1、1、工程概况该工程为锦城春天综合楼,共5层,建筑面积为4187.3,其中:气象条件,主导风向为西北风,基本风压0.3KN/,基本雪压0.1 KN/。工程地质条件,根据对建筑基地的勘察结果,地质情况下表:序号岩土分类土层深度(M)地基承载力标准值fak (Kpa)杂填土0.00.5砂质粘土0.51.0120中密卵石1.08.0250基岩8.0以下注:1)地下水水位高程为-8米;无侵蚀性。2)表中给定土层深度由自然地坪算起。建筑场地类别:类场地;地震设防烈度:7度一组。2、结构布置及计算简图根据房屋的使用功能及建筑设计的要求,设计建筑平面、立面及剖面,其标准层建筑平面、结构平面和剖面示意图分别见图

3、250450各层梁、柱、板的砼强度等级见上表,其设计强度C30(=14.3 N/mm,=1.43 N/mm)柱截面尺寸根据 估算。因该框架结构的抗震等级为三级,则其轴压比限值N=0.9;各层的重力荷载代表值近似取为15Kn/.边柱及中柱的负载面积分别为4.23.9=16.38和5.44.2=22.68。则由公式得柱的截面积为:边柱Ac1.316.3815105/(0.914.3)=124091 mm中柱Ac1.2522.6815105/(0.914.3)=165209 mm为计算方便,柱截面取为正方形,柱截面尺寸取为: 1层:500500 24层:450450基础选用独立基础。框架结构计算简图
