A primary open space, the Green Walk, becomes the hea

15、rt of the District and extends east-west from Hong Gu 3RD road to Hong Gu 5th road. Smaller scale open spaces are proposed throughout the District. 19、ivelyand efficiently organizes vehicular movement throughout the Financial District. The street framework is characterized by an intersecting grid which maximizes access and movement options, allows for greater distribution of vehicular traffic, and promotesa comfortable pedestrian and bicycle acces

20、s. The right-of-way dimension and configuration of each street varies according to adjacent land uses, the anticipated vehicular traffic demands, and the desired streetscape character. 23、0100200113.6 行人与自行车动线 3.6 Pedestrian & Bicycle Circulation平面建立了广泛的人行道和自行车车道,在整个金融区内形成安全方便的行人与自行车路线。宽阔的步行街与人行道、茂盛的行道树、高质量的路灯照明、以及优美的街道摆设将建立起吸引人的街道景观形象,赋予行人美好的步行体验。所有主要目的地,包括办公室、零售商业、剧院、车站,都可容易方便地步行或骑自行车到达。The plan promotes safe and convenient pedestrian and bicycle circulation throughout the Financia

24、l District by creating an extensive network of sidewalks and bike routes. A highly desirable pedestrian experience will be promoted by the establishment of attractive streetscapes with wide walkways and sidewalks, extensive plantings of street trees, high quality street lighting, and elegant street
