第8部分:砂石矿山
1范围
本文件规定了砂石矿山绿色矿山建设的基本原则和要求,以及资源开采、资源综合利用、绿色低
碳、生态修复、科技创新与规范管理、矿区环境等方面的要求。
本文件适用于建筑用砂石黏土矿山(包括但不限于建筑用砂、砖瓦用砂、建筑石料用灰岩、建筑用
白云岩、建筑用橄榄岩、建筑用辉绿岩、建筑用安山岩、建筑用闪长岩、建筑用花岗岩、建筑用凝灰岩、建
筑用大理岩、建筑用砂岩、建筑用玄武岩、建筑用板岩、砖瓦用砂岩、砖瓦用页岩和砖瓦用黏土以及其他
建筑用砂石黏土)新建、改扩建和生产矿山的绿色矿山建设。
