Steel casting system二性能 Features1、 冷却水水质必须为淡水。Cooling water must be fresh water.2、 对钢水的生产能力要求宽,当您只有一台2T以上电炉时就可以使用本设备进行单炉连铸。Easing of steel production capacity requirements, when you only have a more than 2T electric furnace, you can use the device for single furnace continuous casting.3、
3、钢水浇铸方式多样,可摇包浇铸,液压包车倒包浇铸,滑动水口漏包浇铸,龙门吊车、天车吊包浇铸,多炉钢水连铸。Variety steel casting ways, shaking ladle casting, hydraulic ladle car poured ladle casting, slide gate leakage casting, gantry crane, crane package casting furnace steel continuous casting.4、 配轧机无需增加任何加热或均热工艺,即可实现连铸坯直接轧制成材。(但连铸机型要经过选型计算。)With mill

8、ply source(1)蓄水池容积:大于120m,深度不大于3米。The reservoir volume: 120 mdepth3 m(2)单级离心水泵:Single-stage centrifugal pump型号1:125/235-45/2(流量=150m/h,扬程=70m,电机=45KW,2900转/分)用于120120-8080方坯。Model 1: 125/235-45/2( flow volume=150m/h, Head=70m, Motor=45kw, 2900 r/min), for 120120-8080 square billet. 型号2:125/250-55/2(
9、流量=192m/h,扬程=73m,电机=55KW,2900转/分)用于150150-8080方坯。Model 2: 125/250-55/2( flow volume=192m/h, Head=73m, Motor=55kw, 2900 r/min), for 150150-8080 square billet. 13、ials of ladle and tundish must be dry and make sure is completely dry.2,钢水出炉温度:1750-1760(开班后的前3炉1770-1780),开班第一炉出水前,钢包须经钢水涮包。Molten steel melt temperature: 1750-1760 ( temperature of the first 3 stoves is 1770-1780), before the first stove produce the molten steel, the ladle should be rinsed by molt
14、en water.3,中间包内钢水温度长期不低于1650。Molten steel temperature of tundish should be not less than 1650 for a long time.4,水源输入水压应不低于0.7 MPa(兆帕),工作水压应不低于0.4Mpa。Water source input pressure should not less than 0.7Mpa, working water pressure should not less than 0.4 Mpa.5,拉矫机压下辊压力为0.2-0.35MPa(见泵站油缸压力表),此压力可通过调节拉
15、矫机泵站的溢流阀获得。Withdrawal and straightening unit roller pressure is 0.2-0.34 Mpa (see the pump station oil cylinder pressure gauge), the pressure can be achieved by adjusting the overflow valve of withdrawal and straightening unit. 6,液压剪正常工作压力可调至18-20MPa(见液压剪泵站压力表),此压力可通过调节液压剪泵站的溢流阀获得。液压剪最高工作压力可调至280MPa
16、,一般情况无需采用。Hydraulic shear normal working pressure can be adjusted to 18-20 Mpa (see hydraulic shear pump station pressure gauge), the pressure can be achieved by adjusting the overflow valve of hydraulic shear pump station. Hydraulic shear maximum working pressure can be adjusted to 280Mpa, generall
17、y do not need to adopt.7,本连铸机震动电机亦配有变频调速电路,正常工作时应调至50Hz(赫兹)。The continuous casting machine vibration motor is also equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation circuit, when normal work, it should be adjusted to 50 Hz.8,拉矫机变频器数据显示单位为Hz,本机实际拉速须经计算。Withdrawal and straightening unit frequency co
18、nverter data display units of Hz, the actual speed shall be calculated.(1) 计算公式: 拉速=变频器显示数值0.086 (米/分)Formula: Pull speed= Inverter show data0.086 (m/min)(2) 最高拉速=60(Hz)0.086=5.16 米/分Maximum pull speed=60(Hz)0.086=5.16 m/min9.结晶润滑:(1)菜籽油(也可以用植物调和油代替)(2)易熔化空心保护渣。Crystallization lubrication: (1)Rapese
19、ed oil (vegetable cooking oil can substitute it)(2)easily melt hollow protection slag.10.断水的紧急处理:Emergency treatment when water is cut off(1)迅速用摆槽挡住水口下的钢流,使中间包的钢水沿摆槽流入事故包。(1)Quickly using swing tank block molten steel under the water notch, make molten steel in the tundish flow into accident ladle.
20、(2)继续拉出结晶器和弧形段的剩余钢坯。同时有备用水箱时立即打开向结晶器继续供水。如无备用水箱时,应迅速关闭结晶器出水闸阀,以保存结晶器内的残余冷却水防止结晶器铜管熔化。(2)Continue to pull out the crystallizer and the remaining steel billets of arc and immediately open spare water tank (if have) to continue to supply water to the crystallizer. If there is no spare water tank, shoul
21、d immediately close the crystallizer water valve to preserve the residual water in the mold preventing melting crystallizer copper tube. 11停电的紧急处理:the emergency treatment when electric cut off (1)迅速用摆槽挡住水口下的钢流,使中间包的钢水沿摆槽流入事故包。(1)quickly using swing tank block molten steel under the water notch, make

(2)有备用水箱时立即打开向结晶器继续供水。如无备用水箱时,应迅速关闭结晶器出水闸阀,以保存结晶器内的残余冷却水防止结晶器铜管熔化。Immediately open spare water tank (if have) to continue to supply water to the crystallizer. If there is no spare water tank, should immediately close the crystallizer water valve to preserve the residual water in the mold preventing melting crystallizer copper tube. (3)将弧形段上端临近结晶器下口的钢坯割除一段,要大于结晶器铜管的长度。然后将铜管内的残留钢坯取出。Cut a part of steel billet, which is upper arc segment near the
