20、c fieldAccess to area for trained personnel only.No access for people wearing pacemakers or metal-containing implants.Do not wear for example, watch, wallet, cell phone, ID card, keys, rings, jewelry (including piercings), belts with metal buckles, and similar metal objects. Read the following safety instructions before working on the component:Always follow specific local PPE requirements, but as a minimum wear safety shoes, hard

27、 hat, gloves, and high- visibility vest.WARNINGForklift trucks in operationForklift trucks may only be operated by employees holding a valid forklift truck certificate issued by an industry-accepted training center. Working under a raised load is prohibited.When inside the operating area of the fork

28、lift truck, be very careful to stay out of the way of the forklift truck and make sure that the driver has seen you.WARNINGToxic materialUse the necessary personal protective equipment and safety measures. Find more information in the MSDS.Provide for adequate lighting when working. The immediate ar

Refer to storage instruction ZWI-1042413.The B75 is transporte

35、d from storage site to quay with a root-end mover and a tip-end mover.The tip clamp must be removed before loading the B75 onto the installation vessel.The load-out lift is done by two cranes, one on quay side with the lifting yoke for root end and one on vessel with a sling around the blade in the

36、tip end. Refer to D3179302 for dimensions.After releasing the tip clamp, the cranes hoist the blade onto the blade rack on the installation vessel.It is not allowed to lift the blades in wind speeds above 12 m/s.Figure 5-1: B75 storage equipment mounted.5.1.1Tools and equipment listGeneral: Check th

At the tipend end, attach the webbing and chain sling using a crane from the installation vessel. Refer to lifting instruction D3179302. Handle chain sling & shackle gently al

At the tip end, loosen one clamp at a time until the straps are tight underneath the blade. The blade is now resting on the strap. While untightening the pads make sure that the clamps wil
