4、ng Fracturing-HH37P10 in SinopecAt Honghe Oilfield, the HH37P10 well employed the multi-stage hydraulic fracturing technology. The fracturing target stratum of the well was a low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir, which due to a lack of natural productivity, had to be stimulated for further pr

5、oduction. PKPED performed 17-stage fracturing and saved time and costs for the client. The 17-stage fracturing of the well was successfully completed with a single set of tools, setting a domestic record for the largest number of hydraulic fracturing stages and a record for the largest number of ope

6、ration stages by one set of tools as well.l Multi- stage Open Hole Packer Fracturing Sleeve-HH74P3 in SinopecHH74P3 is a horizontal development well in Honghe Oilfield of Sinopec and its total depth is 3666.0m, of which 1226m is horizontal length( 2440.0m3666.0m). The target formation Chang 8 of HH7

7、4P3 is tight sand reservoir and featured by low porosity and low permeability with no natural productivity potential.In accordance with these formation conditions, PKPED undertook the well completion with prefabricated pipes and fracture operation. 17-stage well completion and fracture with open hol

8、e packer frac sleeve technology were successfully completed by PKPED respectively on Oct. 4th and Oct. 26th,2012. The success in 17-stage well completion and fracture operation, employing open hole packer fracturing sleeve technology, has created the record of the largest number of fracturing stages

9、 in Honghe stimulation history hitherto, providing precious experience in multi-stage well completion of long horizontal interval for Honghe Oilfield. Meantime, the comprehensive capability of PKPED has been demonstrated once again.l HPHT Deep Well Fracturing-X11 in CNPCThe Xinchang Gas Field Well X

10、11 is a HPHT deep well. It was a dense reservoir of low porosity and extreme-low permeability with no natural flow potential. To prove the gas reserves and to understand the reservoir, it had to be fractured. Its reservoir property was poor, the pore throat is slim, therefore flowing back was quite

11、difficult and reservoir was easily damaged by fluids. It was also deep-buried, and the fracture pressure gradient was abnormally high and the operating pressure was high at the wellhead as well. PKPED implemented large fracturing to solve the problems of high operation pressure, difficult gravel inp

12、ut and difficult return of fracturing fluid inside the hole. PKPED pumped in a gravel of 100m3 in single layer, and got daily gas production of 130,000m3 after fracturing, thus making a technical breakthrough of fracturing technology in the Xujiahes Formation in the western Sichuan.l Shale Oil and G

13、as Fracturing-Fu Shale 2-2HF WellOn Oct. 29th, PKPED successfully accomplished 9-stage fracturing operation of Fu Shale 2-2HF well. It is the first evaluation horizontal well drilled in Fuling Shale Oil and Gas Productivity Demonstration Area of Sinopec.Fu Shale 2-2HF well is located in Liangping, C

14、hongqing and developed for acquiring important data about target formation Artesian Well Group, such as fluid property, formation temperature and pressure and a single horizontal well productivity. Combined with logging data and interpretation, PKPED decided to adopt 9- stage open hole packer fractu

15、ring sleeve technology. During service period, PKPED optimized the operation technology and simulated the analysis of pipes running in hole and calculated friction of the acid fluid. In addition, PKPED also played an indispensable role in optimizing pumping schedule. The operating scale was spectacu

16、lar. The total amount of acid was up to 3100m3, total fracturing fluid amounted to 3175m3 and the maximum pumping rate was as high as 8.6m3/min. At the beginning of flowing back, Fu Shale 2-2HF obtained high gas rate and condensate oil with 36t/d.The successful service from PKPED provided essential

17、evidence and reference for further developing Sinopec Shale Oil and Gas Demonstration Area on large scale.l HT Deep Well Fracturing-RPN-54 in VenezuelaRPN-54 was drilled and originally completed in June 1983. In February 1995, the formation MEP was perforated. by referring to the geology information

18、 and logging data.,The temperature of the MEP reservoir is 306.The porosity, permeability and water content are 10%, 8mD, 31%respectively. The pay-zone thickness is 32ft and its lithology is sandstone.To enhance production rate, a new completion string is completed for MEP reservoir by PKPED in 2012

19、. And the string scheme is followed in picture.Fig RPN-54 fracture stringThe new string is completed by 3-1/2 12.95# P110 tubing and the TD goes to 10852.43ft, which is 75 ft above the perforating interval. The previous perforated interval is separated by made up packers into the completion string.

20、The 7 casing burst pressure is 8160psi; 3-1/2 tubing bust pressure is 20090psi. For PRV safety, the max pressure applied from tubing is required no more than 9000psi; and the max annulus pressure should be less than 3500psi. By software calculation, the completion string ensures the fracturing implement.At this moment, PKPED has completed 7 wellsfracturingservice in Venezuela and her excellent performance wins herself a good reputation in Venezuela petroleum industry.Not only multi-stage fracturing operation with various differen
